Implementation of Humanistic Theory Concepts in Islamic Religious Education
This study aims to analyze the application of humanistic theory in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning and its impact on the learning process and students' character development. Humanistic theory, which emphasizes individual potential and a holistic approach, is applied to create a learning environment that supports students' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature approach to review various literature related to the implementation of humanistic theory. The results show that this approach can increase students' intrinsic motivation, encourage more personalized learning, and strengthen their understanding of Islamic values. By making students the center of learning and paying attention to their individual needs, this theory succeeds in creating a more effective and meaningful learning process. The conclusion of this study is that the application of humanistic theory in Islamic Religious Education makes a significant contribution to building religious, independent, and competitive student characters while improving the overall quality of learning. This research also provides prospects for development, especially in the integration of humanistic theory with educational technology to expand its application in various learning contexts
The Effect of SmallTalk2Me in English Instruction at MTs Pesantren Al-Amin Sooko Mojokerto
This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of SmallTalk2Me as a learning tool, identify obstacles during its implementation, and investigate the role of SmallTalk2Me as an English speaking learning media at MTs Pesantren Al-Amin Sooko Mojokerto. This study used a mixed-methods approach, and data were collected from 26 male students through an English speaking test, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results showed a significant improvement in students' speaking skill, though the effectiveness was limited by technical challenges such as unstable internet and noise in the classroom. Students preferred a blend of AI tools and traditional teaching methods. The study highlighted the potential of SmallTalk2Me in enhancing English speaking but recommended addressing infrastructure issues and incorporating longer implementation periods. Further research was suggested to focus on the long-term impact of AI-powered tools in language learning.

Marketing Strategy of Educational Services at MAN 3 Jombang
This study aims to describe the marketing strategy of educational services at MAN 3 Jombang in facing competition between educational institutions. The focus of the study includes the characteristics of educational services, market segmentation, implementation of marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion), as well as challenges and innovations carried out to increase the attractiveness of the institution. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interview techniques with leaders, teachers, public relations staff, students, prospective students, alumni, and guardians of students. The results of the study show that MAN 3 Jombang integrates general and religious curriculum, with market segmentation that includes students from outside Jombang and promotion through social media and alumni. The marketing mix strategy is implemented comprehensively, with the main products being educational services, scholarship programs, and the Center for Achievement and Innovation (PPI). The challenges faced include limited cost information, digital promotion competition, and teacher time for external promotion. Innovation is carried out through digitalization of services, student involvement in promotional content, and utilization of alumni as promotional agents. Improving Reading Comprehension through Comic Strip for Ninth Grade
This research focuses in reading comprehension of narrative text by using comic strips for the ninth grade students. This research aims to describe the implementation of comic strips to improve the ninth grade students’ reading comprehension at MTs Miftahul Ulum Melirang. The result of this research shows that there are two cycles with two meetings in every cycle. In the first cycle, 12 students pass the passing grades with percentages 48%. Therefore, the first cycle is still low to become successful. In the second cycle, 84% or 21 total students achieves the passing grade. Moreover, most of the students in the second cycle pass the passing grade, so this research is categorized successful. It indicates that comic strip is the effective media to improve students reading comprehension for the ninth grade students of MTs Miftahul Ulum Meliran
INFORMATION SYSTEM SECURITY USING THE DISCRETE COSINE TRANSFORM (DCT) METHOD
Information system security is a crucial aspect in the digital era, especially for protecting sensitive data. One method to enhance data security is steganography, a technique for concealing information within digital media. This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) method in digital image steganography.
The research follows several stages, including literature review, system design, DCT implementation using MATLAB/Python, and performance evaluation based on Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Normalized Correlation (NC). Experimental results indicate that the DCT method achieves a high PSNR value (averaging above 40 dB) and a low MSE value, ensuring minimal image distortion after data embedding. Compared to the Least Significant Bit (LSB) method, DCT provides better resistance to visual analysis and is more suitable for images with transform-based compressions, such as JPEG.
