    Perbandingan Efisiensi Aktual Dan Spesifikasi Generator BTG II Power Plant PT. Semen Tonasa 2×35 MW Pada Berbagai Beban Aktual

    The efficiency of generators in a power plant decreases as running duration increases. This can also happen to the generator of the PT. Steam Power Plant. The Semen Tonasa Power Plant is also known as the Boiler Turbine Generator (BTG) Power Plant. BTG II has been operating for approximately 8 years and based on generator operation data, there has been a decrease in the power generated by the genera-tor, when viewed from the power input to the current turbine, compared to the initial operation of this plant. The aims of this study are to assess the value of the real generator efficiency and compare it to the efficiency generator based on its specifications. Data loading is required to ascertain the true value of generator efficiency, as the output power created by the generator and the input power is the power gen-erated by the turbine, which is computed using the enthalpy reduction method. According to the research, the average generator efficiency values for generator units C and D are 91.36 percent and 90.34 percent, respectively, with real average loads of 25,56 MW and 25,08 MW. In comparison to the data standards, generator unit C saw a 6.76 percent drop in efficiency, whereas generator unit D experienced a 7.76 per-cent decrease efficiency. Comparison with the data specifications for generator units C experienced a decrease in efficiency of 6,76% while generator unit D experienced a decrease in efficiency of 7,76%. The efficiency of the generator in unit C decreased 0.85% per year, and unit D was 0.97%

    A Bot Approach-Based Capacity Testing Automation for Online Video Games

    Online games are a type of computer game that can be accessed using the internet network and played with other players to play the same game. With the advance in online game development, game developers are required to develop games that can be played by many players in one game, especially in the capacity of an online game server. Those needs can be achieved by utilizing bots. However, previous works only conducted bot-based testing for testing network capabilities. In this research, those works will be extended further ftotesting the capacity of a game server. The result of this research suggests that bot approach testing can simulate real players adequately. Other than that, the bot approach also can be scalable. However, the result also suggests that the bot approach still has some limitations as bots cannot simulate the dynamics shown by real players. Special attention is also needed towards clients utilized for executing the bots for them to be scalable

    Indonesia has enormous marine resource potential, which can be explored as a prime mover of national economic development, one of which is fisheries resources. The factor that determines the selling value of fish is the freshness of the fish. This study aims to utilize Thermoelectric Cooler (TEC) in cooler boxes as a bacteriostatic system for fish that is environmentally friendly and monitored using telemetry based DS18B20 ESP8266 temperature sensor. The temperature data includes the temperature of the cooler box, the temperature of the Thermoelectric Cooler (TEC), and the temperature of the room. The parameters used to test the quality of DS18B20 temperature sensor are accuracy, normality test, homogeneity test, and independent samples t-test. The data of DS18B20 temperature sensor system is processed at nodeM-CU then sent and displayed via the thingspeak website and LCD in real time. Organoleptically, the obser-vation results of fish A placed in a cooler box are categorized as fresh, and the observation results of fish B which are placed at room temperature are categorized as not fresh according to (SNI 2729:2013). The sensor test results obtained in this study showed value of the temperature accuracy of cooler box was 97.8%, the temperature accuracy value of Thermoelectric Cooler (TEC) was 98.56%, the room tempera-ture accuracy value was 99.67%, the results of normality test of three temperature sensors are normally distributed, the results of homogeneity test of three temperature sensors are homogeneous, and the results of independent samples t-test are not significantly different, which indicates that three DS18B20 tempera-ture sensors are accurate

