    The Influence of Taste and Price on Re-Purchase Intentions of Mie Gacoan in Jombang

    This study investigates the influence of taste and price on the re-purchase intentions of customers at Mie Gacoan in Jombang. The culinary industry in Indonesia is highly competitive, with businesses needing to continuously innovate and improve to maintain customer loyalty. Using a quantitative approach, this research sampled customers who have visited or ordered from Mie Gacoan. Primary data were collected through surveys and analyzed using statistical methods, including multiple regression analysis. The findings indicate that both taste and price significantly impact customers' intentions to repurchase, with taste having a slightly stronger influence. These results provide valuable insights for business strategy, particularly in enhancing customer retention through the quality of taste and competitive pricing

    This study aims to find out what can affect the decline in consumer buying interest in pastry products at MSME Mom's Shop during the pandemic. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In this study, researchers conducted interviews with consumers of the MSME Mom's Shop business as well as the owners and processors of the business. Researchers analyzed some that have been found, how are the factors that can affect consumer buying interest. In this study, researchers found four factors that influence consumer buying interest in pastries. Four factors were found, namely, the factor of making their own, being skilled at other stores, economic factors, and switching to online stores rather than the MSME Mom's Shop business which had to leave the house

    Analysis of Macroeconomic Variables on Demand for Money in Indonesia

    This research aims to determine the influence of macroeconomic variables on the demand for money in Indonesia. The research applies the broad money variable (M2) as the dependent variable, this includes M1, quasi money (including savings, time deposits in rupiah and foreign currency, as well as current accounts in foreign currency), and securities issued by the monetary system owned by the domestic private sector with a remaining term of up to one year. The research uses time-series data from 1993-2023 and the OLS method. The research results show that exports influence the demand for money, a positive coefficient value indicates that increasing exports will increase the money supply. The GDP variable has a negative effect on the money supply in Indonesia, the higher the GDP, the money supply will decrease which can be caused by a decrease in people's purchasing power, the transfer of "wealth" to other instruments and the role of money which is used more as savings by the public. Depreciation of the exchange rate causes the prices of imported goods to become more expensive. Apart from that, it can affect the condition of the domestic economy which causes a decrease in people's purchasing power so that it can reduce the money supply and inflation has no effect on the money supply in Indonesia.     In the midst of economic uncertainty and the transition from non-renewable natural resources, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy. Even though technological developments continue, many MSMEs have not yet utilized it, especially social media as a marketing tool to improve their business performance in the digital era. This research aims to describe the use of social media as a marketing tool for MSMEs in the era of digitalization. The method used is library research, with a focus on the role of social media as a marketing tool for MSMEs. This research discusses the extent to which social media is used as a marketing tool for MSMEs in the digital era to increase sales, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of using social media as a marketing tool. Literature analysis was carried out by collecting data from relevant scientific articles published on Google Scholar between 2019 and 2024. The research results show that the use of social media by MSMEs provides many benefits, including building a stronger brand image and increasing customer loyalty. However, despite much progress, MSMEs still face various challenges in the era of digitalization

    Monetary economics plays an important role in maintaining price stability. This study aims to determine the factors in monetary economics that can affect the trade balance in Indonesia in the last 3 years, 2021-2023. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a correlation type of research. The analysis tool is the IBM SPSS program. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression (Time Series Data). The data source for this research was obtained from the BPS. This study aims to test whether or not there is an influence of monetary economics on the trade balance from the indicator variables X (inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates) to the indicator variable Y (trade balance). Based on the research results, the trade balance is significantly influenced by interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates simultaneously. This shows that monetary and economic factors have an impact on Indonesia's trade balance

This qualitative-descriptive research was conducted following a research flow consisting of the stages of preparation, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research data were obtained using library and field study techniques and were carried out continuously. This research proves that the use of learning media in the form of audio-visual can increase the motivation and learning of class XI MA Darun Najah students, especially in SKI subjects.     The role of Islamic education is very important in shaping the character and ethics of Muslim individuals. The aim of an Islamic educational environment, such as Islamic boarding schools, is to create a friendly and peaceful atmosphere. Madrasas must be able to achieve the highest goal of education, namely truly developing individuals into humane and compassionate human beings. Islamic boarding schools can also be a social factor that can influence the lives and experiences of students. Bullying or harassment is one of the social problems that is of concern in the realm of Islamic education. Such as physical, verbal or emotional harm, as well as intimidation or degradation of the victim. The aims of this research are as follows: 1) Causes of bullying behavior at the Putri Walingo Islamic boarding school, 2) Efforts of teaching staff in preventing bullying at the Putri Walingo Islamic boarding school, 3) Factors Supporters and inhibitors of Islamic boarding schools in efforts to prevent bullying . The results of the research show that 1) the causes of bullying behavior at the Putri Walisongo Cukir Jombang Islamic boarding school are: a) the influence of upbringing from the family, b) the school environment, c) interactions from peers. 2) the efforts of educational staff in preventing bullying at the Putri Walisongo Cukir Jombang Islamic boarding school include : a) reducing the gap between new students and old students through team activities: b) forming a committee to prevent bullying c) utilizing Islamic boarding school resources d) providing counseling services e) forming peer support groups to overcome bullying. factor Supporters and inhibitors of Islamic boarding schools in efforts to prevent bullying . 1) inhibiting factors: a) low understanding of bullying, b) the role of parents is lacking. 2) Supporting factors: a) effective communication between parents and students, b) selective friends, c) positive attitude, d) self-confidence

    The history of the industrial revolution itself goes through various stages, starting with industrial revolution 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, to industry 4.0. The industrial phase is a real change from existing changes. Industry 1.0 is characterized by mechanization of production to support the effectiveness and efficiency of human activities, industry 2.0 is characterized by mass production and quality standardization, industry 3.0 is characterized by mass customization and flexibility in automation and robot-based manufacturing. Industry 4.0 is here to replace industry 3.0 which is characterized by physical cyber and manufacturing collaboration. The term industry 4.0 originates from a project initiated by the German government to promote the computerization of manufacturing. As science and technology advances, it is not impossible that education and all its systems will also experience changes. For example, in the learning process which was previously carried out face to face, with the industrial revolution 4.0, learning can be carried out online, such as using social media or other supporting media. The challenge of Indonesian education itself is how education can be more innovative and creative by utilizing existing technological developments, education that has characteristic values.     Designing “Dysking (Dysarthria's Speaking)†AsInteractive Learning Media For Dysarthria Students

    The objective of this research is to find out how the “DysKing (Dysarthria`s Speaking)†application can help dysarthria students in learning to speak. It is hoped that the results of this research can help teachers' strategies in teaching speaking skill through “DysKing (Dysarthria`s Speaking)†especially for students with dysarthria. This research involved 4 dysarthria students at SMPLB Tunas Harapan I Tembelang Jombang in the Academic Year 2022/2023. This research uses the R&D research and development method with the ADDIE research model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). This research was conducted at SMPLB Tunas Harapan 1 Tembelang Jombang. Data were collected through qualitative data. The researcher analyzed based on the results of observations and interviews. The results of this research show that the result of media validation got 4.46 score which was in the “good†category, and the result of material validation got 4.19 score. The result of students` responses got 4.3 score is was “good†category. With these results, "DysKing (Dysarthria`s Speaking)" is suitable to be used as learning media for dysarthria students. In addition, this research can also be used as a reference for other researchers in developing English learning media for different student levels
