PERFORMATIVITAS GENDER DAN SEKSUALITAS DALAM WEBLOG LESBIAN DIINDONESIA
Get PDFThis study is aimed to know how gender and sexuality are performed in lesbian weblog in Indonesia. This research is particularly purposed to identify the ideological meaning behind the performative identity of lesbian blogger, and also to measure hir resistance against subordination. This is a multidisciplinary- based qualitative research. Using Foucault\u27s power relation and technology of the self which are elaborated in History of Sexuality, and Butler\u27s theory of performativity, this study then applies into the analytical method of Fairclough\u27s Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). This research takes Fried Durian, an Indoensian lesbian weblog, as the corpus. The result of the research confirms that the identification of lesbian identity tends to be the combination of femininity and masculinity. Through the process of criss-crossing, lesbian performs hirself by doing" stage performativity", embedding the identification of feminine and masculine identity through appearance, clothing, gesture, and sexuality. Thus, a lesbian blogger is a creative producer in which (s)he transforms the heteronormative discourse.

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana identitas gender dan seksualitas ditampilkan dalam weblog lesbian Indonesia. Melalui tampilan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui makna ideologis dibalik tampilan identitas gender dan seksualitas blogger lesbian Indonesia, serta sejauh mana praktik resistensi atas subordinasi terhadap lesbian ditampilkan dalam weblog. Kajian ini merupakan kanjian multidisiplin menggunakan pemikiran Foucault tentang relasi-kuasa, teknologi diri yang terangkum dalam History of Sexuality, serta pemikiran Butler mengenai perfomativitas. Selanjutnya, kajian ini menggunakan Critical Discouse Analysis (CDA) sebagai metode analisis. Sebagai kospus, kajian ini mengambil satu weblog lebian Indonesia, Fried Durian. Hasil penelitian mengkonfirmasikan bahwa identifikasi gender dan seksualitas lesbian yang cenderung merupakan kombinasi terhadap femininitas dan maskulinitas. Melalui proses criss-crossing lesbian memperformativitaskan diri mereka dengan "aksi panggung", menempelkan identifikasi identitas feminin dan maskulin melalui dandanan, pakaian, gesture tubuh, dan seksualitas. Senyatanya, blogger merupakan prod user kreatif atas wacana lesbian di mana mereka mereproduksi wacana heteronormativitas, hingga wacana terse but tidak menjadi satu-satunya wacana dominan

KEBIJAKAN PENGELOLAAN HUTAN, KEMISKINAN STRUKTURAL DAN PERLAWANAN MASYARAKAT
Get PDFThe implementation of various forest management policies by government often fails to proteCt forest and reduce the number of poor communities around it. This study aims tofind out discrimination in forest management policy issued and implemented by State, the resultant structural poverty, and social resistance done by communities within and around the forest conservation area. This study was a qualitative study with both descriptive analytical approach conducted at a State level and Husserl\u27s phenomenology at an individual level and Berger at collective level. The location of the study was Atar Lebar Village in Forest Conservation Area of TNBBS West Lampung Regency. The results of the study indicate that the logging done by the local community was due to their displeasure against the government policy to be discriminatory between timber company and community. Solution that should be given to the socio-structural problems of Atar Lebar area is the implementation of deliberative policy to resolve conflicts between the government and Atar Lebar in forest conservation area ofTNBBS.

Berbagai implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan sumber daya alam hutan oleh pemerintah seringkali gagal melindungi hutan maupun menekan jumlah masyarakat miskin di sekitar hutan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai diskriminasi kebijakan pengelolaan hutan oleh negara, kemiskinan struktural yang ditimbulkannya serta perlawanan sosial yang dilakukan masyarakat setempat di dalam . dan di pinggir kawasan hutan konservasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis di tingkat negara maupun fenomenologi Husserl pada tingkat individu dan Berger pada tingkat kolektif masyarakat, dengan lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Atar Lebar Kawasan Hutan Konservasi TNBBS Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa temyata penebangan hutan yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat disebabkan oleh ketidaksenangan mereka terhadap kebijakan pemerintah yang bersikap diskriminatif antara pengelola HPH dan masyarakat lokal. Untuk itu solusi utama yang perlu diberikan dalam permasalahan sosio-struktural di wilayah Atar Lebar adalah penerapan kebijakan deliberati£ untuk mengatasi konflik antara pemerintah dengan masyarakat Atar Lebar dalam kawasan hutan .konservasi TNBBS.

