Get PDF本研究は社会人の性格特性分析を行うことにより、企業定着率が高い人材（入社後3 年以上を経過している労働者）の特徴を明らかにした。加えて、現代の就活生における性格特性が企業選択に及ぼす影響を分析することにより、協調性と生活安定のこだわりの度合いを測定することによって、入社後の企業定着率向上に繋がる可能性を示した。これは、早期離職に伴う人手不足を課題とする企業や団体が、新卒の大学生および大学院生を採用する際に、企業定着率が高い人材を獲得することに寄与する。また、採用コストの抑制、安定的な事業活動に繋がり、企業の生産性向上と企業価値の向上が期待される。departmental bulletin pape
Study on dynamic heat transfer characteristics and thermal performance of spiral finned latent heat storage system
No full text北九州市立大学博士(工学)This study investigates the thermal performance optimization of shell-tube latent heat storage systems with spiral fins. Using RT55 as the phase change material, both experimental and numerical methods are employed to analyze dynamic heat transfer mechanisms and system performance. Heat transfer behaviors of unfinned, annular-finned, and spiral-finned configurations are systematically compared, highlighting the superior performance of spiral fins. To further enhance natural convection, perforated spiral fins with different geometries are designed and tested, revealing improved melting and solidification characteristics. The effects of operating parameters, including heat transfer fluid inlet temperature, flow rate, and system inclination, are comprehensively evaluated. Results demonstrate that optimized spiral fin designs significantly accelerate phase change processes and improve energy storage efficiency. This work provides systematic insights into fin-based heat transfer enhancement strategies and offers practical guidance for engineering applications of latent heat storage systems in building energy conservation and renewable energy utilization.doctoral thesi
Effects of indoor environment on mold growth mechanism based on multivariate experimental system

Through our survey, we identified the current state of indoor mold contamination in Guangzhou area. Laboratory research allowed us to analyze in depth the environmental factors influencing indoor mold growth. Get PDF文学におけるファンタジー作品の特徴と，それらが登場しはじめた19世紀後半のイギリス社会の特徴を整理したうえで，ファンタジーを求める社会と個人の心理について自己の多面性と一貫性の観点から議論した後に２つの調査を行った。ファンタジー作品の定義を，現実とはかかわり方が異なる世界の設定として鑑賞されるものとしたうえで，当時のイギリスでは社会的場面の複数化が進んだことをふまえ，現実とはかかわり方が異なる世界の設定としてファンタジー作品を鑑賞することが，現代社会においても自己の多面性と一貫性の葛藤に対する適応的な葛藤緩和策の１つであるかを検討した。調査結果はそれを支持するものであり，ファンタジー作品を嗜好する者ほど現実社会で自己が多面化することを受容する一方で，ファンタジー作品の鑑賞において「自分らしくいられる」のような自己の一貫性を見出していた。departmental bulletin pape

Genetic algorithm-based optimization of dynamic controlled Trombe wall system
Get PDF北九州市立大学博士(工学)This doctoral dissertation explores innovative strategies to optimize building thermal performance and reduce energy consumption in China's Hot-Summer and Cold-Winter (HSCW) region. The study focuses on enhancing the Trombe wall system, a passive solar heating technology, by integrating dynamic control strategies and advanced materials, particularly Phase Change Materials (PCM). Using parametric modeling (Rhino & Grasshopper), simulations (EnergyPlus), and optimization (genetic algorithms), the research refines Trombe wall configurations to maximize energy efficiency and thermal comfort. Additionally, the study develops a PV-TC Trombe wall system, integrating photovoltaics with solar heat collection. Simulation-based optimization identifies optimal design parameters, achieving a 22.7% reduction in annual Energy Use Intensity (EUI). Findings demonstrate the significant potential of Trombe wall enhancements in sustainable building design.doctoral thesi
