Современо работење и примена на Каизен за подобрување на процесите
Каизен е методологија која се фокусира на континуирано подобрување на процесите преку мали и постепени промени. Целта на овој труд е да се прикаже примената на различни Каизен алатки за унапредување на деловните процеси во современото работење. Предмет на објаснување се важните методи кои се користат Метод на седум загуби (7W – Seven Wastes), 5S метод, метод Пока Јоке (Poka Yoke), метод 5 Зошто (5 Whys), Ishikawa дијаграм (дијаграм на рибина коска/причина-ефект) и Точно на време (Just-in-time), преку кои организациите идентификуваат загуби, ги подобруваат процесите и ја зголемуваат ефикасноста. Методолошкиот пристап во трудот вклучува анализа на релевантна литература,
студија на случај и компаративна оценка на ефектите од примената на конкретни алатки во реални деловни средини. Трудот ги нагласува предностите и недостатоците од структуриран и систематски пристап во
менаџирањето со процесите, при што истите се објаснети како предуслов за долгорочен развој и конкурентност на организациите. Корисноста на истражувањето дава можност за директна примена на добиените сознанија во индустриските практики, додека бенифициите се рефлектираат во долгорочни подобрување на квалитетот, намалување на трошоците и зголемување на вклученоста на вработените.
Вклучувањето на сите вработени во процесот на подобрување ја поттикнува тимската работа и ја зголемува мотивацијата. Со постојано подобрување, компаниите стануваат посилни и подготвени за идни

Difficulties in Acquiring the Macedonian Language for A1 Level among Turkish Students at UGD
Turkish students studying at „Goce Delcev“ University in Stip through the Institute of Languages study the Macedonian language on three levels: A1, A2 and B1. To master the A1 level, Turkish students need to acquire the Macedonian voice system, learn the Macedonian alphabet, know the numbers, know how to present themselves, learn the days in the week and the months of the year, to know how to use the forms of the Present and Future Tense of the Macedonian language and by studying them to be able to properly construct sentences in Macedonian language. In addition, they distinguish in the forms of gender and number in nouns, whereby the grammatical category of gender being more difficult to acquire because there is no gender in nouns in Turkish language, studying relatives, and should know how to use the forms of long and short replacement forms for direct and indirect object
Malignant transformation of oral lichen planus
Objective: Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a chronic inflammatory condition of the oral mucosa, presenting in various clinical forms. OLP is most often benign, but one of the major concerns is its potential for malignant transformation. The malignant transformation of OLP presents a significant clinical challenge and requires careful monitoring and diagnostic evaluation. The aim is to review the clinical and molecular mechanisms of malignant transformation in OLP and to identify the potential risk factors that may influence the development of oral carcinoma in patients with OLP.
Methods: A review of literature and clinical studies focusing on the malignant transformation of OLP. The application of histopathological analysis, biopsies, and molecular tests to identify atypical cells and genetic aberrations in patients with chronic OLP were used in the diagnosis. The clinical characteristics and symptoms of the patients were analyzed to determine signs indicative of potential malignant transformation.
Results: Patients with malignant transformation of OLP most often have erosive lesions, which are accompanied by pain, bleeding, and lesions that do not respond to standard treatment. Research indicates that hepatitis C, smoking, alcohol, and immune disorders (autoimmune diseases) play an important role in the development of malignant transformation in OLP. Molecular analyses of genetic aberrations and molecules associated with carcinogenesis suggest genetic instability, which may lead to malignant transformation.
Conclusion: OLP has the potential to progress into a malignant process. Regular clinical evaluations and early biopsy are crucial for the timely detection of malignant transformation.

Electronic management of the public administration, a process that influences its effectiveness and responsibility
Electronic governance of the administration affects the increase of the effectiveness,
efficiency, responsibility and motivation of the administration. Hence, the subject of the research is
to consider all issues related to the electronic governance system, as well as to analyze the state of
the field of electronic governance in the Republic of North Macedonia. The methodology of the
work is based on the use of a quantitative method, interviews with administrative officials in 30
state bodies at the central and local levels. In addition, a content analysis of all legal, regulatory
acts, research results and other documents relevant to the research was made. The questionnaire
contains three groups of questions: the first group of questions refers to the regulatory framework
and its applicability, the second group of questions refers to the financial, technical and personnel
capacities necessary for the implementation of the electronic governance system, the third category
of questions refers to the implementation and acceptance of the electronic governance system by
all relevant factors. The results indicate partiality in the establishment of electronic governance
systems, lack of financial resources and professional capacities for the establishment and
applicability of such systems, as well as resistance to changes at all levels of governance. The final
conclusion is the necessity to establish a unified public sector management software in all state
bodies that will cover all segments of efficient administration management at the central and local
levels.

