Does Employee Empowerment as a Mediating Variable the Linking of Transformational Leadership on Employee Performance?
This study aims to investigate whether employee empowerment (EE) as a mediator variable of the mechanistic pathway of transformational leadership (TL) influences employee performance (EP). A quantitative method was employed. The samples were 109 employees of regional companies in Magetan City, East Java and were collected from questionnaires. SEM-PLS was employed for data analysed. The results showed that transformational leadership directly affects employee performance. Work motivation has a role as a mediator variable from transformational leadership mechanisms to employee performance. Meanwhile, employee empowerment does not have a role as a mediator variable in the path of transformational leadership mechanisms on employee performance. The mediating role of employee empowerment in the mechanistic pathway is still contradictory. Therefore, the investigation of employee empowerment as a mediator variable in the mechanism is still recommended for future research.

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah sample sebanyak 109 karyawan perusahaan daerah di Kota Magetan, Jawa Timur dan dikumpulkan dari kuesioner. SEM-PLS digunakan untuk analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung. Motivasi memiliki peran sebagai variabel mediator pada mekanisme pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan pemberdayaan karyawan tidak memiliki peran sebagai variabel mediator pada mekanisme jalur kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Peran mediasi pemberdayaan karyawan pada jalur mekanisme tersebut masih menjadi kontradiksi. Oleh karena itu, peran variabel pemberdayaan karyawan sebagai variabel mediator masih direkomendasikan untuk penelitian yang akan datang.

Hotel Post Covid-19: How Preparedness Affects Guest Satisfaction In A Mid-Scales Hotel: Bagaimana Pengaruh kesiapsiagaan pada kepuasan tamu pada Mid-scales Hotel
Post-pandemic health strategies will be critical to hotel success. Guests' expectations regarding sanitation, cleanliness, safety, and health continue to rise. As a mitigation plan, hotel preparedness is essential to ensure guest satisfaction. Still, few studies examine the relationship between preparedness and guest satisfaction during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the effect of preparedness on guest satisfaction and assess the preparedness’s importance and performance on guest satisfaction in Bandung. The mid-scale hotel category was chosen as the unit of study since it contains the majority of hotels in Bandung. This quantitative cross-sectional study was undertaken. The data was gathered using a questionnaire survey of respondents who had stayed in the mid-scale hotel in Bandung during the pandemic. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS and Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA). According to the research findings, hotel preparedness has a synergic effect on guest satisfaction. Preparedness is a process, not a product, and each practice cannot be attained separately but must be integrated to ensure guest satisfaction. This research contributes that implementing crisis management through preparedness has an essential role in guest satisfaction; practically, hotels are expected to focus on cleanliness quality and strengthen human resources by enhancing employee competencies since they have the highest level of importance in reducing the risk of COVID-19.

In Search of Practices and Techniques to Developing Leadership Competency Model for Millennials in Energy Sector: A literature Review
Leadership competency model has become critical as the emergence of millennials in energy sector and the business shifting to new era caused by VUCA and COVID-19 pandemic. To promoting and maintaining high-performing millennial employees and reduce the maturity gap compared to the Gen – X employees, there is needs to enrich the content and implementation process of leadership competency to meet current and future necessities. However, little is known about research related to competency models that exist in energy sector organizations, particularly for millennials.The purpose of this article is to review the literature on leadership competency models in various industries and work organizations with focus intention is on the energy sector. It will also examine competency model approaches used by undertaking a comparative analysis of practices and techniques when developing the leadership competency models. Findings suggested that 24 leadership competency model have been used in the literature obtained with very limited number of the implementation in energy sectore yet none has been done for millennials case. Most of the models reviewed are using interviews and surveys as the main approach. Behavioral Event Interview is very effective way to build new leadership competency model.Energy sector organizations can use the results to design their own management competency models. It can also be used by other researchers for possible future research.

Namun, sedikit yang diketahui tentang penelitian terkait model kompetensi yang ada di organisasi sektor energi khususnya untuk kasus milenial. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk meninjau literatur model kompetensi kepemimpinan di berbagai bidang tenaga kerja dan organisasi dengan focus utama pada sektor energi. Ini juga akan memeriksa pendekatan model kompetensi yang digunakan dengan melakukan analisis komparatif praktik dan teknik ketika mengembangkan model kompetensi kepemimpinan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa24modelkompetensikepemimpinantelahdigunakandalamliteraturyangdiperolehdengan jumlah implementasi di sektor energi yang sangat terbatas namun belum ada yang dilakukan untuk kasusmilenial. Research Trends and Mapping of Price Limits and Stock Prices in ASEAN 5: A Bibliometric Analysis
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze research trends and mapping of price limits and stock prices in ASEAN 5. This type of research is qualitative research. The research variables are Price Limit and Stock Price. The data collection technique used was bibliometric analysis from the Scopus database from 1996 to 2022. The number of research samples was 52 samples. The data analysis technique uses bibliometrics with the VOS viewer software program. The findings of this study indicate that 52 articles have been selected, with the number of publications increasing every year. Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand and Singapore have an important role to play in the article price limits and share prices on Scopus as well as price limits reducing the volatility of stock returns, overcoming overreactions and not disrupting trading activities.

