PROVIDING RESEARCH DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND PRACTICES AT PDDI-LIPI: PREPAREDNESS, ROLES, CHALLENGES, AND TRAINING
This study aims to analyse the implementation of RDM at PDDI-LIPI and to assess its staff’s understanding about RDM services. This article also discusses the challenges and obstacles PDDI faces in providing RDM services. The data was collected via an online survey from 28 July to 7 August 2020. The survey consisted of 35 questions and was shared with 36 respondents via social media. The results identified categories such as research data management services, data management planning services, data archiving services, funding, and staff competency and training needs. In addition, this article also discusses the approach and assessment of RDM services, challenges in providing RDM services, and plans for further developing RDM services at PDDI-LIPI. The results showed that the PDDI staff's understanding of RDM services is adequate. As a new service, the implementation of RDM at PDDI-LIPI continues to develop toward optimisation. RIN is a platform used by PDDI to support this goal. The three biggest obstacles faced by PDDI-LIPI in developing RDM services are limited human resources, competence and budget. Various trainings related to RDM, both sending staff off campus and inviting trainers to campus, were carried out by PDDI to overcome these obstacles. It is recommended to conduct further research on the mapping and upskilling of staff in charge of RDM services
IMPLEMENTASI EDMS DALAM PENATAAN DOKUMEN DI RAIL DOCUMENT SYSTEM PT. KERETA API INDONESIA (PERSERO) DAERAH OPERASI 1 JAKARTA
To ensure the availability of information needed by employees of PT KAI (Persero) Operating Area 1, EDMS becomes a solution that utilizes information technology and communication in its management. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive case study research method. The research data was obtained through observation, interviews and document studies. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of EDMS in structuring documents of PT KAI Daerah Operasi 1 Jakarta using the Rail Document System serves to cut time in the bureaucratic process; saving resources; and more efficient and effective access. This can be reflected in the findings obtained by researchers indicating that these components have been implemented in electronic document processing activities, although in practice there are still things that need to be improved to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the RDS system
PEMETAAN TOPIK NILAI PUBLIK DALAM PENELITIAN
This study aims to provide an overview of how public value research topics developed from 2001 to 2020. The mapping is expected to provide an overview of the development of research and provide input on the topic of public value research. This study uses the Scopus database from 2001 to 2020 to calculate citation analysis using the Publish or Perish (PoP) application and mapping publications using the VOSViewer application. From the analysis of literature studies based on the Scopus database from 2001 to 2020 272 journal articles are discussing public value research, it was found that the most publications were in 2019 (47 publications) and the highest research was dominated by the United Kingdom (65). For the highest number of citations, the publication with the title "From new public management to public value: Paradigmatic change and managerial implications" was 368 citations. Social science subjects are the most discussed in research on public values. The results of the visualization with the VOSViewer application for a public value research network visualization map are divided into 4 clusters. Density visualization maps can be seen that research on the topic of public value with the subject of performance management and cultural policy is still small, so there is still a chance for research. Based on the analysis of the research topic of public value, there is still a large enough opportunity for research to be carried out, especially in Indonesia based on the Scopus database, researchers have not researched the topic of public value research
EVALUASI KETERGUNAAN WEBSITE PERPUSTAKAAN UNIVERSITAS INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE
The University of Indonesia (UI) Library has a website that is accessed by students to meet their information needs. Evaluation of usability on the university library website is important so that users remain loyal to visit it and the results can be used as a basis for further development. This study aims to evaluate the usability on the University Indonesia Library website between the batch of 2016 and 2019 and compare its results. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative using a questionnaire based on the System Usability Scale. Questionnaires are distributed online through instant messaging applications and social media. The research data were analyzed using the System Usability Scale score calculation technique, then the results were compared between the two batches. The results of the analysis showed that the batch of 2016 had a better website usability value than the batch of 2019. The two batches also have good user experience based on the five components of Nielsen's usability, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. The usability of the Indonesian Library's website has not been well accepted by students of batch 2016 and 2019, although there are differences in scores between the two batches. Because the SUS score is below average and below acceptable, further research can be conducted using different method or instrument to identify the existing problems
KONTRIBUSI UNIT USAHA DALAM MEWUJUDKAN PERPUSTAKAAN SEBAGAI PUBLIC SPHERE DI PERPUSTAKAAN UNISSULA – SEMARANG