Intraoral electrostimulator for radiation induced xerostomia in patients with head and neck cancer
Xerostomia is a common condition that often affects patients undergoing radiotherapy for head and neck cancers. The condition arises primarily due to damage to the salivary glands, leading to a signifi-cant reduction in saliva production. This not only impacts oral health but also diminishes the quality of life for patients, making it essential to explore effective treatment options. One such innovation is the Sal-iPen electrostimulator, a device designed to stimulate salivary gland function. Several clinical trials have investigated the efficacy of the SaliPen electrostimulator in patients suffering from xerostomia due to ra-diotherapy. When the SaliPen is activated, the control unit generates low-frequency electrical impulses. These impulses are typically in the range of 1 to 100 Hz, which is optimal for stimulating the salivary glands without causing discomfort to the user. The generated impulses are transmitted through the elec-trodes to the oral mucosa. The design of the electrodes ensures that the electrical current penetrates the tissue effectively, reaching the nerve endings associated with the salivary glands. The electrical impulses stimulate the afferent nerve fibers in the oral mucosa, particularly those linked to the parasympathetic nervous system. As a result of the electrical stimulation, neurotransmitters such as acetylcholine are re-leased at the synapses of the salivary glands. Acetylcholine is a key neurotransmitter in the stimulation of saliva secretion, activating the glandular cells responsible for producing saliva. The activation of the sali-vary glands leads to an increase in saliva production. The SaliPen effectively enhances the function of the remaining viable salivary tissue, allowing patients to experience relief from the symptoms of xerostomia. As further research elucidates its benefits and optimizes treatment protocols, the SaliPen may become a standard element in the care of patients suffering from the debilitating effects of dry mouth. As healthcare continues to evolve, innovations like the SaliPen demonstrate the potential for improved outcomes in the management of complex postradiation-related symptoms.

The Implications of the use of Artificial Intelligence in criminal justice
This presentation covers key AI applications across the criminal process, including predictive policing, risk assessment tools, facial recognition, AI-assisted forensic and digital evidence analysis, and automated case management. While these technologies promise efficiency and more consistent decision-making, they raise serious concerns for fundamental principles of criminal law and procedure, especially legality, fairness, proportionality, non-discrimination, transparency, and individualised justice.
The lecture critically examines how probabilistic, data-driven outputs can influence legal reasoning and decision-making, sometimes producing “automation bias” and over-reliance on AI systems. Particular attention is given to evidentiary and procedural challenges, such as the admissibility and reliability of algorithmic outputs, the black-box problem and its impact on adversarial testing, and maintaining data integrity and chain of custody when AI tools filter or transform digital material. Human-rights implications are also addressed, including the presumption of innocence, equality of arms, privacy and data protection, and the risk of discriminatory outcomes driven by biased datasets.
The lecture concludes by arguing for a rights-based, human-centered approach in which AI remains a decision-support tool under meaningful human oversight, supported by safeguards such as transparency, auditability, explainability, and stronger judicial and prosecutorial literacy
Architectural framework of a mission-centric UAV communication platform
In the rapidly evolving landscape of modern military operations and emergency response, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) have transitioned from niche tools to indispensable assets for real-time intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR). However, the exponential growth in UAV deployments across complex mission theaters presents significant challenges for Tactical Operations Centers (TOCs), particularly concerning the management of high-volume, mission-critical data streams under severe resource and bandwidth constraints. This paper proposes a comprehensive modular and scalable communication platform specifically engineered to optimize the interaction between heterogeneous UAV swarms and centralized TOC infrastructures. The proposed framework introduces a multi-layered architectural approach that includes advanced stream classification, dynamic data prioritization mechanisms, and latency-aware routing protocols. Unlike traditional Best-Effort delivery models, this system incorporates mission-aware policies that utilize semantic analysis of data packets to ensure that high-priority tactical information—such as target identification or immediate threat alerts—is processed and delivered with minimal jitter, even in contested electromagnetic environments. The integration logic is tailored to the TOC-centric workflow, ensuring seamless data fusion from multiple aerial nodes into a unified situational awareness picture. Drawing upon established doctrinal frameworks, NATO interoperability standards (such as STANAG series), and cutting-edge innovations in U-space management, the architecture leverages tactical cloud systems and edge computing to offload processing tasks from the ground station. Special attention is paid to the resilience of the system against cyber-physical threats and electronic warfare, ensuring communication continuity during GPS-denied or degraded signal phases. By establishing a unified communication model tailored to the rigorous requirements of joint and multi-domain operations, this framework provides a robust foundation for scalable field implementation, facilitating superior decision-making without the immediate necessity for extensive simulation-based pre-validation

Seasonal evaluation of workers` personal exposure in underground mines
Due to the nature of the underground mining environment, miners frequently face high concentrations of different pollutants. Underground mining is related to several environmental imbalances, including dust, which is recognized as a significant health hazard to mine workers. With a particular focus on mineral dust, lead and silica exposure, this review is intended to determine in which
circumstances occupational exposure occurs during various underground activities. The research was conducted in accordance with the General method for sampling and gravimetric analysis of inhalable and respirable dust, as described in MDHS 14/3, HSE - UK, 2000. Measurements were taken twice a year (summer and winter) to evaluate seasonal differences in occupational exposure. The research
followed guidelines provided by OSHA PELS as well as those for other pollutants. Seasonal exposures show higher dust during summer while concentrations of lead and crystalline silica remained below the permissible exposure limits in most cases
