    The Effects of Spiritual Leadership and Transformational Leadership on Happiness at Work in the Digital 4.0 Era

    In the era of digitalization 4.0 at this time, the existence of Civil Servants has a role in supporting the performance expected by the leadership. Likewise, in the role of a leader, applying the right leadership style will greatly support the employee's performance. Leadership is closely related to happiness in doing the Work done by subordinates as employees. Appropriate leadership will greatly affect happiness at Work, which will later affect the expected performance. This study used quantitative methods and measuring instruments using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study totaled 108 civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of the Karimun Regency Government. Meanwhile, in determining the number of samples in this study, the Slovin method was used to obtain a sample size of 85 employees who were used as respondents. The analysis test tool in this study was Smart-PLS software version 3.0 and IBM SPSS software version 26.0. They were supported using VOSviewer software to map the variables considered in this study. The results of this study indicate that Spiritual Leadership obtained insignificant negative results for Happiness at Work, while Transformational Leadership obtained significant positive results for Happiness at Work. As for Relevant Predictive, a value of 0.520 is obtained where this value is above zero, meaning that the observation value is good. As for the Fit Model, an NFI value of 0.669 was obtained, where this value was above zero, meaning that the model in this study was good. Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Happiness at Work.Abstrak Di era digitalisasi 4.0 saat ini, keberadaan PNS memiliki peran dalam menunjang kinerja yang diharapkan oleh pimpinan. Begitu pula dalam peran seorang pemimpin, penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat akan sangat menunjang kinerja pegawai. Kepemimpinan erat kaitannya dengan kebahagiaan dalam melakukan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh bawahan sebagai pegawai. Kepemimpinan yang tepat akan sangat mempengaruhi kebahagiaan dalam bekerja, yang nantinya akan mempengaruhi kinerja yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan alat ukur menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 108 PNS di Sekretariat Daerah Pemerintah Kabupaten Karimun. Sedangkan dalam menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode Slovin untuk mendapatkan besar sampel sebanyak 85 karyawan yang dijadikan responden. Alat uji analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah software Smart-PLS versi 3.0 dan software IBM SPSS versi 26.0. Mereka didukung dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer untuk memetakan variabel-variabel yang dipertimbangkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Spiritual Leadership mendapatkan hasil negatif tidak signifikan untuk Happiness at Work, sedangkan Transformational Leadership mendapatkan hasil positif signifikan untuk Happiness at Work. Sedangkan untuk Relevant Predictive diperoleh nilai 0,520 dimana nilai ini diatas nol artinya nilai observasi baik. Sedangkan untuk Fit Model diperoleh nilai NFI sebesar 0,669 dimana nilai tersebut diatas nol yang berarti model pada penelitian ini baik.     The Role of Social Commerce Trust and Satisfaction on TikTok Consumer Purchasing Behavior

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the antecedents of s-commerce trust (social media activities, consumer review quality, social support, and surface credibility) on satisfaction and their effect on consumer purchasing behavior on TikTok. This research uses quantitative methods and 271 consumer data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show that there is a positive influence from the antecedents on s-commerce trust, except for social media activities. There is a positive influence from surface credibility on  satisfaction and from trust and satisfaction on purchasing behavior of TikTok consumers in Indonesia. This research contributes to the theoretical and practical implications of s-commerce

    What is the Global View of Women's Leadership? Sentiment Analysis based on Meta-Analysis

