PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA INTERAKTIF SILAT PEDANG UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN SENI TARI PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract: The study was intended to produce a Silat Pedang interactive multimedia to teach dancing course at elementary schools. The research model used was ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) for the elementary school level. The data was obtained from observation, interview, documentation study, and questionnaires which were given to the students and the teachers of the fourth grade at Tunas Unggul Olus National School. The results of the study suggested that Silat Pedang interactive multimedia could improve the effectiveness of the teaching and learning outcome because it fulfilled the requirements of relevancy, convenience, attractiveness, and expediency.Keywords: interactive multimedia, ADDIE model, silat pedangAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan produk multimedia interaktif silat pedang untuk pembelajaran seni tari di SD. PELESTARIAN LINGKUNGAN HIDUP: SUATU KAJIAN BERDASARKAN PENDIDIKAN KEPENDUDUKAN DANLINGKUNGAN HIDUP (PKLH) DI BEBERAPA SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract: The objective of this research aimed to know about environment conservation in connection with the educational program of population and environment (PKLH) in elementary school (SD), in which or especially located around the Tondano lake, Minahasa, North Sulawesi. The qualitative-descriptive approach was conducted on, during February 2014 at 8 schools. Its focused to headmasters, teachers, students, and then continued by observation of schools and its environment. By using interview and participant-observation techniques, researcher take an active role on the learning activities and direct interaction with students in the classroom. After that continuing to search and observing students activities after and out school. The result of this research shows that PKLH was conducted in SD by using integrative approach, and we find that students get more information and knowledge and have an attitude and proper behavior rationally and responsibly according to their ability and educational level.Keywords:Abstrak: Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang pelestarian lingkungan hidup terkait dengan pelaksanaan program PKLH di sekolah dasar, khususnya di beberapa SD di sekitar danau Tondano, Minahasa, Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif dan dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2014 di 8 SD yang ditujukan pada kepala sekolah, guru-guru, siswa, serta pengamatan lingkungan sekolah dan sekitarnya. Dengan teknik wawancara dan pengamatan berperanserta peneliti melibatkan diri pada proses pembelajaran di kelas dan berinteraksi langsung dengan sisiwa. Selain itu dilakukan pemantauan aktivitas siswa di luar sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PKLH telah diberikan dengan menggunakan pendekatan integratif dan sesuai dengan tingkat pendidikan dan kemampuannya dan dapat dinilai bahwa mereka telah memiliki wawasan pengetahuan dan terbentuk sikap dan perilaku yang rasional dan bertanggungjawab.Kata Kunci: SD, PKLH, pendekatan monolitik dan integratif, pelestarian lingkungan hidu
BIMBINGAN KONSELING PADA PENDIDIKAN DASAR DALAM PERSPEKTIF PERKEMBANGAN SOSIAL BUDAYA KONTEMPORER
Abstract: Elementary Schools’ Guidance and Counseling in the Contemporary Social Cultural Development Perspective. From perspective of contemporary social cultural development, there were “identity politics” issues in the cultural socialization process. The children, now without any real adult guidance, turn to their peers and to the media for their values. To help ensure that they are prepared to become the next generation, every student needs support, guidance and opportunities during childhood. This article aim to discover styles of Indonesian elementary school guidance program that useful to meet of elementary school children’s’ developmental needs. In the end of this article, some conclusions about urgency and styles of Indonesian elementary school guidance program were presented. Abstrak: Bimbingan konseling pada pendidikan dasar dalam perspektif perkembangan sosial budaya kontemporer. Dari perspektif perkembangan sosial budaya kontemporer, terdapat isu-isu “politik identitas” dalam proses sosialisasi budaya. Anak, yang sekarang tanpa bimbingan orang dewasa secara nyata, berpaling kepada sebaya dan media untuk mengembangkan nilai mereka. Untuk membantu memastikan mereka siap menjadi generasi berikutnya, setiap anak membutuhkan dukungan, bimbingan, dan kesempatan pada masa anak. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menemukan gaya program bimbingan sekolah dasar Indonesia yang sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan-kebutuhan perkembangan anak sekolah dasar. PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN BERCERITA DENGAN METODE KOOPERATIF PADA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR DI KAWASAN PEDESAAN
