أثر نظام المعلومات التسويقية في تطوير المنتجات الجديدة
Get PDFهدفت الدراسة إلى استكشاف أثر نظام المعلومات التسويقية في تطوير المنتجات الجديدة في قطاع صناعة مواد العناية والتجميل بالجزائر، من خلال تحليل العلاقة بين متغيرين رئيسيين: نظام المعلومات التسويقية كمتغير مستقل، والذي تم قياسه عبر أربعة أبعاد تشمل نظام السجلات والتقارير الداخلية، نظام البحوث التسويقية، نظام الاستخبارات التسويقية، ونظام دعم القرارات التسويقية؛ وتطوير المنتجات الجديدة كمتغير تابع، تم تقييمه وفقًا لخمسة أبعاد هي: توليد الأفكار وتقييمها، تطوير النماذج الأولية، التحليل والتخطيط، تطوير المنتج واختباره، والتسويق.
اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم تصميم استبيان موجه إلى المدراء والمسؤولين والموظفين في المؤسسات الناشطة في القطاع، والذين شاركوا في فعاليات المعرض الدولي لصناعة مواد العناية والتجميل Cosmetica في طبعته الثانية. كما تم دعم الدراسة بمقابلات شفوية مع مجموعة من المسؤولين. وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة 170 مشاركًا من 66 مؤسسة.
في الجانب التطبيقي، تم تحليل بعض الإحصائيات المتعلقة بالقطاع، تلاه تحليل نتائج الاستبيان باستخدام برنامجي SPSS v26 للتحليل الوصفي وSmartPLS V4 للنمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية. أظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير متفاوت لجميع أبعاد نظام المعلومات التسويقية على تطوير المنتجات الجديدة. وفي الختام، قدمت الدراسة جملة من التوصيات لتعزيز كفاءة نظم المعلومات التسويقية في دعم الابتكار، مع اقتراح آفاق للبحث المستقبلي

Cependant, des observations expérimentales montrent clairement que certains d'entre eux sont loin d'être sphériques. Une tentative de développement d'un modèle micromécanique plus réaliste est nécessaire en utilisant des inclusions sphéroïdales ou ellipsoïdales et en incluant éventuellement un nouveau paramètre morphologique. Ce dernier sera identifié sur la base des résultats numériques, par exemple à partir des calculs éléments finis basés sur une analyse micro tomographique de grains de ciment Portland. À l'aide du modèle proposé, la plage de validité des approximations de particules sphériques ou ellipsoïdales sera examinée pour différents types de pâtes et granulométries

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تبيان دور العلاقات العامة في منظمات المجتمع المدني في إدارة العمل التطوعي،وقد فضلنا التركيز هنا على قسم العلاقات العامة لجمعية الجزائر المتحدة الخيرية،وكيف ساهم هذا الأخير في الترويج للنشاطات الاجتماعية والأعمال الخيرية ونشر ثقافة العمل التطوعي لدى مختلف فئات المجتمع،ومدى مواكبة هذا القسم للتطور التكنولوجي في مجال المعلومات عبر وسائل الاتصال الحديثة،كما تم إلقاء الضوء على أهم المبادئ و الخطط الإستراتجية التي ساهمت في تحقيق وتعزيز أواصر التضامن العضوي والكلي للجمعية و التي عكست لنا قوة الرباط والألفة الاجتماعية بين أعضاءها،وتنطلق هذه الدراسة من أرضية نظرية ارتكزت في منهجها على المنهج الوصفي،وقد استخدمنا فيها استمارة استبيان والملاحظة والمقابلة كأدوات أساسية لجمع البيانات،بحيث طبقت الدراسة على حالة قسم العلاقات العامة لجمعية الجزائر المتحدة الخيرية بولاية الجزائر،و تمت مناقشة وتحليل كيف للأنشطة قسم العلاقات العامة أن تساهم في تحسين الصورة الذهنية للجمعية وتعزز من قناعات وانطباعات الجمهور الداخلي والخارجي وكيف تعمل على التخطيط والتنظيم والتنفيذ لمشاريعها الاتصالية من أجل كسب ثقة المساهمين والمتبرعين،وفي الأخير تم تفسير النتائج وفق المنظور الاجتماعي، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها :
1. أظهرت الدراسة بأن أنشطة قسم العلاقات العامة هي إحدى الدعامات الأساسية لجمعية الجزائر المتحدة الخيرية،فهي تعتبر نسق هام في بنية هذه المؤسسة،إذ تحقق التساند الوظيفي وتكامل الأدوار بين الفضاء الداخلي و الخارجي للجمعية.
