The Effect of Personal Selling and Consumer Behavior on Purchasing Decisions Yakult in Mojokerto
Get PDFThe purpose of the study is a) to find out the influence of Yakult Lady's personal sales on Yakult's purchase decisions in Mojokerto and b) to find out the influence of consumer behavior on Yakult's purchasing decisions through Yakult Lady in Mojokerto. The type of research used is quantitative research. The research sample is a community of Yakult customers in mojokerto area with sampling technique is purposive sample. While the subject of the study was the customers of Yakult beverages a total of 16 respondents. Data collection is done in 2 ways, namely interviews and the dissemination of questionnaire questionnaires. The results of the questionnaire were conducted data analysis using validity test, reliability test, and linear regression analysis test through calculation with SPSS application. The Influence of Yakult Lady's Personal Sales and Consumer Behavior on Purchasing Decisions where variable Personal Selling sig value 0.516 > 0.05 and t value count 0.668 < 2.160 (t table). This indicates that the Personal Selling variable has no influence on Purchase Decision and variable Consumer Behavior sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and t value count 4,871 > 2,160 (t table) so as to show that variable Consumer Behavior there is an influence on Purchase Decision
Economic Empowerment of Pesantren through BUMP Program (Pesantren Owned Enterprises)
Get PDFThis paper discusses the economic empowerment of pesantren through bump program at Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Jombang. This paper is motivated by the role of boarding schools that are expected to be dynamicators and catalysts for the empowerment of human resources, drivers of development in all fields, especially in the economic field. BUMP is a business entity that is structurally under the auspices of Pesantren Fathul Ulum and has a position equivalent to other institutions of Pesantren Fathul Ulum. BUMP is managed by students who have been educated in accordance with their respective fields and assisted by the community as fast as. The authors of this study aimed to find out how the application and relevance of bump program is applied as a boarding school empowerment located in Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Jombang. The method of writing used in this writing is to use descriptive qualitative by using field research. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data taken from related sources. The discussion shows that the economic empowerment of pesantren through bump program implemented in Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum Jombang has been running well but it will be more relevant if the organizational structure can be improved so that it will run more effectively.

Penelitian ini diharapkan dijadikan bahan pertimbangan perusahaan dalam menetapkan kebijakan-kebijakan yang ada dalam perusahaan, dan hasil penelitian ini dapat menambah kepustakaan dan dapat dijadikan bahan referensi untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Islamic Boarding School Education System Development in Improving Santri Professionalism
Get PDFThis research aims: to re-examine and develop the education system at the Al Hamidiyyah Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. So that the quality of professional students can be achieved in all fields that are occupied after graduating from the cottage. This study used a qualitative descriptive design. The data analyzed is data from the main source of this research, namely the caregivers and the person in charge of boarding school education, besides the data analyzed is data in the form of writing, such as a brief history of the Al Hamidiyyah Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, and other documents related to the research. The results were analyzed using the Presistant technique (observational persistence) and Triangulation (combining various data collection techniques). The results of the study stated that the Al Hamidiyyah Islamic Boarding School had applied the right important points to produce professional students. However, even though many of the important points have been accomplished. Regular meetings are held to evaluate deficiencies and redevelop the necessary systems. This form of development of the boarding school education system involves all components, both students, educators, and cottage caregivers

Get PDFThe program of Agricultural Product Processing Development Service Unit (UP3HP) implemented bythe government in Pulorejo Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency is a mechanism for empoweringbusiness actors with the aim of facilitating the growth of small and household handicraft managementindustries. This study aims to examine the level of effectiveness of the UP3HP Program in PulorejoVillage and to analyze the correlation between the characteristics of the UP3HP Program members andthe level of effectiveness of the UP3HP Program. The research was conducted in Pulorejo Village,Ngoro District, Jombang Regency. Respondents were determined through a census technique that wasdistributed to 30 members of the UP3HP Program participants. The level of effectiveness of the UP3HPProgram in Pulorejo Village was very high as evidenced by the presence of 63.33% of respondents whostated that the level of effectiveness of the UP3HP Program in Pulorejo Village was high. Meanwhile,the results of the correlation test between the characteristics of the UP3HP Program members and thelevel of effectiveness of the UP3HP Program as a whole showed no correlation

No full textIn the pandemic era, the implementation of online learning policies was also carried out in Keboan Jombang Village. As long as this home learning activity has been implemented until now, many parents of students have experienced problems when accompanying their children to study or do schoolwork at home. This online learning system is very confusing for parents due to several factors, including the lack of network availability or internet quota to support learning activities at home. This confusion is also increasingly felt by parents whose children are in Elementary School/Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah. Referring to government policy, online learning methods are considered to be very effective and efficient. However, in practice, parents still experience difficulties, especially when it comes to the use of information technology. Lack of understanding and knowledge in using it as a medium of learning encourages children's activities in doing tasks are also hampered. The subjects for Elementary School/Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah currently refer to the theme. This is also problematic for parents because the books provided by the school do not contain material on one theme completely. Because basically, referring to the objectives of the 2013 curriculum, it is expected that students will be able to develop and think critically from the material provided. The activity methods to be used include; maturation of concepts, preparation, implementation of activities, evaluation of activities, preparation of reports, and submission of reports. The responses from 20 participants consisting of parents who study at SDN Keboan and MI Al Hidayah Keboan can be described that the ability of parents or participants to understand and overcome problems in online learning before the socialization is held is quite minimal and after socializing the parents or participants seems to have improved quite well in understanding and overcoming the problems of online learning

No full textNational development in the health sector through posyandu is the development of human resources for the purpose of optimizing the degree of public health as measured by the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) per 100,000 live births and the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) per 1000 live births which are also components of the Human Development Index (HDI). . The goal of posyandu is to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in Indonesia through community empowerment efforts. The targets of the posyandu are all babies, toddlers, pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, post-partum mothers as well as women at fertile age (WUS) and fertile age couples (PUS). Posyandu activities consist of maternal and child health (KIA), family planning (KB), immunization, improved nutrition, prevention and overcoming diarrhea. Posyandu has a human development linkage, this linkage can be seen from the efforts to reduce MMR and IMR in Indonesia, while in Indonesia MMR and IMR are still very high, this is due to the failure to achieve the 2015 MDG'S target to overcome this problem, it is necessary to revitalize posyandu and implement good management at posyandu so that provide a solution to the AKI and AKB problems. The goal of posyandu to reduce MMR and IMR is to increase life expectancy in Indonesia. If the life expectancy of humans in Indonesia increases it means that the quality of human life will be better so that it can improve the quality of human development from sharing sides nationally in Indonesia

Efforts to diversify products need to be done, one of which is through training in SEUKAPE processing. The target audience for this community service activity is village youth in the Kayen Village area, Bandarkbuildingmulyo District, Jombang Regency. This activity was carried out at the Kayen Village Hall which is located in the Kayen Village Head Office in October 2020 with a total of 20 participants. The series of community service activities including entrepreneurship workshops, training on making SEUKAPE and product displays were well attended by the participants. The results of the activity showed that the participants were enthusiastic in making SEUKAPE as an example of local processed products that can become the hallmark of Kayen Village
