Visualization of Carbon Footprint Value Calculation from Residential Activities In The Energy and Transportation Sector In Jombang District Community
Get PDFThis study aims to visualize the calculation of carbon footprint value generated from settlement activities in the energy and transportation sectors in the Jombang Sub-district community. The method used is quantitative with primary data collection through questionnaires and direct surveys and secondary data from related agencies. The analysis was conducted to calculate carbon emissions from using electricity, LPG, and motor vehicle fuel (gasoline and diesel). The results show that household energy consumption produces carbon emissions of 1,200 tons of CO2e per year, while the transportation sector contributes 800 tons of CO2e per year. Total carbon emissions from both sectors reached 2,000 tons of CO2e per year in Jombang Subdistrict. Data visualization was conducted using graphical software to facilitate public understanding of the impact of daily activities on the environment. The findings are expected to serve as a basis for developing more sustainable local policies and encouraging community participation in carbon emission reduction efforts. With this visualization, the community will be more aware of the importance of reducing carbon footprints to achieve a healthier and more sustainable environment
Insect Biodiversity on Inorganic Cayenne Pepper Plants in Plosogeneng Village, Jombang Regency
Get PDFThe method used in this research is a quantitative method, sampling was carried out by installing Yellow Trap insect traps which were placed at several points for 12 days. The results of this research are the insect diversity index found in this research, there are 5 families, a total of 28 individuals. Consists of Oxyopidae, Coccinellidae, Pentatomidae, Noctuidae and Coreidae. The diversity index (H') value for insects is -1.35. Meanwhile, the dominance index for cayenne pepper plantations in Plosogeneng Village, Jombang District in the Yellow Trap is 0.31.

Pembuatan Media Tanam Hidroponik Dengan Sistem Irigasi Otomatis Berbasis IoT
Get PDFHydroponic planting media is a planting system that does not use soil to grow plants, instead it can use water. Many people already use hydroponic media but there is more effort to monitor the planting process, this is a new obstacle to the hydroponic system. Therefore, to support the hydroponic planting system to make it more efficient, this Pkm has a theme of IOT Based Irrigation. The location of this Pkm is in Kedunglumpang Village, Mojoagung subdistrict, Jombang district. Pkm participants include farmers, PKK, IPNU, and IPPNU. The result of this Pkm is that the majority of local people are familiar with hydroponic but do not understand the implementation process. Then, after attending the training, many people were enthusiastic about making hydroponic media using IoT technology in their yards.

It can be seen that the working method used is still very traditional. Especially for resellers who carry out transactions or buying and selling activities by going directly to the intended store. Many complained that the market was difficult to reach, threatened with closing activities because it invited too many crowds, and that their income had decreased. with a livelihood as UMKM actors and as UMKM workers, their income has decreased due to covid 19. Peningkatan Minat Berwirausaha Remaja Ipnu Kalimade Kesesi Melalui Pelatihan Penggunaan Shopee Affiliates
Get PDFThis research is in-depth about efforts to increase the entrepreneurial interest of IPNU Kalimade Kesesi teenagers by implementing training on the use of Shopee Affiliates. The training method includes an in-depth understanding of affiliate marketing concepts, practices for using the Shopee Affiliates platform, and effective product marketing strategies in the online realm. The research subjects were IPNU Kalimade Kesesi teenagers who were actively involved in learning and training activities. Data was collected through surveys, observations and interviews to gain an in-depth understanding of changes in entrepreneurial interests and skills after training. In this research, the research team used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method to provide training and mentoring to IPNU Kalimade Kesesi teenagers in an effort to increase interest in entrepreneurship. The research results show a significant increase in teenagers' knowledge, skills and interest in entrepreneurship after attending Shopee Affiliates training. The results of this research include that they can take advantage of opportunities from the potential of the digital economy and increase their online marketing skills, their contribution regarding their interest in entrepreneurship is very successful so that they really want to learn about Shopee Affiliates, Shopee Affiliate and increase their practical skills in digital marketing, and increase their self-confidence. those who are new to starting their own business journey. The implications of this research are not only limited to the educational sphere, but can also be a reference for the government, non-profit organizations and industry players in supporting the development of youth entrepreneurship.

PERLINDUNGAN HAK KONSUMEN DALAM PEMIKIRAN IBN TAYMIYYAH : ANALISIS ERA E- COMMERCE
Get PDFThis research examines consumer rights protection in Ibn Taymiyyah's view and its application in the e-commerce era. Consumer protection is an important aspect in maintaining fairness and honesty in business transactions. Ibn Taymiyyah, a great Islamic scholar, underscored the importance of justice ('adl), prohibition of fraud (gharar), and control of monopoly (ihtikar) to protect consumers. The aim of this research is to analyze the relevance and application of these principles in modern digital commerce. The research results show that Ibn Taymiyyah's principles can strengthen the consumer protection framework in the e-commerce era, increase trust and integrity of online markets, and support the development of policies that integrate Islamic business ethics with contemporary regulations.

This study aims to find out how to minimize information asymmetry financial repots. Information asymmetry can cause imbalance in economic decision making and reduce marke efficiency. The design of this research study with the analytical method used in the form of content analysis. This study analyses various aspects of financial repots that contribute to reducing information uncertainty, such as auditor independence, audit quality and information transparency. The results of this study show that transparent, accurate and consistent financial reports play an important role in increasing stakeholder trust and reducing risks related to information asymmetry. Based on the result of this study, it confirm the importance of good accounting policies and practices in creating a more transparent and fair business environment.
 
The Role of Communication and Cultural Intelligence in Improving the Performance of MSME Employees Berkah Mojo Batik Mojotrisno Village
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the management of working capital in assessing oninvestment returns (ROI). The object used in this study is the cement sub-sector listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. With samples used by 5 companies. Included in descriptive research is research conducted to determine the value of a variable. In this case, the variables are independent or more (independent) without making comparisons or linking with other variables. It is used to determine working capital management to assess ROI. Data is obtained using documentation and library techniques. Analysis of data used case studies (nonhypothetical). From the results of the analysis of working capital management in the cement sector in 2019-2022, it shows that the turnover of working capital in the cement sub-sector is included in the good category because the results are above the average standard ratio. In the company's receivables turnover, the cement sub-sector shows unfavorable results because the average receivables are lower than sales and can affect a company's cash. In the cash turnover of the cement sub-sector shows a fairly good average result, because the increased cash turnover will have a positive impact on the company's working capital turnover. Inventory turnover in the cement sub-sector shows very good results because the higher the inventory turnover rate, the greater the level of profit (profitability) obtained by the company

Analysis of The Causes of The Delay in Loans for Members of The Melati Women's Cooperative in Sidoarjo City

Savings and loan cooperatives collect funds through their members and channel them back to cooperative members and the community. This will result in delays in loans to jasmine women's cooperatives. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that describes the causes of delays in member loans in women's cooperatives. The results of this study indicate that the cause of delays in cooperative loans is because customers continue to delay payments which results in losses to the Jasmine Women's Cooperative and also many customers who are not in good faith and use these loans not according to their needs