This study concludes that the DCT method is an effective steganography technique for enhancing information system security, despite challenges related to computational complexity and data embedding capacity. Future research may explore hybrid methods that combine DCT with other techniques to improve efficiency and robustness against various steganographic analysis attacks
Penerapan Teknologi Tenaga Surya untuk Meningkatkan Penerangan dalam Aktivitas Ekonomi di Desa Cupak
Cupak Village faces serious challenges related to the availability of adequate lighting, particularly in supporting the community's economic activities. Limited access to stable electricity has led to decreased productivity, especially at night, hindering various business operations. In addition, challenges in providing and maintaining conventional lighting systems, such as high operational costs and inadequate infrastructure, have worsened the situation. This community service project aims to implement solar technology as a sustainable alternative solution to increase the availability of lighting in Cupak Village. The approach used in this project is the installation of solar panels at several strategic points in the village, serving as the main lighting at night, especially in locations that support the community's economic activities. The community service process involves several stages, including the socialization of solar technology to the community, technical training in the installation and maintenance of solar power systems, and evaluation of the impact of this technology on the community’s economic productivity. The results of the project show that the implementation of solar technology has significantly increased the availability of lighting in Cupak Village. Villagers reported increased productivity in small businesses such as night trading and agricultural processing. In addition, the use of solar technology has proven to be more efficient and environmentally friendly compared to conventional lighting systems. This project successfully provides a long-term solution that not only boosts economic activities but also improves the quality of life for the people of Cupak Village
Digital Marketing sebagai Solusi Pengembangan Usaha Kripik Gadung di Desa Made Jombang
Digital marketing is a strategic approach that utilizes digital media and internet technology to promote products, services, or brands to specific target audiences. Its main objective is to achieve business goals such as increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and boosting sales through various digital platforms. This initiative aims to improve the digital marketing knowledge and skills of micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) by using Shopee E-Commerce. The approach is designed to teach UMKM participants effective digital marketing techniques, equipping them with the ability to promote their products online. The community service project, under the PKM scheme, was conducted from mid-August to the end of August 2024. It included visits to the homes of UMKM members in Made Kudu Jombang Village. The program focused on digital marketing training and mentoring, utilizing Shopee E-Commerce as a platform. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), which included problem identification, joint planning, action implementation, and reflection and evaluation. The results of the program led to two key conclusions: (1) The Made Village community began to understand the importance of digital marketing. It plays a crucial role in increasing market reach, enhancing brand visibility, and introducing local products to national and international markets, benefiting the growth of village UMKMs. (2) Digital marketing enables village UMKMs to reach a wider audience at a lower cost, opening up new opportunities for business expansion and growth
Transformasi Digital: Pendampingan Pemasaran dan Rebranding untuk Kesuksesan UMKM
Businesses use the internet as a source of information and as a marketing and sales tool. Digital sales and marketing can also reach more potential consumers. The rapid phenomenon of digital information has become a place to shift a business from conventional sales and marketing to digital. However, not all business activists have been able to keep up with changes in the flow of digitalization. This also happens to MSME activists in Kudubanjar Village. The main objective of this PKM activity is to help MSME activists who do not understand the importance of digital sales and marketing and are able to brand their products. PKM activities were carried out in two stages, namely a workshop which was held on August 8, 2024 and mentoring which was carried out on August 12-15, 2024, August 19-22, 2024 and August 27, 2024. Edukasi Terhadap UMKM Orion Aluminium dalam Meningkatkan Pemahaman HPP dan Laba Rugi
Penyusunan Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) dan Laporan Laba Rugi telah menjadi langkah penting dalam upaya mengelola keuangan dan keberlanjutan pertumbuhan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) hingga di perusahaan – Perusahaan besar di Indonesia. Namun, masih banyak UMKM yang belum memiliki pemahaman yang maksimal mengenai pentingnya menyusun Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) dan Laporan Laba Rugi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan tugas akhir semester III mata kuliah Akuntansi Biaya dalam memberikan edukasi mengenai pemahaman Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) dan laporan laba rugi terhadap pemilik UMKM Orion Aluminium. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha dalam menyusun Harga Pokok Penjualan (HPP) serta laporan laba rugi melalui program edukasi dan implementasi yang terorganisasi dengan baik. Pendekatan yang diterapkan meliputi pemberian materi teori, praktik simulasi perhitungan, dan diskusi partisipatif yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta keterampilan praktis pelaku usaha dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang akurat dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip akuntansi yang berlaku yang dapat membantu dalam mengelola biaya dengan lebih baik dan merencanakan pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep akuntansi biaya, kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana, serta penerapan strategi pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih efektif. Melalui edukasi ini, UMKM Orion Aluminium diharapkan dapat memperkuat daya saing dan keberlanjutan usaha melalui manajemen keuangan yang lebih optimal
Sosialisasi Fikih Wanita bagi Remaja Desa Balonggemek, Megaluh, Jombang
Thoharah is a problem that is often ignored, especially among the public. Not a few of them ignore it. Therefore, there is a need for regular outreach on this issue, especially regarding menstruation, postpartum and istihadzah. This socialization can provide knowledge and strengthen knowledge in society, especially for teenagers who are growing up. The method used to realize this goal is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) theory, which prioritizes the utilization of assets and potential owned by the community and then used as empowering material. The results of this activity are new insights into the science of feminine jurisprudence for teenagers in the Balonggemek environment. Apart from that, the teachings of jurisprudence are embedded in everyday life. The most important thing is the growing awareness of learning about feminine jurisprudence.
