Use of free gingivial graft to resolve gingival recession of lower incisors
Introduction: The free gingival graft is the oldest surgical technique used to cover exposed root surfaces and obtain a sufficient size of the attachment gingiva. Its use is often on lower front teeth where there is a lack of attachment gingiva and deepening of the fundus is necessary.
Objective: The aim of this paper is to present a case of the use of a free gingival graft
Materials and methods: In a 32-year-old patient, the lower central incisor with a Miller class I recession was exposed. The recession is of traumatic etiology and an orthodontic fixed prosthesis has already been planned and placed in the upper jaw. A coronally positioned flap was made, the papillae were de-epithelialized, the root surfaces were treated with 24% EDTA and the free gingival graft was placed, which was positioned using Vicryl absorbable suture with 5 zeros.
Results:Conclusion: Free tissue graft is most often used in cases where there is recession with minimal width of the attached gingiva, which is an important factor for success in periodontal surgery. In Miller class I, the coverage of the exposed root surfaces is 100% successful, unlike Miller class III where the success is reduced to 70% because we have interdental bone resorption present.

Analytical review of the influence of 19th century costume on fashion trends through fall/winter 2007 collections
For this research of the implication of the historical costume of the XIX century in the fashion trends of the autumn/winter collections in 2007, the most valuable are Barth's ideas, which he develops in the fifth chapter of his paper - "The significant unit" (The significant unit). In it, he makes a detailed analysis of the constituent character of the statement of meaning in fashion, which can become the basis for research that follows the logic of French structuralism, and is also aimed at the semiological originality of the substrate. It can be said that research in fashion, especially as it relates to its theoretical issues, is strongly influenced by Barthes's ideas related to clothing or variant, interweaving and extensions in the transformation of the matrix in fashion. Methodologically, the "Variants of relationship" are very useful, which the author classifies and sees as "variants of the situation", "variants of the distribution" and "variants of the connection". Barth's work represents a kind of instruction for applying the scientific ideas and methodology of structuralism, and the text of the book itself is "an ambitious genre of applied semiology". The subject of the research in this paper is the modern women's costume of the XIX century - its aesthetic and constructive values and artistic qualities, which makes it an object and model for re-creation in the fashion of the autumn-winter collections of 2007.

Memory as an Essential Element in Irish Culture within Brian Friel’s Play Dancing at Lughnasa
Culture is something that cannot simply be observed. It is something that consists of many levels. If you visit a community for a short time, you only see the surface i.e. the social etiquette but its deepest layers are not visible to the eye. In order to understand culture, one needs to realize that cultures have different conducts, values, beliefs specific of that particular community. It is an idea that traditional barriers among people of different cultures will break down the traditional barriers among people. This paper is about memory as an essential element in Irish culture through the play “Dancing at Lugnasa”. What actually makes this play unique and worth reading is that you learn a lot about the Irish culture and what matters is that culture identifies the different customs, traditions, dances and the destructive entanglement of myth in this case, through the Irish women's lives.

The importance of developing Communicative competence in second Language acquisition SLA
This paper examines the importance of communicative competence in second language acquisition
(SLA). Throughout this paper, the perspectives of various scholars are presented in a clear and structured
manner, providing coherent information on how communicative competence can be acquired, which
approaches have been developed over time, and what the advantages of its application in SLA are.
In regions such as Europe and the United States, many immigrants have settled and have had to
learn the native language to communicate with the local population or conduct business. Some choose
to study in a classroom environment, while others acquire communicative competence through social
interactions.
The very fact that the English language is promoted as the most important second language for
socialization and communication among populations from non-English-speaking countries makes it
dominant in all spheres of digital life and essential activities.
Interconnections and digital opportunities enable individuals from different linguistic, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds to participate in their development, both linguistically and in terms
of practical applications.
Learning the English language in various educational settings, supported by modern technologies
and the application of contemporary tools, allows learners to enhance their linguistic skills competitively
and achieve immediate progress in intercommunication.

Surgical procedure of impacted mandibular canine- case report
Failure of tooth eruption into the oral cavity, whether due to insufficient space or the presence of an obstruction blocking its eruption path, may result in various conditions such as impaction, transmigration, retention, or malposition/displacement.
The occurrence of impaction and/or non-eruption of mandibular canines is uncommon, with prevalence rates ranging from 0.05% to 0.4%. There are two primary methods for performing corticotomy: the open and closed methods.
The aim of this case presentation is to illustrate the closed corticotomy method performed on an impacted mandibular canine, which is considered a rare occurrence. This case report involves a 17-yearold girl who underwent a closed surgical approach to corticotomy, with a brace placed during the intervention. Postoperative examinations were conducted on the second and seventh days, during which the
sutures were removed. The postoperative course was uneventful, with no complications such as pain, redness, or edema.
The closed surgical approach to corticotomy is a minimally invasive technique with minimal side effects.