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Variabel penelitian adalah Price Limit dan Harga Saham. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometrik dari database Scopus dari tahun 1996 hingga 2022. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 52 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bibliometrik dengan program software VOS viewer. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 52 artikel telah dipilih, dengan jumlah publikasi yang meningkat setiap tahun. Indonesia, Malaysia, Filipina, Thailand, dan Singapura memiliki peran penting dalam artikel price limit dan harga saham di Scopus serta price limit mengurangi volatilitas pengembalian saham, mengatasi reaksi berlebihan, dan tidak mengganggu aktivitas perdagangan.

The Application of Supply Chain Risk Management Assessment in Smallscale Fisheries in Bangka Belitung, Indonesia Using Probabilistic Risk Analysis (PRA) Method
Indonesia’s small-scale fisheries contributed as the second large fishing country which create an economy of scale throughout the food security. However, fish capturing from the indigenous livelihood weighed an inefficiency on the production volume due to limited resources and knowledge. The research aims to benefit by applying supply chain risk management on fishery products in Bangka Belitung, Indonesia across its regencies with product-hub placement. The objective is to identify the local risk distributions and most vital causes to cumulative losses for specific fish commodities. The research would specify the least to most common risk occurred. The research is a triangulation method consisting of probabilistic risk analysis, interviews, and direct observations. The result showed there is a significant level of risk outspread around each municipality in Bangka Belitung, showing from the capture, sampling, and fishery businesses production data. The lead time in days and price per unit became the two main factors as it validates the risk occurrence. The government strategy was limited on the high number of volume and potentials, a case would be shrimps. Indeed, there is an indication that high risks are occurring in most small lead time fishery businesses across Bangka Belitung with mackerel fish as the main spoilage, followed by crab, and yellow-tail scads. The findings showed there is an average of 35,00% risk inside 30,36% fishery businesses in Bangka Belitung and the risk impact per business capture ranged between 0,33 to 0,77 probability. Unveiling Employee Turnover Phenomena in South East Asia’s Largest Population
Generation Y is known as a generation that grew up with technological advances, creating more dynamic, creative, and career development-oriented employees. However, they are also known as having a low level of loyalty. It is caused because Gen Y tends to have high turnover intentions. Companies need to understand the values of Gen Y to develop management strategies so employees can be maintained. Employees who feel their contribution is valued by their organization will have a high commitment to the company. It also happens when they feel the supervisors show concern for them. This study aims to identify the role of person-organization fit, perceived organizational support, and perceived supervisor support on the turnover intention of Jakarta’s Gen Y employees. The analytical method is quantitative, with 428 samples. The results of this study shall be considered for companies to determine the exact strategies for Gen Y employees.

The Effect Of Endorser Credibility On Purchase Intention Mediated By Brand Attitude And Brand Credibility On Online Travel Agent Traveloka
Online travel agencies (OTAs) in Indonesia, such as Traveloka, spend annually to endorse their brands through celebrities on TikTok to influence consumer perceptions of credibility and purchase intentions. This research explores the impact of celebrity endorsers’ expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness on brand attitude, brand credibility, and purchase intention within the context of online travel agencies (OTA). Recognizing the significance of celebrity endorsement for enhancing the purchasing behavior of consumers towards OTA brands, the findings of this study have important implications for how OTA companies can strategically adopt celebrity endorsement to sustain their customers' intention to purchase travel-related services. The study employs Partial Least Method-Structural Equation Modeling and includes 244 respondents, and data analysis was conducted using SEM analysis with WarpPLS 7.0 software. The results indicate a significant positive effect of celebrity endorser credibility on purchase intention through brand attitude and credibility. By using credible celebrities as endorsers, OTA companies, such as Traveloka in Indonesia, have been successful in influencing consumers' brand perception and building brand credibility, which in turn positively affects their purchase intention. The research findings highlight the importance of brand attitude as the most significant factor that impacts consumers' intention to purchase. Consequently, the study provides valuable insights for OTA companies, emphasizing the necessity of employing credible endorsers to build brand credibility and positively influence consumers' attitudes and purchase intention.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti efek dari kekuatan Kredibilitas Pendukung dan pengaruhnya pada merek sikap, kredibilitas merek, dan niat pembelian . Dengan diadakannya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dan bahan evaluasi pada Traveloka dalam mengoptimalkan pemasaran yang dilakukannya. Metode yang akan digunakan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal menggunakan analisis SEM yang di olah dengan software WarpPLS 7.0 dengan sampel sebanyak 244 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, Kredibilitas Pendukung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat pembelian melalui sikap merek dan kredibilitas merek. Dari hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan dengan melakukan penelitian pada Traveloka dapat dijadikan masukan sehingga dapat terus berkembang.

