Pengaruh Cita Rasa, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mie Gacoan Cabang Tropodo
Full text linkMie Gacoan, salah satu anak perusahaan PT Pesta Pora Abadi yang bergerak di bidang kuliner dan telah berkembang menjadi pemimpin pasar. Salah satunya di Kabupaten Sidoarjo, Mie Gacoan memiliki delapan cabang termasuk cabang Tropodo, yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh cita rasa, kualitas pelayanan, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan cabang Tropodo secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden masyarakat Kecamatan Gedangan Sidoarjo, yang belum pernah membeli di Mie Gacoan cabang Tropodo. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data mencakup analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R²). Uji asumsi klasik, meliputi uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji normalitas, menunjukkan bahwa model memenuhi syarat analisis. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator valid dan reliabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cita rasa, kualitas pelayanan, dan lokasi secara parsial maupun simultan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Strategi Pengembangan Buku Digital Interaktif Bahasa Arab Berbasis Lumi Education
Full text linkPembelajaran bahasa Arab di era digital menuntut inovasi media yang interaktif dan kontekstual agar sesuai dengan karakteristik peserta didik abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi potensi Lumi Education dalam pengembangan buku digital interaktif serta merumuskan strategi implementatif yang efektif dalam proses pembelajaran. Kesenjangan penelitian yang diangkat adalah masih terbatasnya pemanfaatan platform digital interaktif seperti Lumi Education secara spesifik dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab, terutama yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan integratif, kontekstual, dan adaptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi pustaka dan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Lumi Education mampu mendukung penguasaan keterampilan berbahasa Arab secara menyeluruh melalui konten H5P yang variatif dan mudah digunakan. Strategi implementasi mencakup strategi integratif yaitu penggabungan keterampilan bahasa dengan literasi digital dan nilai karakter, kontekstual yaitu pengaitan materi dengan kehidupan nyata siswa, serta adaptif yaitu penyesuaian konten dengan gaya dan kemampuan belajar individu. Lumi Education terbukti menjadi platform strategis dalam mentransformasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab menjadi lebih efektif dan bermakna

No full textThis study aims to analyze the application of audiolingual method in improving maharah kalam (speaking skills) for students of class VII 3 MTs Yayasan Islamic Center Medan. This audiolingual method is based on the theory of behaviorism, which is used with a focus on listening exercises, imitating, and repeating Arabic sentence patterns to improve pronunciation, sentence structure, and student confidence in speaking. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the application of the audiolingual method was effective in improving the ability of students in class VII 3 MTs Yayasan Islamic Center Medan in terms of pronunciation of hijaiyah letters, pronunciation of words, and the ability to express intentions with appropriate sentences. Supporting factors consist of clear teacher pronunciation examples, intensive practice, a pleasant learning atmosphere, and motivation. The obstacles found include students' limited vocabulary, difficulty understanding the meaning of words, and the lack of focus of some students. With consistent practice and a structured method, audiolingual method can be an effective alternative to develop students' maharah kalam in Arabic language learning
Proyeksi Produktivitas Kopi Robusta dan Arabika 2024-2033 berdasarkan Status Pengusahaan
Full text linkKopi merupakan salah satu komoditas perkebunan strategis di Indonesia dengan peran penting dalam perekonomian nasional, khususnya untuk jenis Robusta dan Arabika. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan peramalan (forecast) luas lahan dan produktivitas kopi Robusta dan Arabika berdasarkan status pengusahaan selama periode 2024-2033. Data historis yang diperoleh dari Direktorat Jenderal Perkebunan dan Pusat Data dan Sistem Informasi (Pusdatin) dianalisis menggunakan metode peramalan deret waktu (time series forecasting) dengan model regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan kopi di Indonesia diprediksi akan meningkat dari 1.301.604 hektar pada tahun 2024 menjadi 1.422.277 hektar pada tahun 2033, dengan pertumbuhan rata-rata sebesar 0,99% per tahun. Peningkatan luas lahan ini terutama didorong oleh kontribusi dari perkebunan rakyat (PR), sementara luas areal perkebunan besar negara (PBN) dan perkebunan besar swasta (PBS) diperkirakan mengalami penurunan. Produktivitas kopi juga diproyeksikan mengalami kenaikan, baik untuk jenis Robusta maupun Arabika, dengan produktivitas Robusta diprediksi meningkat dari 807,25 kg/ha pada tahun 2024 menjadi 869,33 kg/ha pada 2033, sementara Arabika dari 877,48 kg/ha pada 2024 menjadi 935,80 kg/ha pada 2033.Secara keseluruhan, proyeksi ini memberikan gambaran positif tentang perkembangan luas lahan dan produktivitas kopi di Indonesia dalam 10 tahun ke depan, namun peningkatan luas tanaman rusak menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi untuk menjaga keberlanjutan sektor perkebunan kopi