2. أوضحت الدراسة أيضا بأن قسم العلاقات العامة لجمعية الجزائر المتحدة الخيرية يتبنى التخطيط الاستراتجي على المدى القصير والمتوسط والطويل كأولوية أساسية في تحقيق رسائله الاتصالية الجيدة مع المحيط الخارجي.
3. أظهرت الدراسة أن ممارسي العلاقات العامة لجمعية الجزائر المتحدة الخيرية لهم دور في زيادة فعالية العمل التطوعي من خلال تنظيم برامج و أنشطة اتصالية اجتماعية وترفيهية ورعاية صحية لذوى الهمم ومرضى السرطان .
4. كشفت الدراسة بأن أبرز الصعوبات التي تواجه قسم العلاقات العامة لجمعية الجزائر المتحدة الخيرية قبل و أثناء القيام بالعمل التطوعي،نقص الممولين و المساهمين نتيجة كثرة المشاريع والأنشطة الاتصالية والمبادرات الإنسانية المختلفة التي تقوم بها الجمعية
ABSTRACT :
The present study aims to demonstrate the role of public relations in civil society organizations in the management of volunteerism And we preferred to focus here on the public relations section of the United Algiers Charity Society, How the latter contributed to the promotion of social activities and philanthropy and the dissemination of a culture of volunteerism among different groups in society and the extent to which this section is keeping pace with technological developments in the field of information and through modern means of communication, It also highlighted the most important principles and strategic plans that contributed to the achievement and strengthening of the association's organic and total solidarity and reflected the strength of the bond and social familiarity among its members and based on a theoretical ground based on the descriptive approach, We have used a questionnaire form, observation and interview as essential tools for data collection Public Relations Department of the United Charitable Society of Algeria, Algeria, We discussed and analyzed how PR department activities contribute to improving the association's mental image and enhance the convictions and impressions of internal and external audiences and how it works to plan, organize and implement its communication projects in order to gain the trust of shareholders and donors. Finally, the results were interpreted according to the social perspective, The study found a series of results, the most important of which were:
1. The study showed that the Public Relations Department is one of the fundamental pillars of the United Algiers Charity Society. It is an important coordinator in the structure of this institution, achieving functional support and complementarity of roles between the Society's internal and external space.
2. The study also showed that the public relations department of the United Algiers Charity Society embraces strategic planning in the short, medium and long term as a key priority in achieving its good communication messages with the outside ocean.
3. The study showed that public relations practitioners of the Algiers United Charity Association have a role in increasing the effectiveness of volunteerism by organizing social and recreational communication programmes and activities and health care for people of determination and cancer patients.
4. The study revealed that the most significant difficulties facing the public relations department of the United Algiers Charitable Society before and during volunteering work, lack of funders and contributors as a result of the many projects, communication activities and initiatives

تهدف الدراسة في البحث عن مستوى توظيف المهارات الاتصالية لدى القائد الإداري أثناء الأزمات بمقر ولاية بسكرة من وجهة نظر الموظفين، وكذا العلاقة الارتباطية بين فعالية القيادة الإدارية ومستوى توظيف هذه المهارات المتمثلة في مهارة الإصغاء، التفكير الاستراتيجي، التحدث، والغوص في أبعادهما ودرجة قوة العلاقة الارتباطية بين هذه المهارات من حيث تفاعل هذا القائد الإداري مع المواقف التي قد تواجهه أثناء وقوع الأزمات، والسمات الواجب تحليه بها أو اكتسابها ليكون ذو فعالية لتحقيق الأهداف المرجوة منه، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليل لعينة قصدية عددها 66 فرد باستخدام أداتين هما الملاحظة واستمارة الاستبيان، وكذا استخدام البرنامج الاحصائي Spss v22 في استخراج النتائج الإحصائية وقد توصلنا في دراستنا هذه لمجموعة من النقاط الهامة نذكرها كما يلي:
• يوجد مستوى قوي في توظيف مهارة الإصغاء لدى القائد الإداري أثناء معالجته الأزمات من وجهة نظر الموظفين في مقر الولاية.
• توجد قوة في مستوى توظيف مهارة التفكير الاستراتيجي لدى القائد الإداري أثناء إدارته للأزمات بالنسبة للموظفين بالولاية.
• هناك مستوى قوي في توظيف مهارة التحدث لدى القائد الإداري أثناء الأزمات من رأي الموظفين بمقر الولاية.
• وجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية متوسطة بين فعالية القيادة الإدارية أثناء الأزمات وتوظيف المهارات الاتصالية، تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية (الجنس، المستوى التعليمي، الرتبة الإدارية، عدد سنوات الخبرة).
• التوصل لنموذج اتصالي محقق لأهداف هذه الدراسة؛ يربط بين جميع النقاط الجوهرية للدراسة والمتمثلة في المهارات الاتصالية، القائد الإداري، معالجة الأزمات..
