Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the level of legal awareness of business actors, especially MSMEs, towards the obligation of halal certification in Indonesia. The method used is a literature study from journals accessed through the Publish or Perish application with sources from Google Scholar and Semantic Scholar. Through a comprehensive literature review from various scientific journals, it was found that the legal awareness of business actors regarding halal certification is still relatively low. Some of the factors that affect include a lack of understanding of halal certification regulations, the assumption that the halal certification process is complicated and requires a large cost, and the lack of supervision and law enforcement from the government

Get PDFAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh religiusitas dan pengetahuan halal terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan sertifikasi halal sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 mahasiswa aktif UNHASY dengan kriteria tertentu. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), yang didukung oleh SmartPLS application versi 3.0. Serta menggunakan model pengujian outer dan inner model. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap produk tersertifikasi halal, Namun, pengetahuan produk halal berpengaruh terhadap produk tersertifikasi halal. Produk tersertifikat halal juga memengaruhi keputusan pembelian secara langsung. Produk tersertifikasi halal tidak bisa menjadi perantara religiusitas terhadap keputusan pembelian. Tetapi produk tersertifikat halal mampu memediasi pengetahuan produk halal terhadap keputusan pembelian.
Abstract: This study uses halal certification as a mediator to investigate how religiosity and halal knowledge affect purchase decisions. This study employs a quantitative approach, gathering data from 100 current UNHASY students who meet specific requirements via a questionnaire. The SmartPLS application version 3.0 supports the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis used in this work. as well as evaluating the inner and outside models. The study's findings show that while halal product knowledge has an impact on halal-certified items, religiosity has no effect on them. Purchase decisions are also directly impacted by halal-certified goods. Products with halal certification cannot influence religious beliefs when making judgments about what to buy. However, halal-certified goods can influence consumers' decisions to buy by mediating halal product information

The method used is the field research method, which is research whose object is about certain conditions in an area in a community group. The research is included in descriptive qualitative research. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation methods. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method by being directly involved in teaching and learning activities at TPQ. Providing guidance programs for developing talents and interests with the right methods, tailored to the problems that exist in students. Get PDFThe topic of classification of living organisms at the high school level still necessitates practical activities to foster students' kinesthetic skills, in addition to their critical and creative thinking abilities. Utilizing herbarium as a learning medium offers a solution to this challenge. The herbarium-making training aims to enable students to apply their theoretical knowledge through hands-on practical engagement. This approach is expected to provide students with diverse learning experiences throughout the educational process. Furthermore, students can also hone their creative thinking skills by participating in this herbarium-making training. This research employed a multi-stage methodology, including preparation, interviews, training, and evaluation. The findings of this study were derived from student response questionnaires regarding their learning experience with the herbarium-making training. The results showed that 100% of students found learning through herbarium creation to be highly enjoyable, and 87% of students indicated that this herbarium-making activity enhanced their hard skills and creative abilitie