This study aims to identify and analyze the contribution of business units in realizing the library as a public sphere in the Unissula library. Specifically, the business unit studied was the canteen in the Unissula library. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The results showed that the business unit (i.e. canteen) in the Unissula library was considered to be a place for the realization of public sphere for the users. The location of the canteen which is close to the services in the library makes users feel free to chat with other users on the sidelines of utilizing the existing services of the Unissula library. The design of the canteen by providing adequate tables and chairs also makes users comfortable in meetings, discussions and interactions with other users

ANALYZING THE IMPACT OF RESAMPLING METHOD FOR IMBALANCED DATA TEXT IN INDONESIAN SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES CATEGORIZATION
The extremely skewed data in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data mining cases are often given misleading results. It is caused because machine learning algorithms are designated to work best with balanced data. However, we often meet with imbalanced data in the real situation. To handling imbalanced data issues, the most popular technique is resampling the dataset to modify the number of instances in the majority and minority classes into a standard balanced data. Many resampling techniques, oversampling, undersampling, or combined both of them, have been proposed and continue until now. Resampling techniques may increase or decrease the classifier performance. Comparative research on resampling methods in structured data has been widely carried out, but studies that compare resampling methods with unstructured data are very rarely conducted. That raises many questions, one of which is whether this method is applied to unstructured data such as text that has large dimensions and very diverse characters. To understand how different resampling techniques will affect the learning of classifiers for imbalanced data text, we perform an experimental analysis using various resampling methods with several classification algorithms to classify articles at the Indonesian Scientific Journal Database (ISJD). From this experiment, it is known resampling techniques on imbalanced data text generally to improve the classifier performance but they are doesn’t give significant result because data text has very diverse and large dimensions
TRANSFER PENGETAHUAN PENGAJAR TUNANETRA DI YAYASAN MITRA NETRA
This paper discusses the process of transferring knowledge blind educators in Yayasan Mitra Netra. The aim of this research is to explain the process of transferring knowledge blind educators and also to find out the obstacle in process of transferring knowledge blind educators in Yayasan Mitra Netra. This paper used a qualitative approach with study case method. Data collection techniques in this research used interview, observation, and document analysis. This research found that transferring knowledge blind educators in Yayasan Mitra Netra is to develop student’s knowledge and skills. Yayasan Mitra Netra is informal education institution with the majority of student in Yayasan Mitra Netra are adult students who will go on to college and work. Collaboration between teachers and students who feel that they have something in common makes the knowledge transfer process effective. The seci process in socialization phase is most prominent compared to the other phase, because teachers and students are blind who have lack in seeing and making them only rely on the other senses such as hearing, touch, taste, and etc. in receiving knowledge. So, tacit knowledge can be created and transferred well, although that there are many obstacles in process of transferring knowledge blind educators are laziness, mood, teach too fast, and blind with other needs
EVALUASI GUIDELINE DAN E-LEARNING DIGITAL LITERACY MENGGUNAKAN MODEL CIPP
This study aims to evaluate digital literacy guidelines based on blended learning using the CIPP model (Contexts, Inputs, Processes, Products). The research method is simple experimental, namely by distributing questionnaires to users who have carried out trials on the system. The source of research data is librarians in the Center for Scientific Documentation and Information. Evaluation is measured by looking at the agreement and disagreement of users regarding the topic of training, completeness of the material, training time, and system quality. The results of the study show that the guidelines and e-learning are declared quite effective. However, there are still some disadvantages, among others, that there is still a small format of teaching material in applications, such as visual content, namely images, videos and audio to be used as reference for learning. In addition, an evaluation of the timing of training is needed
EVALUASI KUALITAS SISTEM JURNAL ELEKTRONIK BERBASIS OPEN JOURNAL SYSTEM (OJS) MENGGUNAKAN ISO/IEC 25010
The electronic journal system based on the Open Journal System (OJS) developed by KKP is a system used for the management of publishing a scientific journal. With this system the journal management process becomes easier, faster and also transparent. To see whether the system that has been designed is in accordance with the wishes of the user and how much the level of satisfaction, it is necessary to evaluate the system that has been running. The evaluation carried out in this study uses 4 characteristics found in ISO / IE 25010. The results are in testing functional suitability characteristics, the system meets the standard because the main function of the system built runs smoothly because it has a value of X close to 1 which is 0.9 . In testing the performance efficiency characteristics have met the standard because the average time required to load the page for 3.7 seconds. On the usability characteristics, 76% of respondents stated that the MAARIF journal management system electronically was quite useful and satisfied for the manager and active reader of MAARIF Journal. Meanwhile, the security characteristics test shows that MAARIF electronic journal management system has level 2 or medium level security