Abstract: Improving quality of story telling teaching through cooperative method at elementary school in rural area. Purpose of this research was to describe improvement of process and learning achievement in story telling at an elementary school in rural area. The research was a collaborative action research among researcher, teachers, and students. Data about process and learning achievement of story telling was collected through observation, interview, and test technique. Research results showed: Firstly, with a simple and clear story stimulus complemented with cooperative method (contains 4 children), motivation in reception story stimulus, story telling practice activities, and cooperative activities in group story telling was improved. Secondly, with cooperative method, story-telling competencies was improved, especially through giving feedback among students in one group.Keywords: story telling learning, cooperative method, elementary school Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan peningkatan proses dan hasil pembelajaran bercerita dengan metode kooperatif. Subjek penelitiannya siswa kelas 5 SD di kawasan pedesaan. Penelitian ini merupakan model penelitian tindakan kolaboratif antara peneliti, guru, dan siswa. Data proses dan hasil pembelajaran bercerita dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Hasil penelitian: Pertama, dengan stimulus cerita yang sederhana dan jelas serta melalui metode kooperatif yang terdiri 4 anak, motivasi meresepsi stimulus cerita, aktivitas berlatih bercerita, dan aktivitas kerjasama dalam bercerita berkelompok dapat terkembangkan. PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN IPS BERBASIS INKUIRI SOSIAL (SOCIAL INQUIRY) DALAM MEMBENTUK KARAKTER PEDULI SOSIAL DI SD
Abstract: the current study was intended to develop social inquiry based social science teaching and learning to build the social awareness in elementary schools. The development processes were preliminary study, model development, model tryout. The results of the development included (1) lesson plans of social science for elementary schools, and (2) the social inquiry based social science teaching and learning model which was appropriate, valid, and effective to achieve the goals of the teaching and learning. The result of this study which was the social inquiry based social science teaching and learning model should be implemented by elementary school teachers in building the social awareness.Keywords: social science teaching and learning, social inquiry, character building, elementary schools.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran IPS berbasis inkuiri sosial dalam membentuk karakter peduli sosial. Langkah pengembangan meliputi studi pendahuluan, pengembangan model, dan uji model. Hasil pengembangan meliputi (1) Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) IPS SD, dan (2) model pembelajaran IPS berbasis inkuiri sosial yang layak, valid, dan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN LITERASI FOKUS MENULIS NARASI DENGAN TEKNIK PROBING-PROMPTING DI SD
Abstract: Developing model of literacy teaching narration writing focused with a probing-prompting technique in elementary schools. Purpose of the research was to describe teachers’ knowledge toward teaching models, teaching materials, and teachers’ perception about of an implementation model of literacy teaching narration writing focused with a probing-prompting technique in elementary schools. The data sources were description about model of literacy teaching, teaching materials, andteachersperception of implementation model of literacy teaching narration writing focused in elementary school. On the basis of data analysis, results showed teachers’ knowledge toward literacy teaching where 28.34% very positive and 63.17% positive. Teaching materials needed were 15.22% very positive and 51.11% positive, and teachers’ perception toward teaching models were 11.53 very positive and 28.47 % positive.Keywords: model, literacy, probing-prompting, elementary schoolAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengetahuan guru tentang model pembelajaran, bahan pembelajaran, dan persepsi guru tentang model pelaksanaan pembelajaran literasi fokus menulis narasi dengan Teknik Probing-Prompting di SD. Sumber data berupa deskripsi tentang model pembelajaran literasi, bahan pembelajaran, dan persepsi guru tentang pelaksanaan model pembelajaran literasi fokus menulis narasi di SD. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh temuan pengetahuan guru tentang model pembelajaran literasi sebesar 28,34 sangat positif dan 63,17% kategori positif, bahan pembelajaran yang dibutuhkan sebesar 15,22% kategori sangat positif dan 51,11% kategori positif, dan persepsi guru tentang model pelaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 11,53 % kategori sangat positif dan 28,47% kategori positif. OPTIMALISASI MODEL PAKEM UNTUK PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN ILMU PENGETAHUAN SOSIAL SISWA KELAS VI SD
