    The Effect of Snowball Throwing Learning Model on Learning Outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak in Madinatul Ulum Islamic Elementery School

    This research examines the Aqidah Akhlak learning process in the fifth grade of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Madinatul Ulum Tembelang Jombang, which is still having difficulty in improving student learning outcomes. The main problem identified is the low enthusiasm of students and the use of conventional learning methods. To overcome this, a learning model is needed that can increase the enthusiasm for learning and understanding of students, one of which is the snowball throwing learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of snowball throwing learning model on Aqidah Akhlak learning outcomes on the material of infaq and sadaqah in the fifth grade of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Madinatul Ulum Tembelang Jombang. This study used an experimental method with a "One-Group Pretest-Posttest" design. In this design, one group of subjects is given a pretest. The experimental group consisted of twenty-four students of class Five B, and the research was conducted for two meetings. The results of descriptive analysis showed an increase in Aqidah Akhlak learning outcomes after the application of the snowball throwing learning model. Inferential statistical analysis using the t test with the help of SPSS 21 software shows that the significance value obtained is 0.000. Because this value is smaller than the significant level of 5% or 0.05 or 0.000, the null hypothesis (HO) is rejected. This shows that the application of the snowball throwing learning model has a positive influence on the learning outcomes of Aqidah Akhlak on the material of infaq and sadaqah in class V MI Madinatul Ulum Tembelang Jomban

    Students' learning styles are considered very important for the learning process and results learning, besides that, teachers also have an important role in implementing the learning process to students who have adapted to their learning styles. From the research that has been done The aim was to identify and analyze the learning styles of phase E students at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Jombang. In this research This is called descriptive research. This research was carried out by interviewing teachers and then providing information questionnaire/questionnaire to students, which is the questionnaire contains several statements that have been adapted to learning style theory, namely visual, kinesthetic and auditory. In this study there were 47 students who filled out the questionnaire and The results obtained were that of the 47 students, 12 of them had different learning styles visual, 16 of them have an auditory learning style, and 16 students have a learning style kinesthetic learning, apart from that, there were also 3 students who had more than one learning style, namely visual and kinesthetic and 1 student had the visual auditory kinesthetic learning style at the same time. It can be seen that the kinesthetic learning style dominates the learning style other. Because basically, students have characteristic ways of receiving more than one piece of information, but still only one way will stand out more in each student. Based on these results, it is stated that the way of learning that each person has Students will of course be different

    This research aims to develop an Android application that uses the Weighted Product (WP) method to determine the best tourist destinations in Jombang Regency. In today's digital era, the need for applications that can help tourists in choosing tourist destinations that suit their preferences and needs is increasing. The Weighted Product Method was chosen because of its ability to evaluate and give weight to various factors that affect tourist satisfaction, such as natural beauty, supporting facilities, accessibility, and safety. This research follows a systematic approach using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The analysis stage includes identifying user needs, analyzing system requirements, and determining evaluation criteria. Furthermore, an application design that considers a friendly and functional user interface is created based on the results of the previous analysis. Application development is carried out by utilizing various latest technologies in Android software development. Application implementation involves trials using data on tourist destinations in Jombang Regency to test the effectiveness and accuracy in determining the best tourist destinations. Evaluation is done through feedback from users and analysis of comparison results between destination recommendations provided by the application and user preferences. It is expected that the results of this research will not only make a positive contribution to tourism development in Jombang Regency by improving the quality of service to tourists, but also become a foundation for further research in the development of similar applications using the Weighted Product Method

The Agriculture Service has the task of assisting the Regent in government affairs and the Regional Government's authority in agriculture. In this case study, the following problems were found: the existence of agricultural extension workers whose performance was poor due to the lack of systematic monitoring. This study aimed to build an Information System for Agricultural Development Patterns in Jombang Regency. The results obtained were in the form of increased agricultural competitiveness in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. With the sipotan system, the agriculture service can track, monitor, and identify regional potential by agricultural extension workers. With the sipotan system, it can be seen which extension workers are performing well and which are not

    This study aims to determine the management of working capital in assessing oninvestment returns (ROI). The object used in this study is the cement sub-sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. With samples used by 5 companies. Included in descriptive research is research conducted to determine the value of a variable. In this case, the variables are independent or more (independent) without making comparisons or linking with other variables. It is used to determine working capital management to assess ROI. Data is obtained using documentation and library techniques. Analysis of data used case studies (nonhypothetical). From the results of the analysis of working capital management in the cement sector in 2019-2022, it shows that the turnover of working capital in the cement sub-sector is included in the good category because the results are above the average standard ratio. In the company's receivables turnover, the cement sub-sector shows unfavorable results because the average receivables are lower than sales and can affect a company's cash. In the cash turnover of the cement sub-sector shows a fairly good average result, because the increased cash turnover will have a positive impact on the company's working capital turnover. Inventory turnover in the cement sub-sector shows very good results because the higher the inventory turnover rate, the greater the level of profit (profitability) obtained by the company

    Body mass index is one of the indicators used in assessing and measuring a person's nutritional and health status which is important to know and understand for human life. Technological developments in today's modern era have touched almost all sectors of life to improve performance, in terms of effectiveness and efficiency as well as convenience for users, including health facilities. The design of a centralized body index measuring device was created to alleviate and overcome various problems that occur in health facilities regarding patient body mass index data which are often inaccurate because the data is missing or does not match between one table and another. This body index measuring device includes microcontroller, RFID, HX711 Load Cell digital scales, height measuring instrument, website and smartphone. All of data from sensor readings will be displayed via a 16x2 LCD, stored on a server, and displayed via a website and user’s smartphone

    Distance education has evolved from a correspondence education model to e-learning-based education using a Learning Management System (LMS). One LMS that is widely used is Edlink. The successful implementation of an information system, including e-learning, is very important to determine the user's ability to utilise the system so that it can empirically describe e-learning user satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to measure the usability of the Edlink LMS. The questionnaire used in this research consists of the variables Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and User Satisfaction. From the results of the Usability calculation, the Usefulness variable's feasibility level was 83.54%, the ease of use variable was 83.03%, the ease of learning variable was 84.79%, the usability variable was 82.62%  and the total usability value was 83.31. %. This shows that LMS Edlink is a very effective learning media to use in bold learning

Dengan begitu adanya kepemimpinan inovatif patut menjadi hal yang dicoba oleh kepala sekolah selaku pemimpin. Penelitian ini ditunjang menggunakan metode library research dengan menggunakan alat dan bahan yang berada di perpustakan seperti buku, artikel maupun data-data yang terkait dengan penlitian yang ingin dilakukan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil berupa kepemimpinan inovatif dalam pendidikan akan memberikan dampak yang baik bagi sebuah sekolah jika pemimpinnya atau kepala sekolah memperoleh perhatian yang memadai. Demikian ini karena kepala sekolah merupakan kunci tercapainya mutu pendidikan yang baik.  Kesimpulan yang kami peroleh dari penelitian ini bahwasannya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan melalui perbuhan kepemimpinan menggunakan kepemimpinan inovatif maka dibutuhkan perhatian terhadap input dan output pendidikan secara lebih mendalam
