Research on equipment-driven automated construction technology using arm-type robot
Get PDF北九州市立大学博士(工学)Amid labor shortages and low productivity, we present a fully integrated design–manufacture–build workflow in Rhino/Grasshopper that unites additive manufacturing, mobile robotics, and real-time localization. We develop a six-axis industrial-arm/FDM hybrid for “spatial printing,” optimize parameters, and fabricate high stiffness-to-weight structural modules using sustainable wood–plastic composites at architectural scale. To surpass fixed workspaces, we build a mobile construction platform with UWB/IMU fusion and AprilTag vision; a camera-error model with interpolation-compensation yields millimeter-level end-effector accuracy. A ROS–Grasshopper data bus streams trajectories for instant guidance and in-flight correction. We validate the pipeline via an on-site modular timber-stacking simulation, achieving higher repeatability, faster dynamic tracking, and greater construction speed than manual methods. Addressing material–process compatibility, path planning, additive prefabrication, mobile deployment, and on-site erection, we deliver a one-stop “material–print–move–build” methodology toward more efficient, sustainable, and intelligent construction.doctoral thesi

Through literature review, field survey, experiments, and simulations, it identifies current challenges and compares fixed and dynamic VGS. Performance differences across orientations and climate zones are analyzed, leading to optimal design guidelines. Research on associations between residential environment and elderly health based on the CHARLS and CLASS national datasets in China
Get PDF北九州市立大学博士(工学)As China faces rapid population aging, the link between residential environments and older adults’ health is increasingly critical. This dissertation, grounded in the healthy aging framework, draws on four empirical studies using national datasets and surveys. Findings show older adults prefer aging in place, value safety, accessibility, and social connectedness, and that environmental factors significantly shape depression and cognition. Moreover, social support mediates the benefits of participation on mental health. Together, the studies offer a multidimensional perspective, providing evidence for age-friendly housing, community-based care, and integrated policies that promote sustainable, inclusive, and health-enhancing environments.doctoral thesi

Study on the carbon emission reduction potential and operational optimization of sewage heat recovery systems in urban buildings
Get PDF北九州市立大学博士(工学)本研究は、建築分野の炭素削減における下水熱回収システムの有効性を評価し、最適な戦略を提案するものである。下水熱の回収と利用を通じたエネルギー効率向上と炭素排出削減に焦点を当て、シミュレーション分析とケーススタディを組み合わせてその実現の可能性を検証している。第1章では研究の背景と目的を述べている。第2章では下水熱回収システムの種類、適用事例、他の省エネルギー技術の統合に関する研究を整理し、本研究の重要性を明確にしている。第3章では統計分析、正規分布を用いたデータ処理の手法を概説し、研究の主要部分へのアプローチを示している。第4章では中国北部の都市を対象に、水の使用時の行動の統計データを収集し、建物タイプ別の排水パターンを確率分布モデルとして定式化し、モデルの検証を行っている。第5章では排水モデルを基に、人口データや下水ネットワーク分布図と統合した下水状態予測モデルを構築し、熱回収利用モデルを加え、下水熱回収の炭素削減のポンシャルを評価し、3 つのシナリオを用いて最適な建物タイプを特定している。第6章では下水源ヒートポンプではエネルギー消費や安定性の課題があるため、マイクロコージェネレーションシステムとの統合を提案し、シミュレーションを行っている。中国吉林省長春市の大型ホテルを対象に評価し、炭素削減と経済性の両面での優位性を明らかにしている。第7章では本研究の成果を総括し、展望を示している。doctoral thesi