    Monetary policy makers have a fear of inflation because it can trigger an increase in poverty and soar-ing budget uses. A high level of inflation will result in a country\u27s economic collapse. Monetary policy making needs to be studied to prevent this. One effort that can be done is to predict the inflation that will occur. Inflation rate time series data can be used to predict future inflation rates. Pemangku kebijakan moneter memiliki ketakutan terhadap inflasi karena dapat memicu naiknya angka kemiskinan dan mel-onjaknya penggunaan anggaran. Tingkat Inflasi yang tinggi akan mengakibatkan jatuhnya perekonomian suatu negara. Pengambilan kebijakan moneter perlu dikaji secara mendalam untuk mencegah hal terse-but. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan prediksi inflasi yang akan terjadi. Data tingkat inflasi dari waktu ke waktu merupakan modal untuk melakukan prediksi tingkat inflasi pada waktu mendatang. Suatu prediksi yang baik memiliki nilai error yang kecil. Pada prediksi menggunakan fuzzy artificial neural network (Fuzzy ANN) metode backpropagation, nilai error dapat diperkecil dengan melakukan optimasi pada bobot yang dihasilkan. Pada penelitian ini, optimasi bobot Fuzzy AAN dil-akukan menggunakan algoritma genetika. Model prediksi yang diperoleh selanjutnya dievaluasi menggunakan MAPE untuk menentukan keakuratan prediksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pred-iksi menggunakan backpropagation neural network dioptimasi menggunakan algoritma genetika (10,33%) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan prediksi menggunakan backpropagation neural network saja (11,67%). Setelah mengetahui bahwa kedua model memiliki hasil prediksi yang cukup baik, keakuratan kedua model dibandingkan menggunakan independent sampe t-test berdasarakan error yang dihasilkan. Hasilnya menjukkan bahwa pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% prediksi menggunakan Fuzzy ANN yang telah dioptimasi menggunakan algoritma genetika (M= 0,69, SD= 0,0421) lebih baik secara signifikan dibandingkan degan fuzzy  ANN saja (M= 0.97, SD= 0,04634 ),  t(22 )= 1.71714, p=0.013

    Currently, there are many buyers who use the offline selling concept, so we often see long queues at su-permarkets. The queue is due to the length of time a chasier scans the price of each producs in the shop-ping cart. However, people always complain when doing the buying process at supermarkets. The public regretted the long queue process when making payment transaction at the cashier. This results in the length of the waiting time increasing according to the length of the queue. So, to be able to overcome this problem is to use internet of things which aims to facilitate the client in the process of purchasing a prod-uct. The internet of things device or component as an internet module is NodeMCU V2 AMINCA. The measurement method used is Quality of Service by using the assistance of the Wireshark application. Val-ue of throughput, packet loss, latency, and jitter obtained is 2229 bit/s, 0% packets, 25,284 seconds, 0,050 ms with category of zero throughput index (bad) and index four for packet loss, latency, and jitter

    Identifikasi Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka Berdasarkan Kecamatan Di Kabupaten Pekalongan Menggunakan Spatial Model

    Unemployment is an economic problem that the central and regional governments must resolve comprehensively and integrated. The open unemployment rate in Pekalongan Regency in the last three years has increased. It is influenced by several factors, one of which is the population growth rate. Likewise, the labor force participation rate has increased. It shows that the increasing availability of the workforce is not accompanied by additional employment and is not proportional to population growth. This study aims to determine the level of open unemployment and labor force participation in the sub-district, whether there is a relationship and mutual influence between sub-districts in Pekalongan Regency. The method used to see the correlation between sub-districts is the spatial analysis method. The method used to analyze the correlation between regions is the Moran\u27s Index and the Moran Scatterplot, while to prove the dependence or spatial effect between regions partially used the LISA test. The test results show the Moran Index for the open unemployment rate of 0,915 and the labor force participation rate of 0,737 with a significance level of 5%. This measurement value shows that the Moran index value is close to 1, which means autocorrelation between neighboring sub-districts on the open unemployment rate and the labor force participation rate. While the LISA test results show that there are seven spatially related H-H districts, meaning that there is a strong correlation between the observed sub-districts and the surrounding districts. The strong correlation between observation sub-districts and their surroundings can be used as a reference for making policies in overcoming open unemployment between sub-districts. The policy for handling open unemployment has become more comprehensive and integrated among sub-districts by seeing that each sub-district has a spatial correlation and affects open unemployment in the district

