Get PDFWriting a thesis is a crucial step in completing undergraduate studies. However, many students experience technical difficulties, particularly with document organization and citation management. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve students' thesis writing skills through Microsoft Word and Mendeley training. The training was conducted online via Google Meet and was attended by final-year students from various study programs. The material covered organizing scientific documents using Microsoft Word features (headings, automatic table of contents, citation styles), as well as reference management using Mendeley. The implementation method involved material presentations, live demonstrations, and real-time guided independent practice sessions. Evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the use of applications to support scientific writing. This activity significantly contributed to preparing students for the thesis writing process more systematically and efficiently

The main issue is the absence of a village digital platform and limited promotion of SME products. The solution offered is the development of a Laravel-based Village Profile Website with features including a village profile, content management, an SME product showcase, and activity documentation. The implementation method comprises a needs analysis, system design, development, testing, and training for village officials. The results show that the website is fully functional, publicly accessible, and useful for information transparency and SME promotion. The presence of this website strengthens the village's digital identity while supporting a sustainable digitalization process
Strategy to Optimize Sharia Financial Management as an Instrument to Improve the Performance of Halal MSMEs in West Sumatra
Get PDF This study examines the optimization of sharia financial management as a strategy to enhance the performance of halal small and medium enterprises in West Sumatra. The background of the research is the limited financial literacy, low utilization of formal sharia financing products, and lack of standardized financial reporting among halal SMEs, which hinder their growth and competitiveness. The study aims to analyze how financial literacy, financing utilization, and transparency in reporting contribute to improving operational efficiency and compliance with sharia principles. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, using data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation from halal SMEs in West Sumatra. The findings reveal that financial literacy serves as the foundation for effective management, enabling SME owners to understand and utilize sharia-compliant financing. The utilization of formal sharia financing is still low, and standardized reporting is maintained by only a small portion of SMEs, limiting both internal management and access to external funding. The study also finds that integrating literacy, financing access, and transparent reporting creates a synergistic effect that significantly enhances performance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder trust. The conclusions indicate that optimizing sharia financial management is essential for promoting sustainable growth, compliance with sharia principles, and long-term viability of halal SMEs in West Sumatra. This research provides practical implications for policymakers, financial institutions, and SME support agencies to design targeted interventions that improve literacy, facilitate financing access, and implement transparent reporting systems
Ethno-STEM-Based Science Learning Using Typical Foods of Sidoarjo to Improve Science Literacy among Junior High School
Get PDFThe low level of science literacy among junior high school students indicates the need for contextual and meaningful learning. Therefore, this research aims to determine the effect of Etno-STEM-based science learning on Sidoarjo's typical foods on junior high school students' science literacy. This research used a one-group pretest-posttest design with purposive sampling. The subjects of this study were 20 eighth-grade students at a junior high school in Sidoarjo Regency. The research instrument consisted of 15 multiple-choice questions based on three indicators of science literacy, namely explaining phenomena scientifically, evaluating and designing scientific investigations, and interpreting data and evidence scientifically. The pretest and posttest data were analyzed using the N-Gain test and paired t-test to determine the level of improvement and the significance of the difference in students' science literacy skills. The N-Gain analysis showed a value of 0.89 for the indicator of explaining phenomena scientifically, 0.79 for the indicator of evaluating and designing scientific investigations, and 0.78 for the indicator of interpreting data and evidence scientifically. All three values were in the high category, indicating an improvement in students' science literacy skills. These findings were reinforced by the results of the paired t-test, which showed a significance value of < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Etno-STEM-based science learning using Sidoarjo's typical foods had a significant effect on students' science literacy

Get PDFProblematic financing or Non-Performing Financing (NPF) is a major challenge in the Islamic banking industry, as it can disrupt operational stability and reduce public trust in Islamic financial institutions. This study aims to analyze the strategies and effectiveness of handling problematic financing at Bank Sumsel Babel Capem Muara Kelingi. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through direct observation, interviews, and documentation during the author's internship. The findings indicate that NPF management is carried out through two main approaches: preventive and curative. Preventive efforts include financing feasibility analysis and customer education, while curative measures involve restructuring, renegotiation, and collateral execution. Additionally, the utilization of collateral and financing recovery programs are implemented with a prudential approach, while upholding Islamic values such as justice and mutual consultation. Through these integrated strategies, Bank Sumsel Babel Capem Muara Kelingi can minimize the risk of losses due to NPF and maintain the quality of its financing portfoli

