      There are several ways used by a company / store to grow its business. One that can be done is to open a new branch elsewhere. Selection of areas that will be made a new branch also can not be chosen arbitrarily. There are criteria that can increase the company\u27s profit, in this case UD Indo Multi Fish. Using the Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW) can provide recommendations on which areas are appropriate to be used as the new branch of the store.       PT. APLIN is one of the companies engaged in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) that serves a variety of customer needs in terms of communication and networking. The dynamic development of IT (Information Technology) resulted in changes in customer needs. PT. APLIN is updating regularly used IT and strives to provide services to meet customer needs. This research was conducted using COBIT 4.1 framework to find out maturity level in four IT process ie PO3 (Determining Technology Direction), AI5 (Procurement of IT Resources), DS2 (Managing Third Party Service) and DS6 (Identifying and Allocating Fees). Where these four IT processes are part of the business goals of achieving cost optimization from service delivery in the customer\u27s perspective. The results showed that the maturity level was at the level of Repeatable but Intuitive for TI processors PO3, DS2 and DS6. While the IT AI5 process is at the Defined level. Planning mechanism of IT resource procurement and budget planning at PT. APLIN is appropriate and well documented. Companies need to improve IT infrastructure development mechanisms and maintain vendor performance relationships or third parties.  PT.       Angkasa Pura Digital Signage at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Syamsudinnor Airport Banjarmasin has used web application in inputting pictures and video, but information about schedule activity still done manually, that is done in writing. Therefore it is necessary to create an information system schedule activities, images, video and attendance using PHP employees who have previously been designed using ERD, DFD and Flowchart.       This study uses the method of Literature Studies is by collecting information from books and the internet that is useful for learning of the system to be created. Research methodology using descriptive qualitative method. The sample data used in this study, using customer data PT. BPR Mandiri Dhanasejahtera Madiun. The stages in this research are: collecting data, system planning, system making, which is continued by testing the system if all the system is finished. The applications used in building this system are gammu, AppServ and dreamweaver. Gammu is software used for modem connection with computer so it can be used to send sms or receive sms. AppSe rv is here used to manage databases that are useful for storing all existing data in the system.       Dengue virus is a virus that causes dengue fever (DD), dengue hemorrhagic fever (DBD) and dengue shock syndrome (SSD). This disease is included in the status of outbreaks at the Hospital Benjamin Guluh Kab. Kolaka. The inclusion of this disease in the status of outbreaks then there are many cases / patients are handled every year even every month. The symptoms of a patient diagnosed with dengue fever tend to be similar. Case Based Reasoning (CBR) is one of the methods that can make or solve problems based on the existing case as a solution of new problem. The system built in this study is the CBR system to make a diagnosis of Dengue Fever. The diagnostic process of incorporating new problems compared to old cases then calculated the value of similarity. In this research, Nearest neighbor method is used for similarity process. Tests used 54 cases as randomized test data and 85 cases were used as case basis. In search of the required information was not little.Service information system with SMS (Short Message Service) on mobile phone s offer convenience and low cost can reduce the above problems. This service is suitable to be applied in seeking information about credit small and medium enterprises. Despite the above, the study made a Credit Information System Based SMS Gateway Service to provide or provide information about credit Credit Medium Enterprises. So it can be used as one of the alternative ways to obtain information about business credit easily and quickly.     Sistem Rekomendasi Destinasi Pariwisata Menggunakan Metode Hibrid Case Based Reasoning dan Location Based Service Sebagai Pemandu Wisatawan di Banyuwangi

      As one of the fastest growing tourist destinations, the number of tourist arrivals in Banyuwangi Regency shows a significant growth where in the range of 2010 - 2015 there is an increase of domestic tourists by 161% and abroad by 210%. The increase in tourist numbers is not a trouble-free process, especially with regard to visitor preferences that change over time. Tourist information and a variety of tourist interests often make tourists confused in determining the choice of any destination to visit. While Banyuwangi tourism information that is available in printed form or that can be accessed online still requires tourists to sort and choose their own in accordance with the interests and preferences so that tourists need any suggestions or recommendations. In the field of tourism, this recommendation may include objects to be visited, existing tourist events, travel schedules, travel routes, availability of infrastructure and so forth. The recommendation system proposed in this research uses a combination of (hybrid) case-based reasoning and location-based methods. The system is built in the form of android based mobile applications. Input from users to the system of travelers preferences include tourist types, tariff categories, modes of transportation, and tourism activities. These preferences together with user location based on GPS coordinates are further compared to the tourist object attributes stored on the system using the nearest neighbor similarity method. The output of the system in the form of recommendation of tourism object that has the highest similarity to the user preference.     Information system is a system related to the existence of programming and database. A good information system is dynamic. Dynamic information systems can not be separated with the existence of databases as data storage. In general, the database is used passively so that its function is only for data storage, but the database also can be as a control system information. Some opensource databases already support for system control or that can be called active database system such as MySQL, MariaDB and PosgreSQL. Active database system provides database function to get reactive behavior and control system information at database level. Business processes that are typically performed by programming languages ​​as a rule incorporated in the application can be entered directly into the database. This research is done for the design of an active database system against market price services.       Assignment problems are a special form of linear programming problems that often occur in a company in allocating or placing a workforce that suits its ability. To solve the issue of assignment is to use Hungarian method. In applying the Hungarian method, the amount of labor assigned should be equal to the amount of work to be completed. The author uses Hungarian method to calculate the total delivery time of goods on CV. L & J Express Malang *) so as to get the optimal total delivery time. To solve the assignment problem on CV. L & J Express Malang, the required data includes employee name, destination location, and delivery time. Based on result of calculation using Hungarian method, obtained total delivery time of optimal goods equal to 105 minutes. Before using the Hungarian method the total delivery time of goods amounted to 119 minutes.