Get PDFThis community service was carried out to address water and environmental management issues in Kromong Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, which often faces flooding during the rainy season and drought in the dry season. This issue is exacerbated by the low level of public awareness regarding organic waste management and degradation of soil quality. The main focus of this service is to introduce biopori as a solution to increase water absorption, reduce puddles, and improve soil quality through organic waste management. The aim of this activity is to provide understanding to the community about the importance of the biopori technique and how its application can help overcome environmental problems faced by villages. The approach used is the service learning (SL) method, where the community is actively involved in socialization and training on the practice of making biopores. This research strategy includes several steps, such as problem identification, outreach, training, and monitoring the program's impact on the environment. The results of the service show success in increasing rainwater absorption, reducing the risk of flooding, and improving soil fertility through the decomposition of organic waste. In addition, there has been an increase in public awareness regarding the importance of sustainable environmental management. This program has also succeeded in reducing the amount of organic waste produced by households, while providing long-term benefits for groundwater security in the village. With positive results, it is hoped that this program can be replicated in other regions that face similar issues
Implementasi Prinsip Pelayanan Syariah Pada Pedagang Kaki Lima Sentra Kuliner MSC (Mandiri Sociopreneur) Sarirogo
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi prinsip pelayanan syariah pada pedagang kaki lima di Sentra Kuliner MSC (Mandiri Sociopreneur) Sarirogo Sidoarjo, salah satu unit usaha Wakaf Mandiri yang bergerak di sektor kuliner berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pedagang terhadap prinsip pelayanan syariah masih bersifat umum dan belum terinternalisasi secara komprehensif. Nilai-nilai dasar seperti shiddiq, amanah, dan ihsan mulai diterapkan dalam interaksi sehari-hari, namun belum mencakup seluruh aspek pelayanan, terutama terkait standar konsistensi, transparansi harga, dan manajemen kebersihan. Temuan penting penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa pedagang di Sentra Kuliner MSC memiliki karakteristik berbeda dibandingkan pedagang kaki lima pada umumnya. Keberadaan mereka dalam ekosistem Wakaf Mandiri membentuk kultur religius yang lebih kuat, tercermin dari rutinitas ibadah, etos kerja, kepatuhan terhadap aturan syariah, serta komitmen moral untuk menjaga amanah sebagai bagian dari pengelolaan aset wakaf. Meskipun tingkat pemahaman konseptual mengenai ekonomi syariah masih terbatas, motivasi mereka untuk menjalankan praktik pelayanan yang sesuai nilai Islam lebih tinggi dibandingkan pedagang yang tidak berada dalam naungan lembaga wakaf. Faktor pendukung implementasi prinsip syariah meliputi lingkungan religius, dukungan manajerial MSC, serta solidaritas antarpedagang. Adapun faktor penghambat mencakup keterbatasan pengetahuan formal tentang ekonomi syariah, belum adanya sistem penilaian kinerja berbasis syariah, serta minimnya waktu untuk mengikuti pelatihan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penyusunan pedoman pelayanan syariah tertulis, peningkatan kapasitas melalui pelatihan berkala, serta kolaborasi antara pengelola MSC, pemerintah daerah, dan lembaga pendidikan Islam guna memperkuat praktik bisnis syariah di tingkat usaha mikro

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh inflasi, tingkat pengangguran, dan pengeluaran pemerintah terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Blitar pada periode 2010–2024. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Blitar dan Bank Indonesia. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan serangkaian uji asumsi klasik, meliputi uji normalitas, auto korelasi, heteroskedastisitas, dan multikolinieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan inflasi, tingkat pengangguran, dan pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Blitar. Secara parsial, inflasi dan tingkat pengangguran berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan pengeluaran pemerintah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas kebijakan pengendalian inflasi, peningkatan penciptaan lapangan kerja, serta pengelolaan pengeluaran pemerintah yang lebih produktif menjadi kunci dalam mendorong percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah. Pemerintah daerah perlu memprioritaskan belanja publik yang bersifat produktif, memperkuat sektor-sektor penyerap tenaga kerja, serta menjaga stabilitas harga untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan

Get PDFThis community service program in Balongwono Village, Trowulan District, Mojokerto Regency aimed to enhance farmers’ awareness and understanding of agricultural waste utilization and innovation through the introduction of Jakaba liquid organic fertilizer and banana pseudo-stem (gedebog) chips. Jakaba, produced from the fermentation of rice-washing water, has been proven to improve soil fertility, accelerate plant growth, and reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers, while banana pseudo-stem chips provide an economically valuable product from agricultural waste that is often underutilized. The program was conducted through face-to-face socialization, interactive discussions, and the distribution of product samples to farmers. The results indicated a significant improvement in farmers’ knowledge, as shown by the increase in average scores from 79.54 (pre-test) to 90.28 (post-test). Therefore, this program effectively supports sustainable agriculture, creates value-added products from waste, and contributes to improving the welfare of rural communities.