    This research aims to analyze literature about leadership women and integrate diverse perspectives with meta-analysis and sentiment analysis. This research uses a design study combined qualitative with analysis statistics descriptive for meta-analysis and analysis sentiment. The search sample uses a purposive sampling technique. This study analyzes articles on Dimension.ai metadata about women's leadership from 2015 to 2022. Keywords used for data collection, namely "Women Leadership". The results of the meta-analysis show the development of women's leadership research that contributes to the limitations of knowledge. Analysis results in sentiment show that expert opinion about women's leadership varies, with positive sentiment by 30%, negative sentiment by 30%, and neutral sentiment by 40%. This research is the first to discuss the view of a global evolution in women's leadership research and produces consequences that contribute to achieving the SDGs.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literatur tentang kepemimpinan perempuan dan mengintegrasikan beragam perspektif dengan meta-analisis dan analisis sentimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif yang dipadukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif untuk analisis meta dan analisis sentimen. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menganalisis artikel metadata Dimension.ai tentang kepemimpinan perempuan pada tahun 2015 hingga 2022. Kata kunci yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data yaitu “Kepemimpinan Perempuan”. Hasil analisis meta menunjukkan perkembangan penelitian kepemimpinan perempuan berkontribusi terhadap keterbatasan pengetahuan. Hasil analisis sentimen menunjukkan bahwa pendapat para ahli mengenai kepemimpinan perempuan berbeda-beda, dengan sentimen positif sebesar 30%, sentimen negatif sebesar 30%, dan sentimen netral sebesar 40%. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pertama yang membahas pandangan evolusi global dalam penelitian kepemimpinan perempuan dan menghasilkan konsekuensi yang berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian SDGs

    Entrepreneurial Leadership Practice Through Mini-Project: Participatory Action Research (PAR) at the School of Tourism

    This research aimed to explore the implementation of entrepreneurial leadership through mini-projects in a tourism sub-marketing context and to assess the performance of tourism students in designing tourism products using this approach. To mitigate these challenges, the research proposed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) methodology was employed. A single third-semester sub-marketing class was the focus. Purposive sampling was used to select participants aligned with the research theme. Data collection involved student and lecturer interviews. Mini projects included article reviews and project presentations. The research results are that teaching entrepreneurial leadership through mini-projects is successfully conducted for three days: 1) introduction to topics containing basic marketing concepts, 2) the importance of why people apply for marketing activities, and 3) strategies to win the markets. The activity was filled with reviewing articles on the second day, and discussions were completed with project presentations on the third day. Additionally, the conclusion of the research is that the student's performance is very positive, measured by indicators of directness in stating ideas, product novelty, and received responses.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi kepemimpinan kewirausahaan melalui mini-proyek dalam konteks sub-pemasaran pariwisata dan untuk menilai kinerja mahasiswa pariwisata dalam merancang produk pariwisata menggunakan pendekatan ini. Untuk memitigasi tantangan-tantangan ini, penelitian ini mengusulkan metodologi Penelitian Tindakan Partisipatif (PAR). Fokusnya adalah pada satu kelas sub-pemasaran semester ketiga. Purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih partisipan yang sesuai dengan tema penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mahasiswa dan dosen. Proyek mini mencakup ulasan artikel dan presentasi proyek. Hasil penelitian, pengajaran kepemimpinan kewirausahaan melalui mini-proyek berhasil dilakukan selama tiga hari: 1) pengenalan topik yang berisi konsep dasar pemasaran, 2) pentingnya alasan orang melamar kegiatan pemasaran, dan 3) strategi memenangkan pasar. Kegiatan diisi dengan review artikel pada hari kedua, dan diskusi diakhiri dengan presentasi proyek pada hari ketiga.     Savings behavior among women entrepreneurs is a crucial factor in fostering financial independence and business sustainability. Therefore, this study examined the drivers of savings behavior among women entrepreneurs in Oyo State, Nigeria, Specifically, the influence of socio-economic variables, availability of financial services, and cultural and societal norms on the saving behavior of women entrepreneurs was investigated. Using a sample size of 240 respondents, data were collected through structured questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results showed that socio-economic factors like age, education, income, and years of experience positively reinforce saving behavior, while larger household size negatively affects the ability to save. Besides, access to financial services-driven by proximity to institutions of finance, availability of financial products and interest rates, financial literacy programs, use of digital financial services-emerged as a critical driver of saving behavior. These results further indicated that savings decisions are highly influenced by cultural expectations, family influence, and religious belief, revealing that policy intervention in the financial inclusion of women as entrepreneurs must not just consider the economic factors but also the cultural and social contexts. The study further recommends the implementation of financial literacy programs for women entrepreneurs, the development of accessible financial products by institutions, and community-based initiatives for changing positive cultural narratives concerning women's financial independence.Perilaku menabung di kalangan pengusaha perempuan merupakan faktor penting dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian finansial dan keberlanjutan usaha. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menguji pendorong perilaku menabung di kalangan perempuan pengusaha di Negara Bagian Oyo, Nigeria. Secara khusus, pengaruh variabel sosio-ekonomi, ketersediaan layanan keuangan, dan norma budaya dan masyarakat terhadap perilaku menabung perempuan pengusaha diselidiki. Dengan menggunakan jumlah sampel sebanyak 240 responden, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial ekonomi seperti usia, pendidikan, pendapatan, dan pengalaman bertahun-tahun secara positif memperkuat perilaku menabung, sedangkan ukuran rumah tangga yang lebih besar berdampak negatif terhadap kemampuan menabung. Selain itu, akses terhadap layanan keuangan – yang didorong oleh kedekatan dengan lembaga keuangan, ketersediaan produk keuangan dan suku bunga, program literasi keuangan, dan penggunaan layanan keuangan digital – muncul sebagai pendorong penting perilaku menabung. Hasil ini lebih lanjut menunjukkan bahwa keputusan menabung sangat dipengaruhi oleh ekspektasi budaya, pengaruh keluarga, dan keyakinan agama. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi kebijakan dalam inklusi keuangan bagi perempuan sebagai wirausaha tidak hanya harus mempertimbangkan faktor ekonomi tetapi juga konteks budaya dan sosial. Studi ini lebih lanjut merekomendasikan penerapan program literasi keuangan bagi perempuan pengusaha, pengembangan produk keuangan yang dapat diakses oleh lembaga, dan inisiatif berbasis komunitas untuk mengubah narasi budaya positif mengenai kemandirian finansial perempuan