Get PDFParliament has three functions which are consisted of legislation, budgets, and oversight These three functions are stated on the Constitution, the Act and the Rules of Procedure of Parliament. This study is aimed to examine the development of regulation related to Parliament oversight. The examination would be focused on legal politics which underly on its formation and implementation.
This is a normative law research which uses a descriptive explorative method. The emphasis would be addressed on aspects of legal history and comparative law. In further, it would compare all the regulation which is applied now and which has been applied before.
According to this research, the oversight regulation of the Parliament has been changed (amendement) since the new order until now. Substantial changes of oversight regulations impact on oversight functions. The change occurred for four times in 1969, 1999, 2003, and 2009. It could be happened because of the amendment of Organization and the Position of Representative Institutions Act. In every amendment, the acts strengthen the oversight functions, such as add the duties, authority, and the rights. It also adds obligations to the Parliament to strengthen its oversight function. All of these acts rule the Parliament to oversight the executive regarding to the implementation of acts, budget and government policy. These development, indicate a legal political trends which strengthening of the Parliament oversight function. It can be seen from the extension of oversight right, such as sub poena rights, reduction of the president\u27s prerogative, addition of parliament body, strengthen of the individual members rights. Analysis of the Effect of Olfactory, Approach Behavior, and Experiential Marketing toward Purchase Intention
Get PDFAbstract: The drive of retail business competition is getting tighter and causing retailers to seek to entice consumers to be regular and faithful at their stores. Retailers need to understand consumer behavior in order to obtain what is desired by consumers. Therefore, consumer behavior needs to be studied considering various factors which can influence consumer decisions to buy a product. The emergence of BreadTalk in Indonesia in the bakery industry with a different concept bakery store has caused rapid development in this industry. One strategy used by BreadTalk to encourage consumers to visit, feel the different experience, and ultimately to increase consumer purchase intention is to use dimensional olfactory as one of the elements in the store ambience. With this phenomenon, this study aims to find the significant influence of the olfactory, approach behavior, experiential marketing toward purchase intention. Collecting data in this study was done by spreading questionnaires to students of the University of Pelita Harapan, who had visited and shopped at BreadTalk Supermal Karawaci. The questionnaires were distributed to 150 respondents. The variables that exist in the study are measured using the Likert scale. The sample collection technique used was a non-probability sampling technique of sampling with a purposive sampling method. The data are then processed by using reliability analysis, validity, and methods of structural equation modelling analysis. From the results of this study the significant influence from olfactory to 3 variables mentioned above can be seen.
Abstrak: Persaingan di dalam dunia bisnis yang semakin ketat mengharuskan peritel untuk menjaga pelanggannya supaya senantiasa datang dan nyaman di toko mereka. Peritel harus mampu memahami perilaku konsumen untuk mengetahui apa yang mereka inginkan. Oleh karenanya, perlu untuk mempelajari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Salah satu toko roti yang sukses adalah Breadtalk yang menampilkan konsep berbeda. Salah satu strategi yang diterapkan oleh Breadtalk untuk menarik pelanggan, menawarkan pengalaman yang berbeda dan akhirnya meningkatkan intensi pembelian konsumen adalah dengan menggunakan olfactory. Melihat fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh olfactory, approach behavior, dan experiential marketing terhadap intensi pembelian. Penelitian ini mengambil data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 150 mahasiswa Universitas Pelita Harapan yang mengunjungi dan berbelanja di BreadTalk Supermal Karawaci. Variabel-variabel yang ada dalam penelitian ini diukur dengan skala Likert dengan metode purposive sampling. Data kemudian dicek validitas dan reliabilitasnya kemudian dianalisa dengan structural equation modelling. Paternalistic Leadership and Employee Responses in Javanese Culture
Get PDFAbstract: While much has been written about leadership research, little effort has been made to identify what constitutes effective leadership in an Indonesian cultural context. Paternalistic leadership is an emerging body of research that has been adapted to the Indonesian context. Javanese cultural values provide a foundation for an Indonesian form of Paternalistic Leadership (PLI). In this study, 178 civil servants in the province of Yogyakarta Special Region, where surveyed in order to examine their responses to the dimensions of PLI. Results suggested that effective PLI emphasises a leaders visibility, benevolence and courage. Authority and impartiality need to be expressed in ways that align with traditional Javanese values. Suggestions of the direction for further study are presented.
Abstrak: Fakta bahwa penelitian kepemimpinan sudah banyak dikaji, akan tetapi sangat sedikit riset dilakukan dalam konteks kepemimpinan efektif yang berakar pada budaya Indonesia. Kepemimpinan paternalistik merupakan wacana riset yang sedang berkembang saat ini dan diadopsi untuk konteks budaya Indonesia. Nilai budaya Jawa memberikan fondasi yang kuat untuk model kepemimpinan paternalisik (PLI). Dalam studi ini, 178 PNS di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi DIY di survey untuk menilai respon mereka terhadap model PLI. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa PLI yang efektif menekankan pada pentingnya pemimpin untuk selalu tampak, berbuat kebajikan serta mempunyai keberanian diri. Kepemimpinan otoriter dan adil perlu juga ditunjukkan agar selaras dengan nilai-nilai budaya Jawa. Saran-saran serta direksi untuk studi di masa yang akan datang juga dipaparkan dalam artikel ini