Abstract: Optimalization of Pakem Model to Improve Sixth Grade Students’ Social Studies Learning Competencies. The purposes of this research were (1) to improve sixth grade students’ social studies learning competencies through application pakem model, and (2) to improve optimalisation activeness, creativity, effectiveness, and enjoyment teaching model. Research method used was descriptive, classroom action model, with two cycles. Research subjects were sixth grade of 18 state elementary schools Mataram. Result showed that the application of pakem model optimalized improvement sixth grade students’ social studies learning competencies activeness, creativity, effectiveness, and enjoyment in teaching. The application of pakem model improved teachers motivation and competencies in implementing teaching, and it also improved students’ cognitive, affective, and psycho-motor competency. Abstrak: Optimalisasi model pakem untuk peningkatan kemampuan ilmu pengetahuan sosial siswa kelas VI SD. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan kemampuan belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial siswa kelas VI dengan diterapkannya Model Pakem, (2) meningkatkan optimalisasi keaktifan, kreativitas, keefektifan, dan kenyamanan model pembelajaran. Penelitian model tindakan kelas ini dilakukan dua siklus. Subyek penelitian siswa kelas VI SDN 18 Mataram. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Pakem dalam pelajaran IPS di kelas VI dapat mengoptimalkan peningkatan kemampuan keaktifan, kreatifitas, keefektifan dan juga kenyamanan dalam pembelajaran. Penerapan model Pakem dapat meningkatkan antusias dan kemampuan guru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran, serta mampu meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik siswa. Abstract: The character education content of Social Studies Education in Elementary School. One of the most important aspect in teaching Social Studies Education is to create holistic education contents. It means the contents of social studies education should be based on character education. Teaching of the contents use some strategies for developing truly character of elementary schools’ students.Abstrak: Salah satu aspek yang terpenting dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) adalah membuat suatu muatan pendidikan yang holistik. IMPLEMENTASI PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA JAWA INTEGRATIF BERBASIS FOLKLORE LISAN SEBAGAI WUJUD KONSERVASI BUDAYA DI SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract: The study was intended to disseminate and to test the effectiveness of integrated communicative verbal folklore based Javanese teaching and learning at elementary schools as the manifestation of culture conservation. The study used experimental research design. The subjects of the study were the teachers and the students of elementary schools in Semarang and in Banyumas. The results of the study suggested that the teaching and learning design was effective. The learning outcome of the experimental class was better than controlled class and the performance of the experimental class during the teaching and learning was more active, enthusiastic, and creative. According to the teachers’ opinion, the teaching and learning did not only teach the language, literature, and cultures but it also built the characters. Besides, this teaching and learning could be considered as an alternative of the conservation of Javanese cultures.Keywords: integrated, communicative, verbal folkloreAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesiminasi dan menguji efektivitas desain pembelajaran bahasa Jawa SD yang integratif-komunikatif berbasis folklore lisan sebagai wujud konservasi budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa SD di Semarang dan Banyumas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran ini efektif. Hasil belajar siswa kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan kelas kontrol dan kinerja siswa kelas eksperimen selama pembelajaran lebih aktif, antusias, dan kreatif. Menurut pendapat guru, pembelajaran ini selain membelajarkan bahasa, sastra, dan budaya, juga membelajarkan karakter. PENGARUH MEDIA BONEKA TANGAN TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MENYIMAK ISI DONGENG MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA JAWA SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract: Effect of Hand Puppet on Elementary School Students’ Listening Story Content Skills in Javanese Language Subject. Purpose of this research was to describe; (1) elementary school students listening story content skills in the javanese language subject, (2) process of listening story content in the javanese language subject, (3) Effect of hand puppet on elementary school students listening story content skills in a javanese language subject. Research subjects were elementary school’ students Class IIA (control group) and elementary school’ students Class IIA (experiment group). Data was collected using experiment technique. Data analysis used t-test. Research result showed there were a difference in learning achievement among class II students who were following learning with the hand puppet media and students who were following learning without the hand puppet media.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: (1) kemampuan menyimak isi dongeng mata pelajaran Bahasa Jawa, (2) proses menyimak isi dongeng mata pelajaran Bahasa Jawa, dan (3) pengaruh penggunaan media boneka tangan terhadap kemampuan menyimak dongeng mata pelajaran Bahasa Jawa. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa SD kelas IIA (kelompok kontrol) dan siswa SD kelas IIB (kelompok eksperimen). Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik eksperimen. Analisis data menggunakan teknik uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan hasil belajar kemampuan menyimak isi dongeng Bahasa Jawa yang signifikan antara siswa kelas II yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan media boneka tangan dengan yang mengikuti pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan media boneka tangan.Kata Kunci: menyimak isi dongeng, media boneka tangan, S