    The Influence of Safety Leadership, Safety Motivation, and Working Condition on Safety Behavior at PT XYZ

    Coal mining industry is an industry that can be classified as a high-risk industry. Work accident in this industry can happen to all workers any time. PT XYZ, as a company that provides contractor services in coal mining industry, also records work accident in its workplace. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of safety leadership, safety motivation, and working condition on safety behavior at PT XYZ. To achieve this goal, measurements will be conduct to measure the dimension from each variable. The method that will be used in this research to achieve this goal is to develop and test a structural equation modelling (SEM) on a questionnaire that has been distributed to samples from the population. The research sample consisted of 262 operators who worked in Production Department PT XYZ. The findings showed that safety leadership and working condition have a positive and significant effect on safety behavior. Meanwhile, the result also showed that safety motivation did not have a significant effect on safety behavior in PT XYZ. The results of this study provide an overview of the real conditions currently occurred in PT XYZ. The findings also provide guidance for leaders in the coal mining industry on the behaviors and policies they should adopt to improve safety-related performance

    Performance Assessment of Health Personnel with Passionate Performance Leaders as Moderators at the Badan Pengusahaan Batam Hospital

    One effort to maintain and improve hospital performance is by improving the performance of health workers. This situation makes hospitals create policies that employees must be able to become quality human resources, and it is not uncommon for employees to end up having double jobs, such as in the accreditation implementation process. This condition often becomes a source of conflict for employees, where employees become incompatible in carrying out their orders. The aim of this research is to build a model of employee performance at BP Batam Hospital, with the role of the leader to minimize the emergence of work stress due to workload which can reduce employee performance. This research was conducted at BP Batam Hospital, the research sample was 215 employees. Data processing uses the SEM method with PLS software. The results of this research conclude that pleasant employee experiences have a significant positive influence on employee performance, pleasant employee experiences have a significant positive influence on empowerment, empowerment has a positive and not significant influence on employee performance, work stress has a negative and not significant influence on pleasant employee experiences, engagement. Employees have a significant positive effect on enjoyable Employee Experience, work stress has a significant negative effect on employee engagement, work stress has a significant negative effect on the performance of health workers, work stress has a significant positive effect on performance through Enjoyable Employee Experience, work stress has a significant positive effect on Empowerment through Enjoyable Employee Experience, Employee Engagement have a significant positive influence on employee performance through Enjoyable Employee Experience, Employee Engagement has a significant positive influence on Empowerment through Enjoyable Employee Experience, Enjoyable Employee Experience has a positive and not significant influence on Employee Performance through Empowerment, Job Stress has a significant positive influence on Enjoyable Employees Experience through Employee Engagement, Enjoyable Employee Experience Has a Significant Negative Influence on Employee Performance Moderated by Leader Passionate Performance