RESUME :
L'étude vise à étudier le niveau d'utilisation des compétences de communication du chef administratif lors des crises au siège de l'État de Biskra du point de vue des employés, ainsi que la corrélation entre l'efficacité du leadership administratif et le niveau d'utilisation de ces compétences, représenté par la capacité d'écoute, de réflexion stratégique, de parole et de plongée dans leurs dimensions, et le degré de force de la corrélation ils sont l'observation et le formulaire de questionnaire، Outre l'utilisation du programme statistique Spss v22 dans l'extraction des résultats statistiques, nous avons atteint dans cette étude un ensemble de points importants, nous les mentionnons comme suit:
* Il existe un fort niveau d'utilisation de la capacité d'écoute du responsable administratif lors de la gestion des crises du point de vue des employés du siège de l'État.
* Il y a de la force dans le niveau d'utilisation de la capacité de réflexion stratégique du chef administratif lors de sa gestion de crise pour le personnel de l'État.
* Il y a un fort niveau d'utilisation des compétences orales du chef administratif pendant les crises de l'avis du personnel du siège de l'État.
* Il existe une corrélation directe moyenne entre l'efficacité du leadership managérial en période de crise et l'emploi de compétences en communication, attribuée à des variables personnelles (sexe, niveau d'éducation, rang managérial, nombre d'années d'expérience).
* Parvenir à un modèle de communication qui atteigne les objectifs de cette étude; relier tous les points essentiels de l'étude, à savoir les compétences en communication, le leadership administratif, la gestion de crise

دور رقمنة الخدمات المصرفية في تحسين الأداء المالي للبنوك الجزائرية-دراسة حالة عينة من البنوك خلال الفترة (2010-2022)
Get PDFتم إجراء الدراسة في الجزائر واستندت إلى تحليل أداء عينة مختلفة من المصارف العاملة في السوق الجزائرية، مصرف عمومي وآخر خاص وآخر مختلط. أظهرت النتائج أن الرقمنة كان لها تأثير إيجابي ملحوظ على بعض مؤشرات الأداء المالي، مثل تحسن العائد على الأصول (ROA) والعائد على حقوق الملكية (ROE)، مع تفاوت في تأثيرها على بعض المؤشرات الأخرى، مما يعكس أهمية الإدارة الفعالة لتطبيق الرقمنة. كما أظهرت النتائج أن دور الرقمنة وتأثيرها الايجابي على أداء المصارف يظهر على المدى البعيد على عكس الفترات القصيرة التي لا تظهر فعالية الرقمنة
Contribution à l'étude des systèmes de réfrigération par l'usage des Nano-fluides.
Get PDFNotre recherche mène une investigation numérique approfondie sur l'amélioration du transfert de chaleur dans des canaux à parois ondulées utilisant des nanofluides à base d'oxyde d'aluminium et d'eau. L'étude examine l'impact de plusieurs paramètres clés, notamment les aspects géométriques (rapport de l'espacement des ondulations : 0-1), les conditions opérationnelles (nombre de Reynolds : 5 000 à 20 000), et les concentrations variables de nanofluide (1 à 6 % en volume). Les résultats montrent qu'un espacement des ondulations nul, combiné à une concentration de nanofluides de 4 %, offre les meilleures performances thermiques, entraînant une amélioration du transfert de chaleur jusqu'à 2,5 fois par rapport aux canaux lisses conventionnels. Bien que les géométries des canaux ondulés améliorent de manière significative le transfert de chaleur, elles induisent également des pertes de charge supplémentaires, ce qui révèle un compromis essentiel entre l'amélioration de la performance thermique et l'augmentation de la puissance de pompage nécessaire. L'étude met en évidence l'importance de l'équilibre à maintenir entre l'optimisation du transfert de chaleur et le maintien de l'efficacité opérationnelle, notamment dans les systèmes où l'espace est limité.
Ces résultats apportent des perspectives précieuses pour la conception de systèmes d'échange thermique nécessitant à la fois une haute efficacité thermique et des dimensions compactes, tels que ceux utilisés dans le refroidissement électronique ou les systèmes CVC (chauffage, ventilation et climatisation) à faible consommation d'énergie. De plus, l'étude explore l'influence du nombre de Reynolds sur le comportement thermique et hydrodynamique au sein des canaux ondulés, fournissant ainsi une évaluation approfondie des performances à travers différentes plages opérationnelles. Les conclusions tirées de cette étude offrent des orientations pratiques pour l'optimisation de la conception des échangeurs thermiques, en prenant en compte à la fois la résistance thermique et la performance globale du système dans des conditions variables
