Efforts to Develop and Evaluate the Clinical Judgment Competency of Undergraduate Nursing Students in the New Curriculum
Get PDF同志社女子大学看護学部が2022 年度入学生から適用している新カリキュラムは，臨床判断能力の育成を主軸とするものである。臨床判断能力の育成は，創立150 周年に向けた本学の将来構想「Vision150」にも位置付けられており，各学年に配置されている科目「看護実践総合演習（Ⅰ～Ⅳ）」を中心に進められている。本学部は，学生の臨床判断能力を評価するための独自の指標を作成しており，今回，新カリキュラム初年度の学生が2 年次生に進んだ時点での臨床判断能力が評価された。本稿では，ここまでの教育活動を省察する。評価指標は，タナーの臨床判断の概念や教員らが予定している教育を踏まえて検討され，卒業時の目標として設定された「チームの一員として，受け持ち対象者の状態の変化について安全・安楽・尊厳を踏まえた判断ができる」に向けて，各学年で段階的に目標を設けて評価するものとなった。1 年次の目標は，「受け持ち対象者の生活空間の変化について安全を重視した判断ができる」であり，約9 割の学生が8 項目全てに「ややできる」以上に自己評価した。看護学教育における臨床判断能力の育成の意義からみて，本学部生は順調に学習できていると考えられる。引き続き，本学の学びの環境において，本学部生らしい学習経験が積めるように検討していく必要がある。departmental bulletin pape

No full text“MENHERA” is the term which was originally used on the social media. In the late 1980s, some girls gathered in the internet sites called mental sites. They didn’t suffer necessarily from mental diseases. Many songs which the mentally sick states of “MENHERA” were depicted in appeared in the forms of rock bands and singer-songwrites. The purpose of this study was to explain the history of “MENHERA” music. First of all, its origin was a girl student in a sailor suit appearing in the Meiji era. The sailor suit was the symbol of girlishness with neatness and purity. The girl students were destined to be good wives and wise mothers. The conflict between painful reality and ideal world in “MENHERA” was simillar with girls’ distress since the Meiji era.departmental bulletin pape
Combination effects of an antidiabetic glimepiride and an antilipidemic bezafibrate in rats ― Basic study using pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic analysis ―
No full textHypertension, diabetes, and dyslipidemia are lifestyle-related diseases caused by longstanding lifestyle habits. In addition, when these diseases coexist, the intake of multiple medications is necessary, which increases the potential for drug interactions. We have already analyzed and quantitatively elucidated the relationship between the pharmacokinetics and hypoglycemic effects of antidiabetic glimepiride. This study focuses on the hypoglycemic effects of glimepiride and the antilipidemic bezafibrate in combination, and conducts basic investigations on their pharmacokinetics and effects in rats.
Regarding the pharmacokinetic characteristics of bezafibrate, it was found that, its terminal half-life (t1/2) is longer, its total body clearance (CLtot) is lower, and its mean residence time (MRT) is longer, indicating prolonged retention in the body compared with glimepiride. Additionally, when both drugs were co-administered, the pharmacokinetics of glimepiride remained largely unchanged despite an extension in its t1/2. When bezafibrate was administered separately, it exhibited a similar degree of hypoglycemic effect as the control group and lasted approximately 60-120 minutes after administration. In the case of co-administration, the hypoglycemic effect of glimepiride was almost the same as that of glimepiride separately. This result possibly reflects the hypoglycemic effect of the co-administration.
Although no significant fluctuations were observed in the hypoglycemic effect when both drugs were used concurrently, co-administration led to an increase in the tissue distribution of bezafibrate. This suggests that the long-term efficacy of bezafibrate may have been affected. As this effect takes approximately one week to manifest, unlike the hypoglycemic effect, it will be necessary to consider it in future long-term plans.departmental bulletin pape

No full textThe unique band named «URBANGBARDE» was organized by Tenma MATSUNAGA in 2001. At present time, it is a three-piece band consist of Tenma MATSUNAGA (vocal, guitar), Yoko HAMASAKI (vocal), and Kei OHKUBO (keyboard). The band became popular as a trauma-techno-band among people called “MENHERA.” The mental states of “MENHERA” is the constant thema of the songs they make. The purpose of this study was to analyze the unique lyrics expressed by «URBANGBARDE». The lyrics were classified into the four subjects, a) the fiction of girlishness hidden into the heart, b) the psychological passage back and forth between the fiction of girlishness and the physical existence, c) the heart full of negative expierinces, d) the appearance of girls in the of eyes of surrounding adults.