    Determinants of Bond Rating, Profitability, Liquidity, and Company Size are Moderated Leverage on the Yield to Maturity

    This study aims to identify the determinants of yield to maturity of corporate bonds in Indonesia with leverage as a moderating variable. The data for this study is 25 corporate bonds as a sample from a total population of 59 corporate bonds. The research sample was tested using panel data analysis techniques, namely descriptive and inferential statistics. The test results show that profitability with the Yield of Assets indicator and company size has a positive effect, liquidity with the Current Ratio indicator has a negative effect and bond ratings do not affect the yield to maturity of corporate bonds in Indonesia. Furthermore, it was found that there is a role of leverage as a moderating variable, namely, leverage weakens the effect of ROA and bond ratings on the yield to maturity of corporate bonds and strengthens the effect of the Current Ratio on the yield to maturity of corporate bonds

    Does The Age Influence Intention to Switch to Sharia Banking Services: A Case Study of Islamic Bank Customers in Indonesia

    This study examined the moderating effect of age on switching intention among Islamic bank customers in Indonesia who also hold accounts in conventional banks using the push, pull, and mooring approach. A quantitative research approach was adopted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for data analysis with a sample of 324 respondents. The findings revealed that the Push, Pull, and Mooring approach significantly affect switching intention. Specifically, dissatisfaction and regret were identified as key components of the push factor, religious motivation represented the mooring factor, and alternative attractiveness and subjective norm were central to the pull factor. Age emerged as a critical moderating variable. The mooring factor had a significant impact on customers aged 35–45 years, while the push factor was more influential among younger customers (17–35 years) and those above 45 years. In contrast, the pull factor consistently affected switching intention across all age groups. These results provide practical insights for decision makers in planning targeted marketing strategies and contribute to the marketing management literature, particularly in the context of Islamic banking.Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh moderasi usia terhadap niat berpindah di antara nasabah bank Islam di Indonesia yang juga memiliki rekening di bank konvensional dengan menggunakan pendekatan push, pull, dan mooring. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif diadopsi menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk analisis data dengan sampel 324 responden. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pendekatan Push, Pull, dan Mooring secara signifikan memengaruhi niat berpindah. Secara khusus, ketidakpuasan dan penyesalan diidentifikasi sebagai komponen utama faktor push, motivasi keagamaan mewakili faktor mooring, dan daya tarik alternatif serta norma subjektif merupakan inti dari faktor pull. Usia muncul sebagai variabel moderasi yang penting. Faktor mooring memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada nasabah berusia 35–45 tahun, sedangkan faktor push lebih berpengaruh di antara nasabah yang lebih muda (17–35 tahun) dan mereka yang berusia di atas 45 tahun. Sebaliknya, faktor pull secara konsisten memengaruhi niat berpindah di semua kelompok usia. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi para pengambil keputusan dalam merencanakan strategi pemasaran yang ditargetkan dan berkontribusi pada literatur manajemen pemasaran, khususnya dalam konteks perbankan Islam

    The development of rapid industry cosmetics in Indonesia is driven by the increasing class medium and demand to produce beauty-friendly environments, pushing industry cosmetics To produce and develop more products in a friendly environment containing natural ingredients. In an era of increasingly strict competition, especially in consumer-oriented industries like cosmetics, companies often face challenges in maintaining customer loyalty. Effective strategies to awaken the loyalty of consumers are to make them trust and satisfy the products and actions of the company. To gain consumer trust and satisfaction, the company needs to pay attention to the value given. Research This will explain more Far with investigating the complex connection between mark perception green, satisfaction, trust and loyalty in the purchase and use of cosmetics based on a friendly environment. Research This was done against 170 respondents with the use of an approach through the distribution of an online questionnaire on Java Island. Data analysis methods use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Research This discloses results that consider the perception of green, satisfaction, and trust positively and significantly related to a loyalty-friendly environment. In addition, it is also obtained that satisfaction and trust make mark perception green important, though satisfaction and trust only partly influence it. This confirms that without the existence of satisfaction and trust, loyal consumers of the cosmetics industry will find it difficult to wake up
