Penerapan Metode VIKOR pada Pengambilan Keputusan Seleksi Calon Penerima Beasiswa Bidikmisi Universitas Terbuka
The selection process of bidikmisi scholarship involves many requirements as a criterion, thus requiring completion decisions supporters with multi-criteria. One of the decision support concept with multi-citeria is VIKOR Method. The basic concept of the VIKOR Method is to determine the rank of available samples by looking at the results of utility values, regrets and distance solutions as the best alternative of each sample by weighting criteria from the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method. This research purpose is to apply the VIKOR method in selecting the recipients of bidikmisi scholarship by considering various criteria that have been determined. The results shows that the VIKOR Method can be used to assist the selection process and determine the right scholarship recipients. At the VIKOR Method, each weight that are involved shows the result rank value, so it can be used as a compromise solution in dealing with multicriteria problems.

Analisis Tingkat Keamanan Sistem Informasi Akademik Berdasarkan Standard ISO/IEC 27002:2013 Menggunakan SSE-CMM
The objective of this research is to find out the level of information security in the academic information system to give recommendations improvements in information security management. The method used is qualitative research method, which data obtained based on the results of questionnaires distributed to respondents with the Guttmann scale. Based on the analysis results, 13 objective controls and 43 security controls were scattered in 3 clauses. From the analysis, it was concluded that the maturity level of information system security governance was 2.51, which means the level of maturity is still at level 2 but is approaching level 3 well defined.

Pemetaan Persebaran Nasabah Kredit Macet Perusahaan Multifinance: Studi Kasus PT. XYZ Cabang Salatiga
A financing company is a business institution that runs financing activity in procurement of goods and or services (POJK No. 29/2014). Financing company development in urban area, especially in Salatiga area has been experiencing great progress, as a numerous financing companies have opened their branches in Salatiga. The research aims to classify PT. XYZ Finance Salatiga branch customer distribution by using Geographical Information System that it is practical for the company to determine potential market in order to grow the number of potential customer. Within the research there are GIS activity steps that cover arranging spatial and non spatial demography data of Salatiga and customers distribution region’s description in Salatiga. Bad credits distribution in PT. XYZ Salatiga branch has its biggest percentage in Argomulyo district that almost reach 51% from total credit plafond (outstanding principal) given. The research result will be able to help the company to make business decision related to determining the eligibility of prospective customers.

Case Based Reasoning Diagnosis Hama dan Penyakit Tanaman Nilam
Patchouli is an oil-producing plant asiri known as patchouli oil (oil patchouli oil) which has a high economic value and a bright prospect. Patchouli plants used as cosmetic ingredients, perfumes, antiseptics, soaps, drugs, and insecticides. Patchouli plant is an agribusiness for farmers and entrepreneurs in order to increase the income and welfare (living standard) of the farm community, as well as provider of continuous materials for the patchouli oil industry. In the development and improvement of patchouli plants experience several obstacles such as pests and diseases that resulted in low yields on patchouli plants, especially in the village of Gunung Sari Watubangga District Kolaka. Pests and diseases are one of the causes of the low production of patchouli leaves that should always be anticipated because the development can cause losses for farmers, so it needs to be anticipated early. Handling patchouli plants are attacked by pests and diseases are often hampered because there are still many farmers who are lay in treating patchouli plants that do not know how to handle it. Case Based Reasoning (CBR) is one method that can reason or solve problems based on existing case experiences that are used as solutions to new problems. The system built in this research is the CBR system to make the diagnosis of Nilam Plant disease so that farmers get information about how to properly cultivate patchouli plants. The diagnostic process of inserting a new case compared to the old case then calculated its similarity value using the Nearest neighbord method. The accuracy of the system generated in this research is 80%.

Evaluasi Penerapan SIMRS Menggunakan Metode HOT-Fit di RSUD dr. Soedirman Kebumen
Implementation evaluation of Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) in RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen aims to determine what factors have the greatest successfulness of SIMRS. The variables in this study are system quality, information quality, service quality, system use, user satisfaction, organization structure, facilitating condition, top mamagement support, and net benefits which adapted from the HOT-Fit model by eliminating the organization environment variable and by added top management support and facilitating condition variables. From this study, we can see that the success of SIMRS implementation in RSUD Dr. Soedirman Kebumen determined by aspects of Technology, Human and Organization can be seen that the user satisfaction variable has a positive influence on the net benefits vatiable. Based on the results of t-statistic test by using SMARTPLS software, user satisfaction is the variable that gives the most influence to the net benefits gained from SIMRS.

Penerapan Metode Forward Chaining Pada Sistem Pakar Untuk Diagnosa Hama Dan Penyakit Padi
So that the computer can act as and as good as a human being, then the computer should be given the lack of knowledge that has the ability to catch. One of them is an expert system, is a system that attempted to adopt human knowledge to a computer that is designed to model the ability to resolve problems such as befits an expert. With this expert system, people who have yet to figure it out at all to resolve the problem or just simply looking for an actual information can only be obtained with the help of experts in their field. Knowledge society in Indonesia about pests and diseases of rice plant is still low, including handling is known only to the extent of the knowledge of fellow farmers, pest and disease if there is a new kind of farmers are not aware of it, on the other hand there are some the expert or experts who know about the pests and diseases of rice plant, but the number of experts or experts with a large number of farmers are not balanced. Therefore, due to the application of the method of forward chaining inference on expert system to diagnose plant pests and diseases of rice can be the information and knowledge that will help the community or individuals to know the types of pests and what diseases that attack the rice plant, without having to wait and expect a straight answer from the experts

Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pencatatan Stok dan Penjualan UD Pawon Kue
Pawon Kue is a small home industry which sells various cake and rice box products. Pawon Kue was using books for recording orders and product selling. The method was used since the company established. However, the company experienced difficulities when using this method. The process to find how much the profit they got in a day was not easy, it also needed long time to find certain information, and there were big probability they could lose the recording books. Because of them, the author and the team developed a web based application for helping them in recording sales and stock listing. The team used waterfall model in software enginering model and used Unified Modeling Language in design and system analyst stage. After the testing stage, the research team found the application could help the owners for listing stock and product easier than before.

In employee salary increases are sometimes not in accordance with the results of its performance. Employee salary increases are often hammered flat, or sometimes pay raise only by ingesting it, without the application of strong calculations. That is why there is an application of decision support system employee performance appraisal for a raise. One of the methods used is using Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is chosen because it is able to complete the assessment of employee performance based on predetermined criteria, which will be used as a reference in the raise of the salary itself. The results of the application of decision support system employee performance appraisal for salary increase not only determine who the employees are eligible to get a raise but also determine how much percentage of salary increase each employee.