    Human health concerns are one of the important consequences of low air quality. The low air quality of each city will have long-term impacts such as global warming and anthropogenic greenhouse effects. Air quality usually occurs in areas that are in some parts of the country such as Kalimantan Island. As the third largest island in the world, Kalimantan can be said to be the lungs of the world like the haze problem that enveloped the city of Banjarmasin in 2019. This condition can result in high sufferers of Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ISPA). Decision making by stakeholders needs to be studied in depth to prevent this. One of the efforts that can be done is the air quality forecast that will occur. Data obtained from BMKG Banjarmasin is the initial material for the forecast. Air quality forecast will use Triple Exponential Smoothing with 2 types of modeling namely additive and multiplicative, so this study aims to conduct air quality forecasts in Banjarmasin City in 2021 and 2022 using Additive and Multiplicative Triple Exponential Smoothing. In forecasts using this method, weighting the constant values α, β, γ can result in small error values. To determine the accuracy comparison of the two modeling is done with an RMSE value. The results showed that air quality conditions in Banjarmasin during 2021 and 2022 for CO, O3, and PM pollutants were in the category of safe for human health, while for pollutants NO2 and SO2 were declared to have a high index so that air quality can harm the health of living things. In comparison, multiplicative modeling on CO forecasts (α= 0.5, β = 0.001, and γ = 0.149), NO2 (α = 0.5, β = 0.024, and γ = 0.022), and SO2 (α = 0.5, β = 0.001, and γ = 0.037) has high accuracy and small error values compared to additive modeling. In contrast, additive modeling in O3 (α = 0.5, β = 0.001, and γ = 0.06) and PM (α = 0.434, β = 0.001, and γ = 0.213) have high accuracy and low error values compared to multiplicative modeling. The conclusion obtained is the difference in forecast results between additive and multiplicative modeling on air quality forecasts in Banjarmasin because multiplicative modeling is used when there is a trend or sign that seasonal patterns depend on the size of the data. In other words, seasonal patterns enlarge as the data size increases. Additive models are used if this trend does not occur

    Leksikon sentiment adalah sebuah kamus berisi istilah-istilah yang telah diklasifikasikan menurut polaritas sentiment positif, negatif dan netral. Biasanya istilah-stilah di dalam leksikon sentiment juga dilengkapi dengan nilai bobot polaritasnya. Leksikon sentiment memiliki peranan penting dalam proses analisis sentiment. Analisis sentiment adalah proses mengklasifikasikan polaritas emosi yang terkandung dalam suatu data. Jadi, leksikon sentiment adalah pondasi yang memperkuat akurasi hasil klasifikasi oleh mesin analisis sentiment. Mengingat pentingnya peranan leksikon sentiment maka banyak penelitian yang telah mengembangkan leksikon sentiment. Penelitian ini adalah sebuah literature review mengenai pengembangan leksikon sentiment. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah identifikasi mengenai metode-metode untuk pengembangan leksikon sentimen, masalah yang terjadi dalam pengembangan leksikon sentiment, solusi-solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi, jumlah data dan sumber data yang dibutuhkan, serta pengaruh leksikon sentiment pada perfoma sistem analisis sentiment. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  systematic literature review dalam proses pelaksanaannya.     Hepatitis A merupakan penyakit peradangan yang terjadi pada hati, yang disebabkan karena adanya in-feksi oleh virus HAV, selain itu kurangnya perhatian masyarakat terhadap kebersihan lingkungan, makanan dan minuman yang tidak higenis, mahalnya biaya konsultasi, serta hubungan seks yang tidak sehat juga merupakan faktor utama dari berkembangnya penyakit tersebut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibuatlah suatu sistem yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam mendeteksi dini, serta memberikan informasi terkait penyakit hepatitis A yaitu, dengan memanfaatkan sebuah sistem pakar yang menggunakan metode Dempster – Shafer, yang merupakan sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk mencari nilai kepastian dari gejala yang telah diinputkan sebelumnya, dan menghasilkan output berupa hasil diagnosis, penanganan, solusi, dan gejala yang telah dipilih. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mensimulasikan sistem dari gejala yang dipilih secara acak, sebanyak 100 data uji, dengan didampingi oleh pakar terkait. Sehingga diperoleh hasil akurasi sebesar 92% data yang sesuai dengan pakar dan 8% data tidak sesuai dengan pakar. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut menunjukan bahwa sistem pakar ini telah mampu untuk melakukan diagnosa dini terkait penyakit hepatitis A dengan metode Dempster – Shafer
