Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) gambaran keterampilan komunikasi antarpribadi siswa kelas XI SMAK Bonaventura Madiun sebelum diberikan layanan informasi bidang sosial, 2) gambaran keterampilan komunikasi antarpribadi siswa kelas XI SMAK Bonaventura setelah mengikuti layanan bimbingan kelompok, 3) efektivitas layanan informasi bidang sosial dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi antar pribadi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif eksperimental. Metode yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan one group pretest and posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 SMAK Bonaventura Madiun yaitu berjumlah 31 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik total sampling. . Dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikansi (2-tailed): p=0,000 < 0,005, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan hasil posttest. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Layanan Informasi bidang Sosial efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi antar pribadi siswa kelas XII
Solvent preextraction influenced to coumarin and glucose binding capacity of cinnamomi’s extracts
Get PDFCinnamon is one of the world’s oldest spices that is also widely used as medicine for antimicrobe, anti‑inflammation, and immune stimulant to now developed as an antidiabetic herbal medicine. Among its bioactive contents, the coumarin must have
been controlled; since of its toxicities. Therefore, in this study aimed to reduce the amount of coumarin in the extracts by chloroform preextraction to dried powdered cinnamons and determine their glucose binding capacity. The extractions were used two methods by water infusion and ethanol soxhletation. To measure the coumarin’s was used validated thin‑layer chromatography (TLC)‑densitometry, while for the chemical profiling of the extract was examined with liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry. The activity antidiabetic of the extracts was obtained by glucose binding. The TLC‑densitometry method has been validated with silica gel 60F254 and n‑hexane: ethyl acetate (8:2, v/v) systems. The coumarin’s spot was observed at a wavelength of 285 nm on retention factor (Rf) 0.33, with tailings factor 1. The intraday and interday linearities tests showed a linear response result. The recovery value, coefficient of variation, and detection and a quantitation limit were met the standard requirements,
respectively. Moreover, the results were observed (1) the solvent preextraction may reduce the coumarin content, (2) the coumarin content in the ethanol extract was higher than in the infusion, and (3) the preextraction solvents would reduce the glucose‑binding capacity in ethanol and water cinnamomi’s extract. These results may be developed further and applied for producing cinnamon’s free coumarin extracts

emergence of alternative news media can be considered as a counterbalance to the professional news media with their various biases. The second pertains to the protracted legislative process of the Sexual Violence Bill (RUU TPKS) before its
eventual enactment. The objective of this study is to see examine these two media categories frame the protracted struggle in the legislative process of the TPKS Bill, given that framing reflects the media's perspective, which subsequently
influence the audience's understanding of the issue. The subjects of this research are news related to the TPKS Bill as presented by both professional and alternative media in Indonesia. This research employs a qualitative approach in
conjunction with the framing method developed by Robert Entman. This study’s findings reveal diametrical contrast in the frames adopted by professional and alternative media in reporting the TPKS Bill. Professional media constructs a
frame that characterizes the protracted discussion of the TPKS Bill in the DPR as a technical-procedural problem. In contrast, alternative media framed it as a result of the DPR’s failure or lack of commitment to protect victims of sexual violence
The relationship of servant leadership on knowledge sharing behavior with organizational culture and organizational citizenship behavior as mediation

(SL) on organizational culture (OC), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and knowledge-sharing behavior (KSB) to test the indirect relationship of servant leadership (SL) on organizational culture (OC), organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and knowledge sharing behavior (KSB), as well as to test the indirect relationship of SL to OCB and KSB through OC. The research design used a quantitative method; the research samples were 60 village officials from one of the sub-districts in Magetan Regency, East Java, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by way of a survey using a questionnaire. The research results showed that SL has a significant positive relationship with OC and OCB, but SL does not have a direct relationship with KSB; OC has a significant positive relationship with OCB and KSB; OCB is not directly related to
KSB; OC plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between SL and OCB; OC as a full mediation of the relationship between SL and KSB. Realizing KSB can be improved through the internalization of organizational culture, which can increase OCB and encourage organizational members to share knowledge