Survey Impact of COVID on Work-Family Conflict (WFC) and Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA)
Covid is mandating that all businesses around the globe be able to accommodate flexible work schedules. In addition, many companies are instituting work-from-home policies due to social interaction restrictions. This condition makes it difficult for businesses to establish explicit FWA regulations. The implementation of a WFA presents numerous obstacles, particularly concerning WFC. Certain conditions will have a negative impact on employees who are tasked with completing work in addition to domestic responsibilities. If no distinct rules govern this, it will be difficult for employees to manage their time, negatively impacting employee performance. Members continue to believe that the FWA settings are not optimal one year after the pandemic has begun. Many employees still confront WFC when completing work and homework simultaneously. This condition stipulates that implementing FWA must be enhanced to reduce the risk of WFC. The data acquisition method is a survey of 100 employees in the manufacturing industry that produces steel. According to the study's findings, the Work-Family Conflict (WFC) was in the lowest category, with employees believing that the tasks assigned are balanced between work and family to avoid creating work-family conflicts. While the FWA implementation was rated acceptable, it makes it easier for employees to manage their time more flexibly to complete their work. The obtained results can assist the organization in enhancing its procedures for implementing the FWA.

The Influence of Reference Group on Purchase Decision of Iphone Products With Lifestyle as A Moderating Variable (Case Study: Iphone Product Users In Indonesia)
Indonesia is one of the countries with a significant market share. Based on data, it shows that Iphone market share in Indonesia is not among the top 5 biggest sales, especially with the current pandemic conditions. This problem occurs because other brands in the top rank also have variants of products that have similar to or the same prices as Iphone products. This research aims to determine the influence of reference groups on Iphone product purchasing decisions, the influence of lifestyle on Iphone product purchasing decisions, and the moderating effect of lifestyle on the relationship between reference groups and Iphone product purchasing decisions. The population of this research is Iphone users in big cities in Indonesia, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, Medan, Pontianak, Makassar, Palembang, Lampung, and Ambon. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling with a total sample of 150 respondents. The data collection method is a survey with an online questionnaire. The multivariate analysis was used in this research, namely structural equation modelling. The results of the study indicate that the reference group has a significant influence on Iphone product purchasing decisions, lifestyle has a significant influence on Iphone product purchase decisions, and lifestyle can moderate the positive relationship between reference groups and purchasing decisions. In future research, other sampling techniques and a more varied number of samples are expected to be used to obtain more comprehensive results.

Berdasarkan data menunjukan bahwa marketshare smartphone di Indonesia dapat dikatakan produk Iphone bahkan tidak masuk dalam 5 besar penjualan terbesar apalagi ditambah kondisi pandemi saat ini. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan dikarenakan merek lain yang menempati urutan teratas juga memiliki varian dari produk yang memiliki harga yang mendekati atau sama dengan produk Iphone. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk manganalisis pengaruh kelompok referensi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Iphone, pengaruh gaya hidup terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Iphone, dan pengaruh moderasi antara gaya hidup terhadap hubungan antara kelompok referensi dan keputusan pembelian produk Iphone. Populasi penelitian adalah pengguna Iphone di Kota Besar di Indonesia yaitu Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, Medan, Pontianak, Makassar, Palembang, Lampung, dan Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipilih adalah cluster random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Metode pengumpulan data adalah survey dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara daring. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis multivariat yaitu structural equation modelling. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa bahwa kelompok referensi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Iphone, gaya hidup memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Iphone, serta gaya hidup dapat memoderasi positif hubungan antara kelompok referensi dan keputusan pembelian. Pada penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel lainnya dan menggunakan jumlah sampel yang lebih bervariasi untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih komperehensif
The Emergence of Multicultural Characteristics in Virtual Team
The advancement of information and communication technology grant access for businesses to reach global workforce. In a condition where companies hire their employee from cross-border market, the exposure of multicultural differences will be more in contact. Some of the problem faced by virtual multicultural team are cultural discrepancy, communication problem, long distance conflict, and lack of synergy. The objective of this study is to explore the multicultural characteristics emerged from virtual team activity to minimize the problem. This research adopts a case study to examine the comprehensive understanding of virtual multicultural team activity and get new insight from dwelling activity into the context directly. This study has two results: a virtual team and multicultural team characteristics in digital company and Hybrid company. This study can help practitioners identify what multicultural level of focus is well-suited to their current business model and give researcher an overview of future research on the alternatives in managing virtual multicultural team by building virtual multicultural team framework.
