Increasing its existence as a small industry requires binding legalization of products and consistency from human resources who carry out an industry-based work culture, in this case, contained in the legalization of BPOM. Therefore, this service focuses on introducing an industry-based work environment (BPOM). The methods used in this service include counseling and direct practice at Tefa locations where coffee products are processed. Based on the service results, the human resources involved in Tefa's coffee product processing operations are enthusiastic in the counseling process and have a high interest in changing behavior in implementing an industry-based work environment

Through this activity, it is hoped that farmers can increase their understanding of using natural materials to create works and not incur large costs because they can use materials that are easily accessible for products. This activity was carried out at the Gambiran village sports hall, Mojoagung Jombang on September 7, 2023. The target of this activity was the Gambiran Village farmer group with a total of 6 participants who were able to attend. This workshop and training was accompanied by resource person Mrs. Suhartini, SP, MM. as a lecturer at KH University. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. The approach method in this activity includes lecture methods, discussions, question and answer sessions and practice in front of training participants directly. Tobacco is often infected with a disease/virus called Tobacco mosaic virus (TMV), a virus that attacks eggplant species. On tobacco plants, this virus causes yellow spots, resulting in less than-optimal harvest yields for the residents of Katemas Village. Therefore, researchers provide training to create systemic resistance, one of which is characterized by Pathogenesis Related Protein, which aims to fight viruses that attack tobacco so farmers can harvest optimally.

The process of activities carried out in this community service starts from the initial preparation stage, implementation of training, and reporting of the results of community service in the community service journal regarding the socialization and assistance of halal certification to MSMEs. The Influence of Managerial Ownership, DOL, and DFL On Profitability
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership, DOL and DFL on profitability in tobacco subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. This type of correlational research employs methods of multiple linear regression analysis, panel data, namely random testing influence, hausman test, normality test, multicollinearity test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test with a significance of 0.05. Data processing uses eviews 10 application software. The samples of this research is taken from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Specifically Tobacco subsector. The research findings show that operating leverage has a partial influence on profitability, managerial ownership and financial leverage have no influence on profitability. Profitability is influenced simultaneously by managerial ownership, operating leverage, and financial leverage

Get PDFThe problem of employing high school graduates is a problem that continues to occur every year, espec, the lack of experience and skills means that high school graduates have the highest poverty rate. East Java provincial government data for 2020 states that around 116,772 high school students did not continue to college and competed with graduates of vocational schools who make up the largest workforce. With these conditions, in 2018 the East Java Provincial Government, in collaboration with the East Java Education Service, launched a high school program called Double Track, this program aims to improve students' entrepreneurial skill. . The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of Entrepreneurship Learning and the Double track Program on Efforts to Increase Student Entrepreneurial Interest . This research is a type of quantitative research. The subjects of this research were 56 students of the Bareng State High School double track program. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, classic assumption tests consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests. heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t-test and f-test. The results of research at SMA Negeri Bareng show (R Square) of 0.136, namely 13.6% and a calculated F value of 6.519676 with Sig. is 0.020 or P < 0.05, then the variable is Entrepreneurship Learning (X1), Double track Program (X2) Student Entrepreneurial Interest (Y)
Analysis of Shelf Power of Snake Fruit Varieties at Room Temperature
Get PDFSnake fruit is a horticultural plant that has many enthusiasts and cultivators in Indonesia. There are many varieties and post-harvest storage methods for snake fruit. This research used 3 varieties of snake fruit, namely pondoh snake fruit, bali snake fruit, and keras snake fruit, which were stored at room temperature. The research method uses descriptive analysis to draw conclusions regarding important points in the research. This research shows that when storing 3 varieties of snake fruit at room temperature, the condition of the snake fruit skin has a big impact on shelf life, because thicker snake fruit skin is more susceptible to physical damage and fungal or bacterial infections. The results of this research bali snake fruit show that it has the longest shelf life at room temperature, around 12 days until spoilage, pondoh snake fruit 9 days, and keras snake fruit 6 days. This is because bali snake fruit has thicker skin than the other two snake fruit

Get PDFPondok Pesantren memiliki kewajiban dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan bagi para Santrinya. Hal itu dapat dilakukan dengan adanya kemandirian sektor perekonomian yang kontributif. Pendidikan yang berkualitas membutuhkan dana yang cukup. Hal tersebut dapat kita rasakan sampai detik ini. Kemandirian ekonomi yang baik dalam suatu pendidikan dapat memberikan peran yang besar terwujudnya kelengkapan fasilitas pendidikan pesantren yang tidak dapat diandalkan dengan hanya mengandalkan keterbatasan sumbangan dari Pengasuh, Wali Santri atau yang lain. Kelengkapan fasilitas tersebut dapat menjadikan santri yang memiliki kualitas tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan campuran untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan sehingga dapat ditemukan hasil penelitian yang autentik dan akurat. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kualitas pendidikan dapat diwujudkan dengan strategi perekonomian yang ada dengan melibatkan berbagai aspek sumber daya yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kualitas layanan pendidikan dapat diwujudkan dengan strategi memandirikan perekonomian yang ada dengan melibatkan berbagai aspek sumber daya yang ada sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap kebutuhan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pengelolaan keuangan dalam pesantren guna menciptakan kualitas pendidikan yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.
