Construct Validity Of Ryff's Psychological Wellbeing 18 Items Version Using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA)
Psychological wellbeing is a psychological variable that measures the wellbeing of an individual in his environment. This mental condition can be positive or negative. Based on the psychological wellbeing theory developed by Riffs, there are six dimensions to measure psychological wellbeing, namely Self-Acceptance, Purposes in Life, Environmental Mastery, Positive Relationship, Personal Growth, and Autonomy. Ryff psychological wellbeing consists of 18 items with seven answer choices. The purpose of this study was to test the validity of the instrument construct in several types of respondents, namely teachers/school counsellors, students and employees in South Sulawesi. The analysis technique used is the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) test with JASP software's help. This study's results indicate that of all 18 items, there are several unidimensional and multidimensional items. Therefore it can be concluded that Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale Version 18 cannot measure just one factor

Development of an Instrument for Teachers’ Attitudes towards Academic Supervision performed by Supervisors in Schools of Special Education
This study aims to develop an instrument for teachers’ attitudes toward academic supervision performed by supervisors in special education. This is an instrument development study working under the modified six-step development framework introduced by Djaali and Sumadi. The validity of the study was examined by two experts in measurements. The instrument was tested on 94 teachers in schools of special education in South Sulawesi. The validity and reliability were estimated using the confirmatory factor analysis by Lisrel program. The instrument produced from this attempt were 44 questions in a form of likert scale; the validity was 0.90 and the reliability was 0.96, and it was done under a tridimensional structure (i.e., monitoring, assessment, and coaching). The dimension of monitoring measured the execution of eight education standards observed by school supervisors. The dimension of assessment measured the performance of supervisors during a class supervision that was taught by a teacher of special education. The dimension of coaching measured the supervisors’ performance in giving motivation, delivering training, and providing feedback for teachers of special education. It was done in order to make the teachers more professional and independent in completing their tasks and responsibilities as teachers for special education. Therefore, the instrument produced from this research is expected to be able to describe the teachers’ attitudes toward academic supervision performed by the school supervisors
Development of Strategies to Support Parental Engagement In the Early Childhood Education Unit Partnership
Providing education for early childhood is not enough only by maximizing the quality of activities in the classroom. Indeed, the parents' involvement should also be maximized. The study aimed to produce a valid and practical strategy prototype for the early childhood education unit to maximize the involvement of parents in a partnership program. This research and development using the Content Development Process-CDP model involved 202 subjects selected through purposive sampling technique. Research data were collected using a questionnaire, and the results were analyzed descriptively. Data analysis included calculating the percentage and average score and grouping data. The findings show that: (1) the development of the strategy to support the involvement of parents in early childhood education unit partnership is necessary because there is still a gap that needs to be solved in the partnership; (2) strategies to support the involvement of parents are divided into two clusters: the strategy to create family - friendly early childhood education; and preparing educators to work with families/parents. Each strategy cluster has core strategies with several action programs. The first strategy cluster consists of four core strategies with 13 action programs, while the second cluster strategy has two core strategies with seven action programs. Third, the results of the test performed by experts on the strategy prototype show that the product was in the valid / very feasible category. Also, the results of the test by target users show that the product was in the very practical category
