Public participation is essential for the realization of a professional training institution with a competent workforce output and ready to work independently or enter the labor market. Based on the fact, most of the existing private training institutions are mostly growing, surviving, and growing minimally without even coaching by the government. In the future, the challenge will be greater as the democratization, global competition, and technological and information changes move towards the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The government's guidance portion for private training institutions and government-owned training institutions should be the same so that they can grow and develop fairly and optimally in order to achieve the goal of sustainable development (SDG's). Through literature study methods obtained data from government agencies, non-governmental organizations, scientific research reports, and other data sources. Then the data are grouped, analyzed, compared and correlated with each other so as to formulate some important parameters that relate and influence to the strengthening of private training institutions, include community aspirations, local wisdom, business climate, government policy, standardization of quality, brand image of the institution, relevance programs with the needs of the labor market.

    Get PDF
In the modern era, one of the major challenges in character education lies in effectively instilling moral and ethical values amid rapid social change. The decline in moral standards within society is frequently associated with the suboptimal implementation of moral education across families, formal educational institutions, and broader social environments. At the same time, the effectiveness of value-based education within formal schooling continues to be widely debated, particularly regarding its relevance in contemporary contexts. This study aims to examine the relevance and significance of the educational exemplarity of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as a foundational framework for character education in the modern era. Employing a literature review approach, this study analyzes classical and contemporary scholarly works related to prophetic education, moral development, and character formation. The findings indicate that the Prophet Muhammad’s educational model emphasizes universal values such as moral integrity, responsibility, independence, cooperation, and social harmony. The family is identified as a crucial foundational unit in character formation, especially during early childhood, which represents a critical phase for moral development. Furthermore, prophetic teachings highlight the importance of collaboration, mutual assistance, and community-based engagement as key elements in fostering social cohesion and collective well-being. This study concludes that the educational exemplarity of the Prophet Muhammad remains highly relevant for addressing contemporary challenges in character education and offers a comprehensive, value-based framework adaptable to modern educational contexts

The PKK of Nglele Village plays an important role in supporting family development and welfare through various work programs. In implementing these programs, PKK cadres are required to be able to manage administration, compile activity reports, and create accountability reports (LPJ) independently. The main problem faced by PKK cadres of Nglele Village is limited skills in operating Microsoft Word and Excel, so that the creation of accountability reports (LPJ) and administrative documents still depends on external parties. The Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) training program for PKK cadres of Nglele Village aims to: (1) Equip PKK cadres with basic Microsoft Word skills for document and report preparation. (2) Train PKK cadres in the use of Microsoft Excel for data processing and administrative recording. (3) Encourage PKK cadres' independence in compiling accountability reports (LPJ) without relying on external parties. Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of PKK cadres' work in carrying out organizational administration. The method applied in this training is a Hands-on Training-based Workshop combined with a Service Learning (SL) approach. Service Learning is a learning approach that integrates theory with real-world practice in the community. The conclusion of this community service activity is that it can increase the independence of PKK cadres, eliminating their reliance on external parties for administrative document management. This activity supports the capacity building of PKK cadres and empowers the Nglele Village community in the digital era, resulting in more structured, efficient, and professional work

    Get PDF
Student savings is one of the flagship programs at the Al-Husna Education Foundation, which aims to train students in managing finances from an early age. Through this program, students are taught to set aside some of their pocket money to meet school needs such as uniforms, tuition fees, and other activities. This program also plays a role in shaping the character of discipline, frugality, and responsibility. However, the previous savings management system was still manual, namely by recording transactions in savings books and cash books. This method is prone to cause recording errors, data loss, and a lack of information transparency for students' parents. In addition, manual recording becomes less efficient as the number of transactions increases. To address these problems, a website-based student savings management system has been developed to replace manual processes with automated systems. The system is built using the CodeIgniter 4 framework, the PHP programming language, and the MySQL database. The results of the study show that this system is able to make it easier to record transactions, present reports automatically, and provide fast, accurate, and transparent access to information for schools and parents of students

    Get PDF
New student admission is one of the crucial processes in educational institutions that require accurate and efficient data management. MTs Amaliyah Sunggal, located at Jl. Tani Asli, Kp. Lalang, Kec. Sunggal, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, previously implemented a manual registration system that had many obstacles, such as a long process, data recording errors, and difficulty in monitoring registration progress. To overcome these obstacles, a web-based new student registration system was designed using the Waterfall development method. The Waterfall method was chosen because it has a systematic and orderly structure, which includes five main stages, namely needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. In the design process, user needs are identified in detail to ensure that the system can accommodate all required functions. After that, the system is designed and implemented using web technology that allows prospective students to register online, thereby reducing the school's administrative burden. This system has been tested using Lighthouse which showed quite good performance with First Contentful Paint (FCP) of 1.6 seconds and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) of 2.6 seconds, while Total Blocking Time (TBT) and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) obtained perfect scores reflecting the stability of the layout and speed of the system. This system provides convenience for prospective students to access registration information from anywhere and at any time. In addition, the school can monitor registration data in real-time and generate reports automatically. Thus, it is expected that this system can improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the process of accepting new students at MTs Amaliyah Sunggal
