Some asymptotic results for the generalized directional short-time Fourier transform
Several Abelian- and Tauberian-type results characterizing the quasiasymptotic behavior of tempered distributions in terms of their generalized directional short-time Fourier transform (DSTFT) with fixed direction, with respect to one or two variables, are proven. An Abelian-type result relating the quasiasymptotic boundedness of tempered distributions to the asymptotics of their generalized DSTFT with fixed direction is given. Also, an asymptotic result for the generalized DSTFT with fixed direction is obtained using the S-asymptotic behavior of distributions of exponential type

Arsenic, heavy metals and rare earth elements in travertine limestone quarry in the Mariovo area, North Macedonia
Travertines in the Mariovo area are an extremely important raw material for obtaining architectural and decorative stone used in construction. In this region, there are six locations where travertine is exploited and this paper presents the results obtained from the mineralogical and geochemical tests of samples taken from the Mariovo travertines. The tests performed show that these are relatively young sedimentary rocks that are basically made of calcite, and in which the concentration of arsenic and heavy metals is extremely low. This finding supports the further use of these rocks as architectural and decorative stone
Towards Energy Efficiency at Induction Motors-Technical and Economic Aspects
Induction motors account for forty percents of the world’s electricity consumption and for almost seventy percents of total electricity consumption in industry. Therefore, several technical aspects of the construction of induction asynchronous motors— specifically motor length, diameter, and the number of conductors in the stator slots—are analysed, and the impact of each parameter on motor efficiency is examined individually Furthermore, the effect of replacing aluminium rotor bars with copper bars on motor efficiency is examined. The effect of efficiency increasing on electricity savings in correlation to motor operating hours is presented. In addition, a comparative analysis is conducted between the asynchronous motor model exhibiting the highest efficiency and a synchronous line-start motor constructed with identical design parameters. Adequate conclusions on usage of energy efficient motors instead of motors with lower efficiency and their impact on electricity savings are derived
Comparison of the effects of Tuina massage and kinesitherapy on lumbar mobility, pain, and functional status in patients with lumbosacral pain
Lumbosacral pain is one of the most common musculoskeletal conditions that negatively affect lumbar
mobility and functional capacity. It is among the leading causes of reduced work ability and disability worldwide. It
is estimated that over 70% of the adult population experiences at least one episode of lower back pain. Traditional Chinese Medicine, particularly Tuina massage, acupressure, and kinesitherapy, are commonly used in the treatment
of lumbosacral pain, but their comparative effectiveness remains insufficiently explored.
To compare the effects of Tuina massage and kinesitherapy on lumbar mobility, pain intensity, and functional status
in patients with chronic lumbosacral pain.
A prospective comparative study was conducted with 20 participants (10 men and 10 women) aged 25 to 55 years,
all with chronic lumbosacral pain. They were randomly assigned into two groups: a Tuina massage group (n=10)
and a kinesitherapy group (n=10). Each participant was assessed at three time points: before the start of treatment,
mid-treatment (after 3 Tuina sessions or 2 weeks of exercise), and after completion of treatment (after 6 Tuina
sessions or 4 weeks of exercise). The following parameters were monitored: lumbar flexion, lumbar extension,
lateral flexion (left/right), numeric rating scale for pain (NRS), and functional tests SLR and aSLR.
Both groups had a gender ratio of 1:1. The mean age of group 1 was 39.6±9.01, and the mean age of group 2 was
38.1±5.04. Both groups showed statistically significant improvements (p < 0.001) in all parameters over time. The
most notable effects were observed in pain reduction (η² = 0.75), SLR/aSLR improvements (η² = 0.65), and
increased values for lumbar flexion (η² = 0.38). The Tuina massage group achieved greater pain reduction (NRS
−4.1 vs. −3.3 for the kinesitherapy group), as well as greater improvements in AROM and functional tests. Mixed
ANOVA analysis showed a significant interaction effect (time × group), indicating that the progress varied between
the groups depending on the treatment, especially in terms of pain reduction and improved flexion (p < 0.05), in
favor of Tuina massage.
Both Tuina massage and kinesitherapy are effective treatments for improving mobility, reducing pain, and
enhancing functional status in patients with lumbosacral pain. However, Tuina massage led to faster and greater
improvements in all parameters. Although the differences between treatments were statistically significant, the effect sizes (η²) were moderate, suggesting the need for further long-term studies with larger samples to confirm these results and potentially develop optimal clinical guidelines

Simulating Security and Speed: A Comparative Evaluation of the MobileSecureComm Platform Against Legacy Tactical Communication Systems
As military operations grow increasingly complex, the need for secure, responsive, and scalable communication platforms has never been greater. MobileSecureComm is developed as a next-generation solution designed to overcome the shortcomings of legacy systems like single channel ground and airborne radio systems, enhanced position location reporting system, tactical airborne subsystems, and computer emergency response team-based emergency communications. This paper presents a simulation-based comparative analysis between MobileSecureComm and existing systems, focusing on latency, bandwidth efficiency, interoperability, and cyber resilience. Using scenario-driven simulations, ranging from battlefield coordination to disaster relief operations, we evaluate real-time performance, scalability under network load, and response to simulated cyberattacks. The analysis demonstrates how MobileSecureComm’s architecture, which incorporates artificial intelligence (AI)-driven routing, quantum-ready encryption, and multi-domain flexibility, consistently outperforms traditional platforms in mission-critical conditions. The results highlight both the operational advantages of MobileSecureComm and the remaining challenges in full-scale implementation, particularly regarding backward compatibility and deployment in legacy infrastructures. This study contributes valuable insights into the technological evolution of tactical communication systems and supports the continued development of hybrid, AI-augmented communication platforms tailored to the demands of modern and future combat environments
Scada Monitoring On Radio Relayed Station At Hydro Melioration System Supported In Iot Network
In modern technological development, the commitment to the application of sophisticated electronic systems is noticeable not only in electric power plants but also in industries for healthy and quality food, such as agriculture. We witness daily tribunes and panel discussions sponsored by companies and even governments for the introduction of the terminology of digital agriculture, i.e. the introduction of smart electronic solutions in agriculture. In addition to the commitment to so-called green energy, i.e. obtaining energy from renewable sources, the development of digitization in agriculture is an area in which an enormous application of smart electronic systems is expected in the future. Guided by these reasons, in the paper is designed an electronic system that provides a solution to a problem in hydro melioration system, i.e. the development, design and practical implementation of the Smart electronic system which enables data exchange between the soil irrigation line, MASTER station with screen SCADA and SLAVE stations. The temperature and humidity on the soil and the air are measured in the irrigation line with electronic module SLAVE 1 station. The communication between the irrigation line (SLAVE 1) and the MASTER station is realized with RF network. The MASTER station is installed in one part on industrial plant and here is SCADA screen. The SLAVE 2 station is installed in another part on industrial plant. The SLAVE 2 station is connected by RF (radio frequency connection) to the SLAVE 1station and the same is connected with WIFI in IoT network. In the MASTER, SLAVE 1 and SLAVE 2 stations, microcontroller units as well as appropriate RF modules are installed. The microcontroller in the SLAVE 2 station is connected to the IoT microcontroller for the transfer of measurement data in the Internet network. The solution provides visualization, data log file, and transfer to the IoT network of process data on irrigation line in hydro melioration system
