This research was conducted through an ex-post-facto approach to undergraduate students. Data collection instruments used questionnaire and observation. The questionnaire was developed from the technology acceptance model (TAM) and information system (IS) success model. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics and path analysis using IBM SPSS 20 program. The results showed that the three core variables of the IS Success model directly had a significant effect on the two core variables of TAM, and the two core variables of TAM directly affected user satisfaction. Indirectly, the three core variables of IS Success model had a significant effect on user satisfaction through the two core variables of TAM. Service Quality, also, to provide a more significant direct effect on perceived usefulness, also indirectly influenced user satisfaction through perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use had more significant direct and indirect effects through perceived usefulness on Edmodo e-learning user satisfaction.

The study aimed at improving students’ learning outcomes about football through the inquiry learning model at Vocational High School 2 Makassar. Data were collected using PJOK learning result test and observation. The results of recapitulation between cycles after implementing inquiry learning model indicate that football learning outcomes of students in grade X TKJ 1 at Vocational High School 2 Makassar improved, proven by the result in cycle I that 6 (17.1%) out of 35 students were in Moderate scale and only 1 student (2.9%) was in Poor scale. In cycle II, the learning outcomes improve as there were 10 students (28.6%) in Moderate scale. Classically, cycle I is stated as unsuccessful because only 74.29% of students were in the complete category and has not achieved successful indicators which had been determined. In cycle II, there was an improvement of completeness which was stated as successful because 91.43% of students were in the complete category and has not achieved successful indicator which had been determined, which was 80%. The inquiry learning model applied in teaching football can improve learning outcomes based on the achievement of learning results completeness classically and individually

    Get PDF
This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of metacognitive learning strategy assisted by student worksheets based on troubleshooting even though only for a short amount of time to develop students' physics problem solving abilities. This research design using quasi-experiment design. The study population was students of class XI MAN Yogyakarta 1 with two sample classes totaling 53 people taken through cluster random sampling techniques. Collecting research data through study documentation, observation, and tests. Analysis of research data using descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative analysis (independent sample t-test). This study shows the results that the application of metacognition learning strategy assisted by student worksheets based on troubleshooting in a relatively short period of time is not effective to produce physics problem solving abilities

This research was a descriptive study and conducted at MTs Al-Anwar. The research process is carried out in several stages, namely: the preliminary stage, pre-field, fieldwork, research, analysis of data collected findings, data presentation, and research reports. Data collection techniques are interviews and observation with a tool to collect data on observation and documentation format. The results are obtained 1) The gap between expectations and reality on management standards; 2) Obstacles encountered in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Anwar in implementing management standards, namely (a) The budget is not enough to carry out activities (RKAS) because the costs incurred are not in accordance with the plan; (b) There is no community assistance other than committee funds; (c) The number of education levels in one location has resulted in the development of madrasah tsanawiyah being hampered; (d) Adjacent to the Madrasah Tsanawiyah there are several schools around the place; 3) Efforts made by Madrasah to overcome obstacles through 1) Carry out activities in accordance with available funds; 2) The principle of openness to financial conditions to committees and teachers and staff; 3) There is BOS assistance and participating in the DNDMFN BOS, so that it can complement the needs of madrasah

    Get PDF
This study aims to determine the Descriptions of Student Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) of Singkawang STKIP physics education students. In addition, this research also aims to. This research is quantitative descriptive. Validity and reliability tests in this study will use rasch modeling with the help of Winsteps software. Through this research will be obtained the exposure of HOTS data of Singkawang STKIP physics education students on wave and optical material so that it is expected to be the basis for further research. In this research, HOTS description of students is produced, namely: (1) HOTS students at the highest ability are owned by LD02 (measure = +2.56 logit) to the lowest ability possessed by LD09 (measure = -2.42) with a standard level of difficulty of the problem with a logit value of 0.48 (2) most students experience difficulties when formulating the physics equation and the calculation process (3) analyzing is the ability that is most dominated by students with logit values in a row of - 0.71 and -0.67 followed by creative ability with logit values of -0.12 and -, 028, respectively, the ability to evaluate with logit values of 0.00, 0.95 and 0.82, respectively. , (4) item reability is a matter of 0.71 (Reliable good category), (4) the ability of students is low as 0.12 means that the HOTS students are low

The research aims to evaluate industrial job training in terms of: context, input, process, and product. This research model used the CIPP model with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data was collected on research respondents from vice principal for industrial relations, 18 teachers, 18 BS/BI from Buol Regency, Tolitoli Regency, Gorontalo Province and 110 students using questionnaire, observations, interviews, and documentations. The results of the study show in terms of: (1) context where the results of data analysis are in the appropriate category, but the achievement of the objectives of apprenticeship is less than optimal, namely providing increased competence to students to become quality workforce and having professional expertise. Planning, drafting, not paying attention to the condition of the school's ability in terms of learning, in synchronizing competencies that do not involve BS / IS elements, and the development of cooperation between industrial and labor through the MoU have not been well realized; (2) input where the results of data analysis are in a very suitable category, but the lack of industry in designing debriefing is an obstacle. Still needing the readiness of participants in terms of competencies where the obstacles faced are more about mastery of competence and lack of work readiness so that maximizing the time and material of debriefing is very necessary; (3) the process where the results of data analysis are in the appropriate category, but the lack of maximum role and responsibility of the supervisor causes communication of the development of students' competencies less monitored; (4) product where the results of data analysis are in a very appropriate category, it is shown by the changes that occur by students in terms of attitudes, responsibilities and increased competence