Full text linkKebutuhan perempuan akan pemberdayaan ekonomi menjadi sebuah permasalahan yang hendaknya dicarikan solusinya, salah satunya adalah dengan memaksimalkan peran wakaf produktif dengan berbagai program yang sesuai. Sebab potensi wakaf produktif yang besar berpotensi mendorong kesejahteraan dan kemandirian ekonomi perempuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi pemberdayaan perempuan berbasis wakaf produktif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dari sumber-sumber yang relevan seperti artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku dan laporan penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis untuk menilai konsep-konsep yang ada dan bagaimana konsep tersebut diterapkan dalam konteks wakaf produktif. Validasi data dilakukan melalui pengecekan sumber-sumber literatur yang kredibel dan relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi wakaf produktif untuk pemberdayaan perempuan terbukti mampu memberdayakan perempuan baik dalam bidang keagamaan, pendidikan, ketrampilan kewirausahaan, dan kemandirian ekonomi. Inovasi Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Karakter di TPQ Nurul Ilmiyah Desa Kudubanjar
Full text linkTPQ is an informal institution that parents rely on in educating children to learn the Qur'an from an early age. One of the things that is often underestimated in the management of TPQ is the learning process carried out without paying attention to aspects that can affect the character of children's interest and attractiveness to learn and love the Qur'an. Learning that takes place in TPQ seems to use methods, strategies, and learning media that are 'as is' and lack innovation. This problem occurs at TPQ Nurul Ilmiyah. The solution offered is through the innovation of al-Qur'an learning media in the form of Tilawati backsheet props. The implementation of the activity consists of two stages, namely assistance in preparing learning media and implementing media in learning. The results obtained are santri are more enthusiastic in learning because they use interesting media so that it is expected to increase interest and motivation in learning the Qur'an.
 
Sosialisasi Dan Pelatihan Pembuatan Bakteri Fotosintesis (Synechococcus Sp.) Sebagai Penyubur Tanaman Di Desa Mojodanu
Full text linkTraining on making photosynthetic bacteria (Synechococcus sp.) as plant fertilizer aims to increase participants' knowledge and skills in utilizing photosynthetic microorganisms to support sustainable agriculture. Synechococcus sp., a type of cyanobacteria, has the ability to carry out photosynthesis and produce important nutrients such as nitrogen, which plays a role in increasing soil fertility. Through a service approach based on Participatory Action Research (PAR), this training involves active participation of participants in all stages of the process. This training covers various topics, starting from an introduction to the characteristics and benefits of Synechococcus sp. to isolation techniques, culture, and practical applications in agriculture. Participants are taught in depth how to process these bacteria and apply them to planting media with the aim of increasing productivity and plant health. In addition, participants were given an understanding of the importance of microorganisms in maintaining the balance of agricultural ecosystems. The training evaluation showed very positive results, with a significant increase in participants' understanding of the role of photosynthetic microorganisms in improving soil and plant quality. Participants' interest in applying this technique on their agricultural land was also very high, showing great potential for widespread application of this method. It is hoped that through this training, more environmentally friendly and sustainable agriculture can be created by utilizing biological resources, such as Synechococcus sp., to maintain soil health and support sustainable food production
Strengthening the Production Quality System Through the Implementation of Quality Control in the Nila Tofu Factory
Full text linkEffective quality control is a key element in maintaining competitive advantage in the food industry, especially in tofu production at the Nila Tofu Factory. This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality control in improving the quality of tofu products, focusing on technical and managerial factors. The implementation of quality control methods, such as Statistical Quality Control (SQC), Taguchi, and Six Sigma, has proven effective in identifying and reducing product defects in several tofu factories. However, this study also shows that human factors, employee motivation, and suboptimal managerial systems are the main obstacles in maintaining consistent product quality. The results of the study through interviews with the owner and employees of the Nila Tofu Factory revealed a decline in product quality, especially in terms of inconsistent texture, as well as constraints on equipment and quality control that are not well structured. Proposed improvements include the procurement of new machines, routine training, providing results-based incentives, and the implementation of clear and standardized standard operating procedures (SOPs). This study aims to find out the learning strategies applied at the Kalaga Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Denanyar Jombang, the important role of boarding schools in forming students in Islamic leadership so that they can lead, direct, train, organize well to achieve the planned goals based on the values of the Al-Quran and Sunnah, and analyze the factors, namely supporting and inhibiting factors that influence effective leadership at the Kalaga Al-Kamal Islamic Boarding School Denanyar Jombang. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The types and methods used are qualitative methods using data collection interviews, observations, and documentation. Discovery Learning Model as an Effort to Improve Students' Understanding
Full text linkThis study aimed to determine the effect and improvement of Class X students’ understanding of the concept of energy through the Discovery Learning approach at Public Senior High School 1 Mojoagung Jombang. The research used one Group Pre-test and Post-test Design. The population of this study consisted of students in class X-1 at Public Senior High School 1 Mojoagung Jombang. The sample was taken from class X-1 at Public Senior High School 1 Mojoagung Jombang. Data collection techniques in this study involved administering pre-tests and post-tests. The research instrument used was a 10-item multiple-choice test. Data analysis was performed using prerequisite tests and N-gain tests. The results of the study indicated that the average N-Gain score in this study was 0.51, which fell into the moderate category. The conclusion of this study showed that the Discovery Learning approach could improve the understanding of energy concepts among Class X-1 students at Public Senior High School 1 Mojoagung Jombang
