Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Desa Kedungotok Melalui Pelatihan Kerajinan Tangan dari Barang Bekas
Get PDFThe purpose of this community service activity is to a) increase the insight/knowledge of teenagers in utilizing used goods into valuable items and b) improve the skills of teenagers in making handicrafts from used goods. Approach methods for implementing community service activities include lecture and training methods. The lecture and training methods are carried out on training activities for handicrafts from used goods. There are 3 stages of community service implementation, namely a) coordination with partners, b) preparation of training tools and materials, and c) implementation of training activities. The implementation of this activity was attended by 25 people (teenagers) and took place at the Posyandu Dusun Kedungboto, Kedungotok Village, Tembelang District. Data collection in this community service activity is carried out through an assessment of the skills of the participants. The results of the implementation of community service activities were obtained: a) the skills of the youth of Kedungboto Hamlet, Kedungotok Village, Tembelang Jombang District, classified as "High" category where 76% of the participants were in the high category and 24% of the participants were in the sufficient category and b) the skill assessment of the youth of Kedungboto Hamlet, Kedungotok Village, District Tembelang Jombang also showed a high score, namely the average skill value of the participants was also at a high score wherein the aspect of the ability to understand handicraft tools and materials a score of 3.2 was obtained. In the aspect of the ability to make handicrafts, a score of 3.4 is obtained and the aspect of the ability to package handicrafts has obtained a value of 3.5. The results of community service activities that have been made by the youth, namely the product of the scarf hanger and tissue holder, are expected to be widely marketed and become the flagship product of Kedungotok Village in increasing the income and economic value of the people of Kedungotok Village, Tembelang Jombang District

The approach method for implementing PPTTG includes the Community Development method by means of socialization and demonstration. The method of socialization is carried out by socializing the dangers of using cooking oil repeatedly and the dangers of indiscriminately disposing of used cooking oil waste. The demonstration method is carried out through demonstration of the steps and what must be considered in the use of used cooking oil waste as laundry soap. Through this socialization activity, it is expected to be able to solve the problems faced by Banjarsari village women. Based on the community service activities that have been carried out, the provision of information and demonstrations on the use of household waste is able to increase awareness about the importance of processing waste for health and environmental cleanliness

Based on the results of the analysis of the situation above, there are problems that need to be resolved regarding with the lack of quality reading students due to the following things; 1) TPQ educators are still not optimal in classroom management because they are often late and do not come. 2) The quality of some educators is still lacking, especially in terms of teaching and makhraj. 3) The quality of teaching materials that are too difficult for students and seem pushy. From the problems identified above, discussions were held with the TPQ Coordinator Ar Rahmah Nggotean of Pacet Village, namely Mrs. Aina, the problem that was agreed to be resolved was through the Tahsin Surat Al-Fatihah program for students, it was hoped that students could read Al-Fatihah with good and true, which at least in the reading of the letter Al-Fatihah santri there is no Lahn Jaly or fatal letter pronunciation errors. The teaching method used by the executor is Classical Reading Listening Pure, with the educator exemplifying the reading of the letter Al-Fatihah verse by verse then imitated by the students and then repeated up to 2 to 3 times, then the Classical Individual, namely by one by one the students read the letter Al-Fatihah and immediately corrected by the teacher. Based on the results of this community service activity, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the quality of reading Surah Al-Fatihah for students of TPQ Ar Rahmah Nggotean, especially from the long, short and makhraj side after the Surah Al-Fatihah Tahsin Program activities, so that it can help TPQ a little to improve the quality of reading of the students TPQ Ar Rahmah Nggotean

In its implementation, education certainly encounters various problems, both formal and non-formal education. Non-formal education such as the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) is a level of education that focuses on learning the Qur'an. The learning or material provided will affect the development of students' knowledge. However, giving the right material is not an easy thing. This is due to the lack of human resources (teachers). In addition, other problems faced such as lack of motivational support from the guardians of students, inconsistent application of the method, and the lack of material for recitation and makharijul letters. This study aims to find out how important it is to provide materials or methods as well as motivational support from the guardians of students to support the ability of students to learn and apply the values ​​contained in the Qur'an properly. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method by engaging and directly involved in teaching and learning activities at TPQ. Guidance related to the provision of appropriate materials and methods, which are tailored to the existing problems to students. As well as guidance for educators is carried out by assisting teaching and learning activities so that learning is more varied and able to improve the reading of the students well. Furthermore, opening a gathering forum with the guardians of students with the intention of socializing the urgency of TPQ non-formal education

Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Pernikahan dalam Pandangan "Fiqih Munakahat" pada Pemuda Pemudi di Desa Sidomulyo
Get PDFMasyarakat desa Sidomulyo memiliki kegiatan keagamaan secara rutin. Oleh karena itu, para warga sekitar melaksanakan kegiatan keagamaan seperti pembacaan yasin dan tahlil, pembacaan diba’, istighotsah, dan lainnya untuk memperkuat keimanan mereka terhadap Allah SWT. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan keagamaan di desa Sidomulyo di temukan permasalahan yang menjadikan ketertarikan untuk mengadakan suatu kajian bagi para pemuda-pemudi di desa tersebut, ternyata mayoritas pemuda/pemudi di desa tersebut masih belum menikah. Menurut data yang di peroleh terdapat 200 pemuda/pemudi Sidomulyo yang belum menikah dengan jenjang usia 25-40 tahun. Salah satu alasan yang diperoleh adalah kebanyakan pemuda pemudi di desa Sidomulyo lebih mengedepankan karir daripada menikah dan juga kurangnya pemahaman tentang fiqih munakahat pada masyarakat Sidomulyo terutama pada rukun dan syarat menikah. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pembinaan dan pembekalan tentang meningkatkan pemahaman pemuda/pemudi tentang konsep nikah. Sasaran utama kegiatan ini yaitu14 orang remaja masjid yang ada di dsn Dempok dan IPNU IPPNU dusun Dempok desa Sidomulyo. Adapun metode atau pendekatan yang dapat digunakan diantaranya adalah metodologi pengabdian masyarakat yang dianggap relevan seperti Service Learning (SL). Evaluasi dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah kajian pernikahan. Kriteria mulai jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kajian, pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang dikaji dan indikator pencapaian dari kajian pernikahan adalah peserta memahami konsep pernikahan perspektif fiqih dan tolak ukur yang digunakan untuk menyatakan keberhasilan dari kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan peserta dibagikan angket. Hasil dari angket respon peserta kajian ini diperoleh dari 14 peserta kajian. Hasil presentase rata-rata angket respon peserta kajian sebesar 77.71% dengan kategori baik

This type of research is associative research. with the form of research is a quantitative approach. the sampling technique used purposive sampling, the respondents of this study were contumers who used the services of a wedding organizer from March 12, 2020 to June 12, 2021 with a total sample of 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using the method of observation and questionnaires. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire (Questionnaire). The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, partial T test and simultaneous F test, the data is processed using the SPSS 26 program. The results of this research show that there is no significant effect of people on costumer satisfaction, while process has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. and physical evidence has a significant influence on contumer icon satisfaction in choosing Adinata wedding organizer services during the covid-19 pandemic
Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (PBPNT) George R. Terry's Management Function Perspective during the Pandemic Period in Tambakrejo Village, Jombang
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the phenomenon of the Distribution of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program (BPNT), which seeks to alleviate poverty, assist and strengthen food security, and facilitate control, monitoring and reduction of social deviance. The cooperation program between the Regional Social Service and the Village Government is carried out through non-cash procedures or through banking. The purpose of this research is to find out: 1). Implementation of PBPNT Implementation, 2). Constraints or obstacles faced, and 3). Alternative solutions to overcome obstacles. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research location is Tambakrejo Village, Jombang. The implementation of PBPNT was analyzed from the perspective of management functions according to George R. Terry, namely; Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controling. Research results: 1). The implementation of PBPNT Tambakrejo in terms of distribution is in accordance with procedures, the distribution is carried out on target, in the right quantity, at the right price and quality and in proper administration, it just needs to be improved on the delivery time. Implementation is in accordance with George R. Terry's perspective management functions in terms of Planning, Organizing, and Actuating, only at the Controling stage it needs to be optimized because there is no special agency from the village apparatus assigned to handle this program. 2). Regarding program constraints, there were no serious problems that resulted in the failure of distribution. The technical problems encountered were missing cards, error cards, cards that had not been updated and food rations that had not been taken according to the stipulated time. 3). The solution to these problems is by calling the recipient or coordinating the recipient with the officer, updating the card, repairing the error card, and giving double quota for people who are late in taking it
The Relationship between the Level of Intellectual Intelligence and Awareness of Students
Get PDFThis research is based on the intellectual intelligence possessed by students. students are seen as someone who has a good personality because in the boarding school many things are taught, including discipline, craft, decency, cleanliness, order, and others. The students' awareness has not been fully reflected in the students of the Hasbullah Islamic Boarding School. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of intellectual intelligence and awareness of students in carrying out the rules at the Hasbullah Islamic Boarding School, as well as to analyze whether or not there was a relationship between the level of intellectual intelligence and the awareness of students at the Islamic boarding school. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. Collecting data using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. For research data analysis, researchers used product moment correlation analysis to obtain results from the established hypothesis. The research shows that the students' intellectual intelligence has high criteria, students' awareness in implementing the rules is high criteria, and r count is 0.425 greater than r table, so that Ha is accepted, namely "There is a relationship between the level of intellectual intelligence with students' awareness in carrying out the regulations of the Islamic Boarding School Hasbullah Bahrul ‘Ulum Tambakberas Jombang"
Effectiveness of Online PAI Learning During the Covid 19 Pandemic at MAUWH Tambakberas Jombang

Learning is said to be successful if the learning process runs effectively in accordance with the learning plan and objectives. In Indonesia, especially in MAUWH Tambakberas Jombang there was a change in the learning process that was initially face-to-face in school to Be Online ( Remote) because of the Covid 19 pandemic, therefore, this study aims to: 1.) Knowing the learning process pai online at MAUWH. 2.) Know the effectiveness of pai learning online at MAUWH. 3.) Know the advantages and disadvantages during the pai learning process online at MAUWH. In this case the researchers took the title " Effectiveness of Online PAI Learning During the Covid 19 Pandemic at MAUWH Tambakberas Jombang. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The data collection used is obsrvasi, interview and documentation. Data source sampling is done purposively and snowbaal sampling. The results of this study can add new insights and can be used as a reference for further research. In this study, trianggulasi data collection techniques were conducted in 2021. The results of this study showed that the effectiveness of PAI online learning during the covid 19 pandemic at MAUWH Tambakberas Jombang did not work effectively due to the lack of interaction and reciprocal relationships between teachers and students as well as many obstacles in the online learning process such as the lack of discipline of students in following the learning process and the lack of smooth signal in remote areas to access the internet network
