A study on practical knowledge in the professional services of judicial scriveners
Full text link本論文の目的は、人口知能（AI）を含む技術革新が、法律専門職である司法書士に及ぼす影響を検討し、今後の時代に求められる司法書士のプロフェッショナルサービスと実践知を探求することである。これにより、司法書士のプロフェッションとしてのあり方を提言する。この目的を達成するためには、現代の司法書士の役割を定義することが必要であった。本研究では、まず司法書士の歴史を振り返り、その起源から現在に至るまでの進化を考察した。次に、不動産登記制度の変遷と、それに伴う司法書士の職責および業務範囲の変化と拡大を分析する。さらに、プロフェッショナルと実践知に関する理論的枠組みを整理し、実務家としての経験に基づいた質的研究を通じて、理論から実践への応用を目指す。また本論文では、AI と共存する現代社会における、人間特有のプロフェッショナルサービスの重要な役割に焦点を当て、専門職としての優位性を保持し発揮する方法について論じる。最終的に、プロフェッションとしての誓いを立てることにより、司法書士は自己成長を遂げ、社会への貢献と職業の未来を切り開くことができると結論づける。departmental bulletin pape

The integrated energy system plays an important role in energy transition pathways, this is because that energy storage systems provide an effective way to address the volatility and instability of renewable energy systems. CO2 capture and storage technology is an efficient method to reduce carbon emissions from coal-fired power plants. Study on the impact of urban building morphology on energy use intensity and photovoltaic potential based on a linear and nonlinear approach
No full text北九州市立大学博士(工学)This study investigates how urban block morphology influences energy use intensity and photovoltaic (PV) potential through linear and nonlinear methods. After outlining the climate and energy challenges, a bibliometric analysis reviews recent research trends. Indicators of residential cluster morphology are identified, followed by a field study of 96 clusters in Hangzhou. Benchmark models are developed to simulate energy use and PV potential using Honeybee and Ladybug, with results analyzed via orthogonal experiments, correlation, and regression. Multi-objective optimization with a genetic algorithm seeks to minimize energy use, maximize PV output, and improve thermal comfort while considering costs. A Multi-Objective Optimization–Random Forest model is further introduced to integrate machine learning into the optimization process. The study concludes with implications for sustainable urban design and future research on morphology’s role in energy efficiency and renewable generation.doctoral thesi

No full text北九州市立大学博士(工学)Based on multi-source data and computer vision technology, this study selects representative coastal industrial cities at different stages of urbanization. The study selects different areas as study sites, including the whole city, residential zones, and urban green spaces. This study conducts a comprehensive analysis to explore the influence of the built environment in coastal cities on public health from the dual perspectives of health behaviors and mental health. It establishes a comprehensive analytical framework that is both multi-scalar and multi-dimensional. Finally, the study found the spatial features that influence public health behaviors and mental health. It provides targeted guidance for the spatial transformation and improvement of coastal industrial cities at different stages of development, offering both theoretical support and data-driven evidence.doctoral thesi
