In the end of 2015 is the time for Indonesia to enter the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) that will integrate with 10 Southeast Asia countries. AEC itself is expected can bring Indonesian economy to be better by expanding the market share. The applicability of AEC not only affects the free trade sectors, but also makes a various workers from ASEAN countries can compete to fill a variety sectors across the ASEAN countries. To be able to compete with other ASEAN countries, Indonesia must have qualified human resources. One of the ways that could be done is through the development of education in Indonesia in order to make high quality human resources. Meanwhile there are still a lot of inequality in Indonesia, both educational inequality and economic inequality itself. This study aims to determine the inequality of education and economic development within the framework of the preparation of AEC. The research methods used are descriptive statistics and statistical inference to know the relationships between the variables. The variables are Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) and Net Enrolment Ratio (NER), Dropout Rate, Natioal Exam Score, and the Literacy Rate, on the other variables: School Operational Assistance, government expenditure in education sector, Specific Allocation Funds of education, deconcentration fund, GDRP per capita, School-Pupil Ratio, Teacher-Pupil Ratio, and the Teachers' Competency Test. The study was conducted in 33 provinces in Indonesia in 2012-2013. IMPLEMENTATION OF FUSION TALK APPLICATION IN NARRATIVE WRITING
This study aims to determine: (1) differences in narrative writing between the groups using Talk Fusion applications and groups not using the Talk Fusion applications, and (2) the effectiveness of the use of Talk Fusion applications in narrative writing for semester VI students of University of Palangka Raya. The study was an experimental study. The design of the study was Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Design. There are two variables in this study, namely the independent variable in the form of Talk Fusion applications and the dependent variable namely the narrative writing. The results of t-test calculation shows t scores that is greater than t table (th: 4.711> tt: 1.980) at a significance level of 5% and db 70. This shows that there are significant differences in the narrative writing between groups by learning by using Talk Fusion applications and the group learning without the use of Talk Fusion applications. Scheffe test calculation results showed F count is higher than F table (Fh: 22.194> Ft: 3.98) with 70 db and at a significance level of 5% of 36 students. This indicates that the value of the struggle of a character in biographies by using Talk Fusion applications are more effective than learning character that is not using Talk Fusion applications in the control group. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of Talk Fusion applications can improve the ability to write narrative

Verification of data was done by credibility, transferability, dependability, and comfirmability criteria. The research findings that: 1) The roles of teachers in curriculum implementation are as translator, counselor, evaluator, leader; facilitator, drafter, actor, participant, and motivator; 2) headmaster has role as planning, implementation, and evaluation; 3) the head of the madrasah has a larger role than the teachers, because the headmaster as one who give influence in the implementation of the curriculum at the school, while the teachers practice in the classroom. MULTIDIMENSIONAL RELIABILITY OF INSTRUMENT STUDENTS’ SATISFACTION USING CONFIRMATORY FACTOR ANALYSIS
The purpose of this paper is to compare unidimensional reliability and multidimensionalreliability of instrument students’ satisfaction as an internal costumer. Multidimensionalreliability measurement is rarely used in the field of research. Multidimensional reliability isestimated by using Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) on the Structural Equation Model(SEM). Measurements and calculations are described in this article using instrument students’satisfaction as an internal costumer. Survey method used in this study and sampling used simplerandom sampling. This instrument has been tried out to 173 students. The result is concludedthat the measuringinstrument of students’ satisfaction as an internal costumer by usingmultidimensional reliability coefficient has higher accuracy when compared with aunidimensional reliability coefficient. Expected in advanced research used another formulamultidimensional reliability, including when using SEM.Keywords: multidimensional reliability, instrumentof students’ satisfaction as an internalcostumer, confirmatory factor analysis

OUTLOOK ON BASIC EDUCATION QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
This study aims to explore an outlook of future quality basic education by deploying reference analysis varied sorts of resources. The analysis was conducted by analyzing current condition of improvement and enhancement of the learning access and opportunities of all primary school-aged children who reach Minimum Participation Rate (MPR) of 100% by 2015. This involved less economically developed, people living in remote, border and isolated areas and districts. Current and future analysis suggests the quality education lies not merely on achieving the MPR indicators of 100% along with the reduction of the percentage of students’ learning period and the number of dropouts and retakes, but also on analyzing the periodical competence benchmark on the literacy achievement of Indonesian children. The achievement is greatly influenced by economic growth illustrated in Gross National Income (GNI) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
