Artificial intelligence in intact tooth model creating and strength testing
Aim or purpose: Artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming an increasingly common, widely used tool for intact tooth 3 modeling from CBCT scans. Also, AI could be used for biomechanics testing, with high value of accurate.
Materials and methods: CBCT of the patient was made. After exporting the DICOM format of CBCT in 3D Slicer the upper left central incisor was isolated as volumetric finite element model from the maxilla and then its mesh was corrected and refined in 3D Slicer and Meshmixer. The next
step was to convert the exported ASCII code from Mesh mixer into appropriate ASCII code for SOFiSTiK with the help of artificial intelligence. The 3D intact tooth model was made with all biological tissue properties. With that, the volumetric model was ready and subjected to strength testing with SOFiSTiK.
Results: The fracture resistance testing was conducted in SOFiSTiK. The results have shown that the intact tooth has a high value of strength, around 1350 N. This value is near to value of in vitro testing with Universal Testing Machine.
Conclusions: Today, in vitro fracture resistance studies have been totally replaced with artificial intelligence algorithms studies. This way of testing the fracture strength could save moneyandtimewithvalueofaccurate asinvitro testing.

From Jim Crow to Today's American Culture: The Enduring Impact of Segregation
This paper researches the cultural consequences of Jim Crow still unmasked in America today and how racial segregation is legally integrated within society. It delves into the evolution of Jim Crow laws and examines how such legislation took creation racism and enforced white supremacy while forcing African Americans to endure systemic suppression in domain of existence. It also analyses the etiquette oversaw social interactions supporting segregation that restricted interracial contact including public interaction. Drawing ways to modern-day America, this paper highlights the need for cultural consciousness concerning discrimination.
Societies can work towards advocating for greater understanding of historical discrimination injustices by conquering the ghost of racial segregation while empowering disenfranchised groups, aiding societies combat the remnants of racial divides through transforming them into more inclusive narratives.

The role of pharmacists in asthma management: patient opinions and expectations in North Macedonia
This study aimed to assess patients’ perceptions of inhaler technique education and the pharmacist’s role in asthma care in North
Macedonia. A cross-sectional survey was conducted from July to September 2024 at the University Clinic for Pulmonology and
Allergology in Skopje, involving 187 adult asthma patients. Most participants (69%) reported adherence to therapy, but 13.9% had
never received inhaler training, and only 27.3% had been instructed by a pharmacist. While 96.3% expressed interest in pharmacist
counseling on medications, only 48.7% were open to pharmacist-led inhaler training. Significant associations were found between
adherence and both gender (p = 0.040) and inhaler training. These findings suggest limited awareness of the pharmacist’s clinical
role. Expanding pharmacist-led education in community pharmacies and fostering collaboration with physicians could improve
asthma outcomes and promote more effective use of healthcare resources

Implementing good practices in language policy in North Macedonia: experiences and challenges
The linguistic diversity of North Macedonia offers a solid foundation for the development of an inclusive and sustainable language policy. A key example of a good practice is the 2019 Law on the Use of Languages, which expanded the official use of Albanian at the national level. Its implementation in public administration, education, and healthcare has led to initial positive outcomes, including bilingual documentation, dual-language signage in public institutions, and training programs for bilingual staff.
At the local level, multilingual municipalities such as Tetovo and Kumanovo have introduced pilot initiatives that promote functional bilingualism – for example, multilingual citizen services, language-sensitive educational programs, and community media in multiple languages. One notable practice is the integration of language mediators in schools with mixed-language student populations, which has proven effective in improving communication and fostering intercultural understanding.
This paper documents these concrete practices and assesses their effectiveness in promoting social cohesion and actual language equality. The analysis draws on recent field observations, interviews with professionals in administration and education, and official implementation reports. The goal is to identify which measures have long-term potential, what conditions support their sustainability, and how they might serve as transferable models for other multilingual societies
In silico report on five high-risk protein C pathogenic variants: G403R, P405S, S421N, C238S, and I243T
In this study, we propose reclassification of 5 out of 16 PROC VUS (variants of uncertain significance): C238S, I243T, G403R, P405S, and S421N, as pathogenic variants, associated with thrombophilia due to PROC deficiency. The obtained results are based on in silico analysis, which enables a detailed assessment of variants’ impact, despite limited clinical evidence. In particular, the G403R substitution, next to the S402-active site, is expected to reduce the flexibility of the local coil domain, affecting the catalytic activity of serine protease. The P405S substitution may imply B-factor gain (P = 0.24; p-value=0.040). On the other hand, the S421N variant causes phosphorylation site disruption at S421, which serves as a target for CK2 phosphorylation. C238S substitution alters metal binding, while the I243T variant may alter transmembrane properties (P = 0.27, P-value=0.00071). All five PROC variants hold promise as diagnostic markers for protein C deficiency and may also serve as potential drug targets for therapeutic intervention
