Full text linkThe implementation of land registration at the Palu City Land Office for the community will receive legal certainty regarding the transfer of land rights due to the sale and purchase. In addition, there will be a letter of proof of legal and strong rights called a certificate of land rights. Certificates are issued so that holders of land rights can easily prove their new juridical data rights / name of new rights owner. The purpose of this study was to find out the quality of service for the transfer of sale and purchase rights to land at the Land Office of Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative type, with the number of informants involved as many as 7 informants through Purposive Sampling techniques. In addition, in the data collection technique in this study through observation, interviews and documentation. With the method of data analysis through the stage of condensation data, display data, and draw conclusions or verification. Data condensation refers to selecting, focusing, simplifying, abstracting, and transforming. From the results of the research, it is known that the quality of service for the transfer of rights to buy land on the Palu City Land Office in Central Sulawesi Province is still considered to be less than optimal, this can be seen after going through the data analysis process showing that there are two aspects that are not good, both aspects are responsiviness and assurance

Full text linkThis research aims to identify the location distribution of agricultural and tourism potential in the Lore plain of Poso regency, analyze the center of growth and the level of the regional hierarchy and prioritize the handling of road networks located in the Lore plain of Poso regency. This was a descriptive research. Analyses method used were descriptive analysis, Scalogram analysis, Gravitation analysis, and Analytical Hierarchy Process. The result of the research show that the agricultural potential is spread evenly across the villages in the Lore area and follows the existing road lines (the pattern extends the road). The spread of tourism potential is located in all sub-districts with the types of objects and tourism activities found in this area are natural attractions, special interest tourism activities and megalithic attractions. The result of Scalogram analysis shows that there are five villages that became the village center of growth, and the main priority in the handling of the existing road network is a network of roads connecting agricultural potential
PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE (TPS) DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PKn SISWA DI SMP NEGERI 10 PALU
Full text linkThis research aims to figure out the differences between learning achivement of the students taught think pair share and students taught conventional learning; the diffrerence learning outcome between high and low motivated students. The sample of this research is VIII A grade consisted of 28 students as the control class. The disign of this research is quasi eksperimen 2 x 2. The treatment variable is learning model and the attribute variable is learning motivation, while the dependent varible is the learning achivement of civil education. The hypothesis was tested through ANAVA two ways with different cell to significant level of 5%. The result of the differences between think pair share model achievement and conventional proven by the score of statistic test where Fcounted = 7.084 and Ftable = 5.79 or H0 is rejected. It means that there is difference between learning achievement of think pair share class to the conventional class. The score of statistic test where Fcounted = 25.27 and Ftable = 5.79 or H0 is rejected. It means that there is difference between group of high motivated students and group of low motivated students

Full text linkThis research was made to answer the research problem that is concerning implementation of policy of curriculum 2013 related with applying of regulation of education and culture minister number 160 year 2014 about 2006 curriculum implementation and curriculum 2013 at SMK Negeri 2 Palu. The method used in this research is. Qualitative with the type of descriptive research and the determination of informants using purposive sampling. Data collection in this study used indepth interview and accompanied secondary data such as research records and documents / archives. The technique of processing and analyzing this research using qualitative data processing and analysis technique which is grouped into 3 process, that is: Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusion. The field findings from this research are that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum policy based on the application of permendikbud number 160 of 2014 on the implementation of the 2006 curriculum and the 2013 curriculum in SMK Negeri 2 Palu has been running quite well. It is based on 6 variables, namely: Implementation of Policies, Policy Standards and targets, Resources, Characteristics of Implementing Agents, Attitudes of Trends in Implementers, Inter-Organizational Communication and Implementing Activities.The resources owned by pilotproject schools have only required the endorsement of technology for human resources to add learning facilities. Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine the Quality of Service for Making Deed of Death at the Population and Civil Registration Office of the City of Palu. The theoretical foundation used is Parasuraman and Berry (1990) to see the quality of service using indicators of tangibles, reliability, assurance, and empathy. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive which seeks to describe and pour data that is pleasing to the facts, using purposive methods, data cursing and discussion with the type of qualitative research. Meanwhile, discussing data and materials through observation and interviews with 6 (six) informants.Based on the results of research that shows the Quality of Service for Making Deed of Death in the Population and Civil Registration Office of the City of Palu has not run optimally. This is due to the five indicators, namely Reliability, Responsiveness, and Guarantees have been running optimally. However, two indicators namely Tangibles and Empathy have not run optimally because the level of service satisfaction is very unsatisfactory or inappropriate for the community, as well as Physical Appearance for facilities and infrastructure provided by the Palu City Population and Civil Registration Service in Central Sulawesi. and does not meet service standards in terms of providing special and special rooms in the process of providing services, as well as the dimensions of Empathy that are in the process of providing service

Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to find out the Implementation of Public Information Openness at the Public Relations Bureau and the Protocol of the Regional Secretariat of Central Sulawesi Province. The foundation of the theory used is the theory of Richard M. Steers (1985) which states that there are three factors in measuring the effectiveness of an organization, namely the achievement of goals, adaptation and integration. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive which seeks to interpret and interpret the data that is pleasing to the facts, using purposive methods, data analysis and discussion with a qualitative analysis approach to collecting data and materials through observation and interviews with 6 informants. Based on the results of the discussion that the Effectiveness of Public Information Disclosure on the Public Relations Bureau and Protocol of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Secretariat has been running optimally in order to improve socialization activities at the District / City level regarding public information disclosure. Full text linkThis study aims to determine the social conditions in education and health as well as the economic conditions on the income of the oil palm plantation workers of PT. TamacoGrahaKrida. This research was conducted at PT. Tamaco Graha Krida Desa Ungkaya, Witaponda Subdistrict, Morowali Regency from February to May 2020. This research used descriptive analysis method, the sample of respondents was taken using purposive sampling method and calculated using the Slovin formula as many as 76 respondents of oil palm plantation workers PT. TamacoGrahaKrida. Based on the results of research on 76 employees of PT. TamacoGrahaKrida, it is known that workforce education is categorized as good, because 65.78% of respondents have attended 12 years of compulsory education, which is categorized as secondary or moderate education, and education in children is categorized as good because as many as 18.86% have attended college, whereas in the workforce's health, 1.31% of respondents had a history of comorbidities with chronic gastritis and diabetes and were declared unhealthy, while respondents who did not have a history of comorbidities and only had minor complaints were 98.68% and declared healthy, and in this condition. the average income received by the respondents is Rp. 3,247,368 per month and it is said to be good because it is higher than the Minimum Wage (UMK) of Morowali Regency in 2020 amounting to Rp. 2,768,593 / month

Full text linkThis study aims to find out and analyze (1) aspects of national character and nationalist spirit formation in a teapot music art studio in Palu 15 Junior High School, and (2) efforts made by the tumbling music art studio SMPN 15 Palu in shaping character the spirit of nationalism and love for the country. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach obtained from observations, interviews and in-depth interviews with the results of the study illustrating that there are several aspects of character building in the spirit of nationalism and love for the country which have been carried out at the Palu Palu State Middle School introduction, application, repetition / habituation and internalization into character. The efforts that have been made are to familiarize students in collaborating with peer groups despite different ethnicity, ethnicity, and social status in resolving a problem, involving students in organizing the commemoration of national heroes' day through a teapot music art studio SMPN 15 Palu, conducting a visiting program place of history or learn about the history of traditional music in the city of Palu, involving students in celebrations on national holidays, habituation to the use of domestically-made products (traditional musical instruments), habituation of the use of good and correct Indonesian language when joined in a troupe of music art music in SMPN 15 Palu, providing information from printing sources and electronics about the richness of Indonesian nature and culture "traditional music arts

Full text linkThis reseach aims at finding out the role of village head in improving the performance of Village Apparatus in Sidera Village, Sigi Biromaru Sub-District, Sigi Regency. The problem in the village office was the competence of the village apparatus in doing the job related to government adminitration and strengthen the society’s participation was still not effective. Therefor, the leadership of village head plays an important role in realizing the good performance of the apparatus in giving good service to the society. This is qualitative descriptive research using prequency table and percentage. The research population were 26 apparatus at Sidera village office, Sigi Biromaru sub-district. The sample was taken through saturated sample or set all the population as samples. The data were collected through observationm, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. The results show that the role of leadership of head village on the improvement of village apparatus’ performance at Sidera village office, Sigi Biromaru sub-district, in relation to the productivity indicator, service quality, and responsiveness are still not effective. It is caused by the inability of village apparatus to give nice response toward the complain and the needs of the society. KONTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN NELAYAN TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN ANAK DI DESA LERO KECAMATAN KABUPATEN DONGGALA
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze (1) the level of income of fishermen in Lero Village and Lero Tatari Village, Sindue District, Donggala Regency and (2) the contribution of fishermen's income to children's education in Lero Village Sindue District, Donggala Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire and in-depth documentation with the results of the study. The data analysis technique is descriptive and quantitative using the SPSS Version 16. Statistical program The results of this study are that the income level of fishermen in Lero Village shows a low income level of 29.3%, at a moderate income level of 46.3%, at a high income level of 14.6% and at a very high income level of 9.8%. The level of education of children at the elementary level is 41.2%, the level of education of children at junior high school level is 16.3%, the level of education of children at the high school level is 29.1%, and the level of education of children at tertiary level is 10.5%. The contribution of fishermen's income to children's education in the village of Lero obtained X ^ 2 tables of 16.919 and X2 2 counts for 70,960 and was determined using the contribution formula (X2 2 count-X ^ 2 table) X 100% (Contribution = 70,960-16,919 = 54,041 X 100% = 54,041%). Fishermen's income contributes to children's education by 54.041%, the remaining 45.959%