No full textPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana analisis rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelas XI berbasis metode dalam jaringan materi jaringan tumbuhan yang hasilnya akan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif dan dilanjutkan dengan triangulasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus yang bersifat kualitatif (qualitative case study). Dari hasil analisis RPP pada pertemuan 4-5 didapatkan sebesar 75,5 % dengan kriteria sesuai. Sedangkan pada pertemuan 6 didapatkan sebesar 77,7 % dengan kriteria sesuai. Setelah melakukan penelitian tentang analisis rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran kelas XI berbasis metode dalam jaringan materi jaringan tumbuhan di MAN 3 Jombang, maka penulis dapat mengambil kesimpulan yaitu, banyak terjadi kendalan saat pembelajaran online metode dalam jaringan, akan tetapi dengan adanya kerja sama yang sama antara guru dan peserta didik maka pembelajaran akan berjalan optimal dan kondusif. Juga dikarenakan guru mata pelajaran Biologi kelas XI MIPA 8 telah melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan RPP pembelajaran daring.

Student Attendance Information System using Telegram Bot API and Visual Basic 6.0
Get PDFStudent delinquency is a form of student behaviour that deviates from school rules. One of them is truant or irregular entry. Skipping behaviour that is left will give a tendency for students to commit other violations such as brawls, using drugs, free sex and others. Monitoring trusting students is not easy because routine communication between parents and the school is needed. This study aims to create a system to facilitate communication between schools and parents by implementing a fire bot telegram using the long polling method. The system is made using Visual Basic 6.0, consisting of two main parts, namely the attendance system and bot telegram management. The attendance system handles student attendance consisting of fingerprint registration and attendance scans, while the telegram bot management handles the sending of attendance information consisting of telegram ID registration, attendance information and permit information. The test results show the process of taking and sending information via telegram bot runs fast, in the test register of the parent telegram ID the time required is an average of 5.6 seconds, sending scanned student attendance information 4.25 seconds and sending permit information on average 7, 07 seconds

No full textEvery business sector certainly wants consistency in production results, this can be realized through collaboration with raw material providers or suppliers who can ensure the consistent availability of raw materials because the production of raw materials is very vital. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good raw material procurement system and supplier selection so that the production process can run smoothly. Milkyway Cafe is the first pioneering UKM of beverage and food business in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan which has a special characteristic of beverage products made from milk which are liked by many customers, especially teenagers, children, and families. There are problems experienced when selecting suppliers who provide raw materials for UHT milk because there are several factors to consider, namely price, delivery, service, and accuracy of quantities. The sample of the research is the owner of the business that regulates the procurement of UHT milk. The results of the analysis and calculation of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) using Microsoft Excel stated that the chosen alternative, namely the Kompas with a weight value of 0.46, was superior to the Simpang Utama with a weighted value of 0.34 and the Tops Jaya with a weighted value of 0.20. The main factors that are prioritized in the selection of suppliers at Milkyway are service criteria with a weight value of 0.18, the accuracy of the number of goods with a weight value of 0.15, prices with a weight value of 0.08, and delivery with a weight value of 0.06

Pemikiran reflektif mencakup keadaan keragu-raguan, kebingungan dan kesulitan mental yang selanjutnya ada tindakan mencari dan menemukan bahan yang akan menyelesaikannya untuk merubah ketidakpastian menjadi sebuah kepastian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan dasar argumentative teoritis berkaitan bagaimana pendekatan ketidakpastian dilakukan dalam pembelajaran bernuansa ethnomathematics dapat mengembangkan karakter berpikir kritis matematis. Get PDFThis research aims to develop a Culture-based English e-book aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum for Phase E in MA Al-Bairuny, Jombang. The Merdeka Curriculum is expected to provide a more contextual and culturally relevant learning experience for students. Using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), this study focuses on the validation of the e-book product.The analysis phase identified the needs of students and teachers, highlighting that the current curriculum does not adequately address the cultural diversity of the students. The design phase resulted in an e-book with English content focusing on text types rooted in Indonesian culture. Material and media validation were conducted by education and media experts, resulting in "excellent" ratings for both aspects. Implementation involved student response testing, which showed high satisfaction with the e-book.The findings of this research confirm that the e-book aligns with the Merdeka Curriculum, integrates cultural values, and receives positive feedback from students. This e-book can serve as a relevant alternative to enhance English language learning in Phase E and should be expanded for broader use