Get PDFKepercayaan terhadap merek suatu produk farmasi mempunyai peran strategis dalam kaitannya dengan loyalitas konsumen terhadap suatu merek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas merek pada konsumen.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan instrument berupa kuesioner yang diisi oleh responden yang berjumlah 175 responden. Desain pengambilan sampel cara nonprobabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda.
Dari hasil uji hipotesis secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kompetensi merek, kepercayaan terhadap perusahaan, dan reputasi perusahaan terbukti berpengaruh positif pada kepercayaan merek, kepercayaan merek terbukti berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas merek., Dimensi brandcharacteristic dan company characteristic terbukti dapat secara langsung berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas merek namun pengaruh yang ditimbulkan lebih besar apabila melalui trust in brand terlebih dahulu sebagai variabel yang memediasi sebagian hubungan antara variabel brand characteristic dan company characteristic dengan variabelloyalitas merek.
Trust with a brand in pharmacy product has a strategic role in building consumer loyalty with that product. This research was done to understand factors that have influence in consumer loyalty with a pharmacy product. This research was correlation research using questionnaire as instrument that filled 175 respondetlts obtained by non-probability sampling method. Hypothesis test was done using simple regression and double regression.
Hypothesis test result showed that brand competence, trust with the company and company reputation have positive influence in trust of a brand. Trust of a brand gives positive influence in brand loyalty. Brand characteristic and company characteristic have direct positive influence in brand loyalty. The bigger influence happen when trust of a brand act as mediator variable between brand characteristics and company characteristics with brand loyalty
KAJIAN EKONOMI BIOKRAFT CAMPURAN BATANG DAN LIMBAH CABANG MANGlUM PADA BERBAGAI KONDISI PEMASAKAN PULP
Get PDFAddition of P. chrysosporium fungus on chip mixture of mangium trunk and branch before pulping process could increase the efficiency of chemical used, save energy consumption and improve the quality of effluent. Before application in the pulp industry, it should be made sure that biokraft method of mangium trunk and branches mixture is economically feasible. This study aims to determine the proper biokraft process applied to the pulp industry. In this study, costs incurred from biokraft modified cooking methods (chemical reduction, energy reduction and the combination of chemicals and energy reduction) were calculated, capitalized and then compared with the cost incurred from conventional kraft process. The results showed that biokraft method with modifications on energy reduction was economically feasible to be applied in pulp industry because it has the smallest CClton of pulp (Rp. 50,952,915.15 Iton of pulp) on condition that an increase ofbiopulping operating cost is in the range of 5-30%

masyarakat Indonesia yang telah menontonfilm Sang Pencerah, yang bam-baru ini diputar di
seluruh bioskop di Indonesia. Dalam jilm tersebut kita bisa belajar bagaimana sosok Kiai
Dah/an sebagai pendiri Muhammadiyah dan sebagai Pahlawan Nasional berkiprah selama
hidupnya. Selain itll, film tersebut juga menimhulkan rasa keingintahuan tentang hagaimana
potret sejarah pe/jalanan pergerakan ini hingga berusia 100 tahun atau 1 Abad dan sl/dah
memiliki banyak amalusaha yang sebagian besar bergerak di bidang sosial yaitu pendidikan,

Agreement between ultrasonography and histopatologic findings in diagnosing retinoblastoma
Get PDFRetinoblastoma is a rare eye tumor of childhood that represents the most common intraocular malignancy of infancy and childhood. Diagnosis of retinoblastoma are based on ophthalmological examination and imaging, including ultrasonography (USG). In a typical case of retinoblastoma, it will provide a nearly Rathognomonic picture with cottagecheese
calcification, with density higher than the sclera and high internal reflectivity in USG findings. Histopathologic examination is a gold standard for malignany cases and Flexner-Wintersteiner cells is a pathognomonic sign. The aim of this study is to determine the value of an agreement test comparing USG as a preoperative diagnostic tool with histopatologic examination in diagnosing retinoblastoma. This study was an observational agreement test. All of the patients with clinically suspected intraocular lession were examined with USG followed by surgery and histopathologic
examination in Eye Clinic of Dr. Sardjito Hospital, Yogyakarta. The result of USG examinations was interpreted by one eye oncologist and the histopathologic reading was performed by one anatomical pathologist. Data were analyzed to
determine the agreement value. Thirty three eyes, 21 eyes were retinoblastoma suspected and 12 eyes were nonretinoblastoma suspected based on USG examination), were observed in this study. One eye (3.03%) was false positive case and 1 was false negative case. The Kappa value of agreement test was 0.87. In conclusion,
ultrasonography of the eye as a pre-operative diagnostic tool had an excellent agreement compared with histopathological examination as a gold standard in retinoblastoma
