Personality is a description of attitudes that differ from one individual to another. This is due to the adjustment of views in a dynamic context related to integrated behavior and which describes the interaction between inherited abilities and environmental influences. Education is the process of changing the attitudes and behavior of a person or group of people in an effort to mature humans through teaching and training efforts, also means the process, method, act of educating students. Based on the study and analysis in the hadith used as a reference for the study, it was concluded that being an educator must have good personality traits. The position of an educator as a parent of students in the school environment, there are several traits possessed by an educator, namely having a gentle nature, compassion, speaking and being honest so that students can imitate, an educator has a desire to return his knowledge to Allah swt, and pay attention to the condition of the students. In addition, an educator must also pay attention to the requirements that must be possessed by an educator, namely must be fair to his students by not discriminating each other, be tolerant with all kinds of attitudes, an educator must be sincere with educating his students.

Get PDFAbstrak: Syariat Islam berisi ajaran yang komprehensif, sudah sepatutnya kita sebagai muslim untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut apa yang menjadikan Islam sebagai agama yang paling sempurna. Surat Al Fatihah sebagai ummul kitab, dan paling sering dibaca oleh ummat muslim. Banyak hal yang dapat dikaji dari surah al fatihah, salah satunya kegiatan bisnis. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji nilai-nilai karakter yang dapat diterapkan dalam mengelola bisnis Islam. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yang berupa studi literatur atau studi kepustakaan. Dengan pendekatan literature diarahkan untuk menjawab bagaimana pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter dalam mengelola bisnis Islam (kajian dalam surah Al Fatihah). Dengan harapan akan terbentuk bisnisman muslim yang sukses.

Get PDFKegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pelatihan membuat hidroponik sederhana dengan memanfaatkan botol air mineral. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan semangat belajar, rasa ingin tahu, kemampuan keterampilan peserta didik serta menjaga lingkungan sekitar dari sampah. Metode pendekatan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi metode ceramah, diskusi, dan pelatihan. Metode ceramah dan diskusi dilaksanakan pada saat pengenalan materi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut. (1) Memberikan wawasan tambahan dan pengetahuan serta keterampilan peserta didik di MTs Al-Hikmah Kecamatan Bandarkedungmulya dalam membuat hidroponik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan kebutuhan petani yang ada di Kelompok Tani Alam Subur Desa Waigete Kabupaten Sikka. Tujuan khusus dilaksanakan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan dan keterampilan petani sayur-sayuran untuk dapat mengolah bahan organik yang ada di lingkungan sekitar untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk organik, sehingga dapat mengurangi ketergantungan petani terhadap pupuk anorganik. No full textEducation must continue to be implemented even with online learning, so that the golden generation does not lag behind in knowledge and continues to learn for the advancement of the next generation as the buds of the nation's progress in the future. As for the formulation of the problem in this research are (1) How is the effectiveness of online learning in the subject of aqidah akhlak in MAN 10 Jombang, and (2) What is the online learning strategy for teachers of aqidah akhlak subject in MAN 10 Jombang. This type of research is included in the type of field research (field research) which is qualitative with descriptive research methods. Data collection procedures were carried out by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation, then data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the research results, it was found that online learning has not been effective, therefore the teacher's efforts in increasing the effectiveness of online learning are by using appropriate methods and media, besides giving assignments by giving a certain period of time. Then for the strategy used by the aqidah akhlak subject teacher is to use the PAKEM strategy and the methods used are lectures, discussions, question and answer, and assignments. The Use of Aqidah Akhlaq Textbook to Increase Learning Outcome
Get PDFThis research begins with a problem regarding: 1. The development of the use of textbooks in the subject of aqidah akhlaq. 2. The development of student learning outcomes in the subject of aqidah akhlaq. 3. Knowing how much influence textbooks have on the subject of aqidah akhlaq. The research was conducted by a teacher so that in carrying out the task of educating, teaching and guiding students to achieve the desired goals and how the impact of using textbooks on improving student learning outcomes can affect student interest in learning. The population in this study were students of VII-K class at MTsN 3 Jombang. The sample in this study was taken from 20 students of class VII-K. As for the data analysis used the t test (paired), after the t test (paired) showed that the significant value was 0,031 > 0,05, so the average student learning outcomes had an effect on the use of aqidah akhlaq textbooks on student learning outcomes. Applying textbooks effectively improves student learning outcomes.
 
Designing Educational Game through Android for Senior High School in Second Grade
Get PDFIn teaching and learning process, learning media is one of vital tool as technology facility in the education sector, create many new opportunities to enhance the learning experience of students at all levels of education, one of them is in High School education. Educating them is very interesting and very different, because it requires creativity and logical thinking skills and always follows the development of the digitalization era. Therefore, the researchers aim to design English learning media for class XI students in Senior High School that their needs. The purpose of the research is to designing an Android-based educational game media for English subjects in reading and writing skills in High School to help students make it easier to learn English and to find out how is appropriate the educational game media. The researchers used the Research and Development method which is adapted from the development of ADDIE. Namely of this learning media is Senior English Game (SEG). SEG is an application designed to help students enhance their interest in learning English especially on reading and writing skills. The result of this research indicate that 1) the results of the media expert score are 4.60. 2) The results of the material expert score 4.3. 3) The result of the field test score is 4.43. Based on the results above, the researchers concluded that the Senior English Game (SEG) media suitable to used in learning English
Implementation of Problem Based Learning to Develop Student's Character in Social Arithmetic Lesson
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of problem-based learning in developing students' character in social arithmetic material. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research. This study used all students of class VII D SMP Negeri 1 Kudu which were divided into two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. The instruments used in this study were tests, questionnaires. The test is used to determine the student's ability while the questionnaire is to determine the student's character in problem-based learning. The prerequisite test used in this study used the normality test and homogeneity test, with a = 0.05. Hypothesis testing in this study using independent sample t-Test on IBM SPSS.21 for windows. The results showed that the problem based learning model had a positive and significant effect on the development of students' character
Development of Teaching Materials on Geometry Materials to Develop Students' Critical Thinking Skills According to the Criteria for Critical Thinking 4C's
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the development of students' critical thinking skills through LKS teaching materials on flat plane geometry for class VII SMP/MTs are valid and practical. This research is a development research using the ADDIE method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The analysis technique of this study uses validity test in the form of score scores from material experts and the value of the teacher's response to LKS teaching materials which is the value of the questionnaire. Practicality test in the form of responses from students and criticism or suggestions from validators. The results of this study produce a product in the form of LKS teaching materials. Product eligibility obtained based on the results of the validation test and practicality test. Assessment by material experts gets a score by 83% with a very valid classification or very feasible to use. Response questionnaire results the teacher got a score of 87% with a very valid classification or very feasible to use. The result of the student response questionnaire got a score of 87% with a very practical classification. Based on these results it can be concluded that the LKS teaching materials are very feasible to use
