Full text linkThis research was an overview about the crime prevention program following the implementation of Suramadu Bridge. The Crime Prevention Program occures there are conducted by the police and Badan Pengembangan Wilayah Suramadu. This research starts when mass media publication exposed a lot of criminalities occured around Suramadu Bridge after it established. The purpose of this research is to find out the effective way of crime prevention to be implicated there. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive design which the data is obtained through the process of interviewing and observation on the field. This study concludes that community development and crime prevention should be run at its best. This is very important for the future,simple crime won’t be a social problem.  
PENCATATAN PENGADUAN MASYARAKAT TENTANG PENYIMPANGAN POLRI SESUAI KONSEP FADO
Full text linkUsing FADO concept, this research focusing itself on to administration of civil complaint in Indonesia ,against police misconduct during their interaction with society. FADO (which first put forth by Seron, Pereira and Kovath in 2004) components being used were Unnecessary Use of Force, Abuse of Authority, Speaking Discourteously and Offensive Language. This research purpose is to describe types of police misconduct according to FADO that emerge on civil complaints, by using literature tracing along with depth interview. The research findings holds that not all components on FADO conception been shown on civil complaints administration in Indonesia, either by the police internal affairs department nor the National Police Commission. Components such as Speaking Discourteously and Offensive Language are difficult to identify. In doing so, the conclusion reach are the administration of civil complaint against police misconduct in Indonesia are not very thorough. There are no guidelines for categorization for type of misconduct in existence. So far the categorization of types of misconduct is being done through each operators or control board staff own interpretations
POKDARKAMTIBMAS PAMULANG SEBAGAI IMPLEMENTASI KEMITRAAN DALAM KONTEKS COMMUNITY POLICING
Full text linkPolice Decree No. Pol. : SKEP/737/X/2005, explained that the implementation partnership in the community policing context is between the police and FKPM. Through FKPM expected partnership between police and community in the community policing context that can be realized. In the Pamulang Police jurisdiction, found that the role of FKPM not walk, but instead there is one other form of partnership between police and community who called Pokdarkamtibmas Pamulang, which is more active in conducting real activities of crime prevention or security driven and problem solving. Research in this thesis are to understand the position and relationship Pokdarkamtibmas Pamulang with the police and FKPM, and effectiveness Pokdarkamtibmas Pamulang in in partnership with the Police in the context of community policing realize. Primary data in this study is the result of interviews with seven resources persons from various parties, namely Metro Police Pamulang, Kelurahan Pondok Cabe Udik, FKPM, and Pokdarkamtibmas Pamulang. The results of this study showed that Pokdarkamtibmas Pamulang is also FKPM because the elements of the same members as FKPM namely: RT, RW, religious leaders, community leaders, youth leaders. But unfortunately, the formal forms of Pokdarkamtibmas Pamulang limiting community involvement. While community involvement is an important part of community based crime prevention. Also found that Pokdarkamtibmas Pamulang still not appropriate in the context of community policing

Full text linkThe gender-based-violence is a nightmare and tragedy for women in transnational, cross cultural, geographical and civilizational boundaries. Moreover, prolonged human history has pervasively documented tragic, catastrophic facts recording women’s victimization. Culture, social system and structure, misogynic-religious interpretation, and especially patriarchal ideology have been stimulating, perpetuating and maintaining this women’s awful fate. Actually, several policies, political discretions and legal venues have been initiated and set up to be done in dealing with this issue. However, since law is just merely an epiphenomenon, a manifestation of cultural and social values, and a supra structure of economic power, the powerlessness and the paralyses of law were substantially and widely observed in this study. Hence, gender-based-victim have been dreadfully trapped within the dilemma of law
PELAKSANAAN PEMOLISIAN DI KOMPLEKS PERMATA CENGKARENG
Full text linkKompleks Permata or so-called Kampung Ambon is well known as a drugs related place. There was tending violent crime also presence of cock-fight gambling. On March 2009, there were build a police station right in the middle of Kompleks Permata. This research provides a description about policing implementation in Kompleks Permata. Researcher applies qualitative approach, quasi-experimental methods with before and after design. There are three indicators which researcher utilizes in purpose to compare policing in time before and after the police station have been built; (1) society partnership, (2) crime prevention, (3) problem solving. This research discover that there are no significant difference in policing between before and after time the police station have been built. Here is an advice related to policing implementation problems in Kompleks Permata, there is should be held an effective community development in order to solves existing problems together

Chevron Pacific Indonesia. The research used qualitative method, so that the data obtained through the interview and direct observation to the location. The result of this research is the fact of the application of crime prevention strategies in the Duri Field that are not only confined by the physical aspects, but there are also the social and psychological aspects. The physical aspect of the access control concept would not be effective if the social and psychological aspects do not support them

Full text linkThis research lifts up issues on forced eviction as an impact of green space policy, with the case study of forced eviction in BMW’s Park. The research views forced eviction in Taman BMW through human rights aspect, where the notions of human rights is to make sure that every citizen secures guarantee of human rights from the state. To find data of this research the researcher did the field research by interacted with the subject and interviewed the expert from National Commission of Human Rights and Jakarta’s Law Aid Foundation. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach, where the data were collected by using literature study, interview, observation and interaction to whom are appropriate to this research. In conclusion, this research found that forced eviction happened in BMW’s Park gives a lot of victim of human rights violation and the state is charge, of the human rights violation

Full text linkThis research focuses on the existence of the siyndicate that allegedly buys the answer key of the 2010 National Test in X city. There is a lot of people that getting involved in this answer key trading; the printing clerk works at the printing service where the test was printed, Education Service staff, the teacher at the certain school where this trading occured, KBB gang who trading this answer key in fifteen High Schools at X city, and the student who bought the answer key. This research uses such qualitative method with descriptive design and using observational approach to collect the data or information. This research found that there is a sophisticated network, towards to syndicate, in this illegal trading crime, with a temporal behaviour which formed by collective and mutual benefits between them
