Improving ASWAJA Students’ Conceptual Skill through the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model at MA Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang
This study aims to examine the effect of implementing the cooperative learning model, specifically the Jigsaw technique, on students’ conceptual understanding in the Aswaja subject. The background of this research stems from the need for more interactive and collaborative learning methods to address the challenges of conventional Aswaja instruction, which tends to be textual and lacks student engagement. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The research subjects consisted of 32 tenth-grade students at MA Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang, divided into an experimental group (Jigsaw method) and a control group (conventional lecture method). Data were collected using pretest-posttest instruments and a Jigsaw implementation questionnaire. The results of data analysis showed a significant difference in conceptual skill between students taught using the Jigsaw method and those taught with conventional methods, with a significance value of 0,025 (< 0,05) based on the independent sample t-test. Additionally, a positive relationship was found between the implementation of the Jigsaw method and students’ conceptual abil, as indicated by a Pearson correlation significance of 0,032 and a correlation coefficient of 0,554 (moderate category). It is concluded that the cooperative learning model using the Jigsaw technique is effective in enhancing students’ conceptual skill
The Influence of Project-Based Learning Model on Improving Students' Critical Thinking Skills at SMAN Mojoagung Jombang
This study aims to examine the effect of implementing the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model on improving students’ critical thinking skills in learning Systems of Linear Inequalities in Two Variables. The study is motivated by the low level of students’ critical thinking skills in solving mathematical problems related to this topic, which requires analytical reasoning and logical conclusion drawing. The PjBL model is assumed to provide meaningful learning experiences by actively involving students in problem-solving activities, both individually and collaboratively. A quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was employed in this study. The research subjects were 36 students of class X-1 at SMAN Mojoagung. Data were collected using a critical thinking skills test administered before and after the implementation of the PjBL model. Data analysis included a normality test using the Shapiro–Wilk method and a paired sample t-test to determine the significance of differences between pretest and posttest scores. The results indicate that the application of the PjBL model significantly improved students’ critical thinking skills. The mean pretest score of 42.77 increased to 79.72 in the posttest. The normality test showed significance values of 0.053 for the pretest and 0.188 for the posttest, indicating that the data were normally distributed. Furthermore, the paired sample t-test produced a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), confirming a significant difference between pretest and posttest results. These findings demonstrate that Project Based Learning is effective in enhancing students’ critical thinking skills in learning systems of linear inequalities in two variables

This study aims to analyze the effect of Green Accounting and Material Flow Cost Accounting on Sustainable Development in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2022-2024. The population used in this study was 63 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on sample selection using purposive sampling, 15 company samples were obtained with 3 research periods, resulting in a total of 45 samples. This research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using software SPSS. This study uses secondary data in the form of financial reports and sustainability reports of companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that Green Accounting has a positive effect on Sustainable Development, indicating that improvements in environmental cost management and disclosure contribute to improvements in corporate sustainability performance. Material Flow Cost Accounting has a positive effect on Sustainable Development, and is even the most dominant variable in explaining variations in Sustainable Development because it promotes resource efficiency and waste reduction in the production process. Simultaneously, Green Accounting and Material Flow Cost Accounting are proven to have a significant effect on Sustainable Development with a high coefficient of determination, so that the model is considered capable of explaining most of the sustainability variation in the mining companies studied. Research implication is that green accounting significantly promotes sustainable development through improved transparency and environmental accountability, while material flow cost accounting contributes to sustainability mainly when integrated into broader strategic and environmental management practices
Strengthening Moral Character through the Internalization of Moderate Islam: A Multisite Study in Pesantren-Based Islamic Junior High Schools in Lamongan
The phenomenon of moral decline among Indonesian youth highlights the urgency of value-based education capable of shaping students’ character effectively. The internalization of moderate Islam is considered a key strategy in moral development, as it emphasizes balance, justice, tolerance, and moderation. This study aims to explain the process of internalizing moderate Islamic values in fostering students’ morality and to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors. This research employed a qualitative approach with a multi-site design conducted at MTs Hasyim Asy’ari Kembangbahu and MTs Empat Lima Assa’adah Sambeng, Lamongan. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model combined with Robert K. Yin’s cross-site analysis. The findings reveal that the internalization of moderate Islamic values occurs through three stages: value transformation, value transaction, and value transinternalization, which are implemented in classroom learning, extracurricular activities, congregational worship, and regular deliberation. Supporting factors include the pesantren environment, teacher quality, parental involvement, and the use of technology, while inhibiting factors involve difficulties in controlling students due to gadget use, teachers with multiple responsibilities, and diverse student backgrounds. The study concludes that the internalization of moderate Islam serves as a strategic foundation for moral education in madrasah and remains relevant in addressing the challenges of globalization, technological development, and socio-cultural pluralis

IMPLEMENTASI TA’AWWUN DALAM PRAKTIK QARDH SEBAGAI SOLUSI EKONOMI SYARIAH BERBASIS MASLAHAH
This study discusses the implementation of the ta’awwun (mutual assistance) principle in qardh practice as a Sharia economic solution based on maslahah (public interest). The ta’awwun principle emphasizes solidarity and social concern as the foundation for community welfare. Through the qardh hasan contract, this concept is realized as an interest-free loan aimed at helping those in need for productive and emergency purposes. This research employs a qualitative method with normative and descriptive approaches by analyzing the Qur’an, Hadith, and relevant fiqh and Islamic economic literature. The findings reveal that applying ta’awwun through qardh plays a vital role in strengthening the community’s economic resilience, reducing social inequality, and promoting a just and sustainable financial system. This practice not only provides economic benefits but also embodies spiritual and moral values aligned with the objectives of Islamic law (maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah) to achieve public welfare (maslahah ‘ammah). Hence, implementing qardh hasan in Islamic financial institutions such as BMTs and Islamic Micro Waqf Banks serves as a tangible step toward building an inclusive and socially just Islamic economy