Changes in the mass moment of inertia of the planetary gear mechanism reduced to the axis of the sun gear depending on the ratio between the radii of the sun and planet gears
Direct Planetary gear mechanism normally consists of a single central gear at the center, an internal (ring) gear around the outside, some number of planet gears that go in between and a planet carrier. They are used to reduce or multiply the number of revolutions. For correct selection of the torque of the driving machine, it is necessary to know the moment of inertia of the planetary gear mechanism, which directly depends on the mass moment of inertia of the planetary gear mechanism and the angular acceleration. In this paper is analyzed the impact of the ratio of the radii of the central and planet gears on the mass moment of inertia of the planetary gear mechanism reduced to the axis of the central gear at a constant diameter of the internal gear. The changes in the reduced mass moment of inertia depending on the number of planet gears was also analyzed
Myopia and its treatment in optometric practice
The change in the direction of light rays passing from one medium to another is defined by the concept of
refraction. The refraction of the human eye can be defined as a term for all normal and abnormal bending of light as
it passes through the ocular media to reach the retina as a light ray. Along its path, this light ray is subject to several
phenomena, such as refraction, diffraction, reflection, and absorption. Among all the properties of light, optometric
practice focuses mostly on refraction and the corrective lenses we use to address it. To understand refraction, we
must start from the beginning by understanding the types of refraction found in humans. Refraction can be defined
by two concepts: emmetropia and ametropia. Emmetropia refers to a normal eye where parallel light rays entering
the eye focus directly on the retina. For an eye to be emmetropic, it must have a normal correlation between the axial
length of the eye and the refractive power of the ocular media through which the light ray passes, such as: the
cornea, the aqueous humor that fills the anterior chamber, the lens, and the vitreous body. When this correlation is
normal and complete, the light rays are refracted at the macula of the retina, producing a clear and sharp image. In
contrast to emmetropia, there is ametropia, where light rays do not focus on the macula, resulting in a refractive
anomaly. A refractive anomaly is defined as a focus that occurs either in front of the retina—resulting in myopia
(nearsightedness), or behind the retina, resulting in hypermetropia (farsightedness). Ametropia can be axial or
refractive. Axial ametropia is a problem with the dimensions of the eye: a longer eye results in myopia, while a
shorter eye results in hypermetropia. Refractive ametropia involves problems with the refractive power of the ocular
media, such as a curved cornea or lens with varying strength in different meridians, leading to astigmatism. Children
are born hypermetropic, and with growth, the axial length changes and the ocular media adjust, eventually leading to
emmetropia. In adults, the axial length does not change, but the refractive power of the ocular media can change,
leading to hypermetropia or myopia, for example in cases involving the development of cataracts in the intraocular
lens. New statistics show an increasing frequency of astigmatism in young children, and any uncorrected
astigmatism can lead to myopia due to the blurred vision a child experiences when looking at distant objects. The
most common refractive anomaly is myopia (nearsightedness), which in most cases either remains stable or
progresses, but very rarely regresses. Myopia, as a refractive anomaly that allows good near vision but poor distance
vision, is a major issue for normal human functioning. However, its control and treatment have significantly evolved
and improved through modern diagnostic equipment and corrective lenses that aid in this process. Still, in many
cases, myopia progresses uncontrollably, which is due to changes in our habits in today’s “new normal” lifestyle that
involves increased use of electronic devices at close range. In recent years, myopia has become one of the most
progressive refractive anomalies encountered in optometric practice, yet public awareness of the potential
consequences of undiagnosed and untreated myopia remains very low. Treatment requires persistence and consistent
checkups, which every person with myopia should undergo throughout the yea
Analysis of the impact of digitalization on cost management in the education sector: challenges, opportunities and perspectives
Abstract
This paper analyzes the role of digitalization in cost management in educational institutions, as well as its impact on decision-making, budget optimization and
the challenges schools face when implementing digital systems. Digitalization significantly transforms cost management in the education sector, offering new
opportunities to improve efficiency and transparency.
The subject of the paper is the relationship between digital technologies and cost optimization in schools
through a quantitative and qualitative approach.
The research is based on surveys conducted in primary and secondary schools, as well as on case studies that
analyze the practical implementations of digital tools.
The results show that the use of digital budgeting systems, automation of administrative processes, and digital communication platforms lead to a significant reduction in operating costs and increased control over resources.
In conclusion, this paper suggests that digitalization can be a key factor in improving financial management in
educational institutions, but its successful implementation depends on factors such as technological infrastructure, staff training and support from educational policies.
The research offers recommendations for improving digital strategies in schools, with the aim of optimal use of resources and improving the educational process
