    Persepsi Pengguna Sebagai Dasar Pengembangan Model Usability Aplikasi Mobile Commerce

    The intense competition between developers, resulting in efforts to determine users' needs, is increasingly important. Usability An application can affect the continuity of application use. In this study, the user's loyalty is also used to analyze usability. This study examines user perceptions about user interaction characteristics when interacting with the mobile commerce application and considers users' loyalty. This research is essential to find out the needs of users of a mobile commerce application, which can be input to the developer in the design stage. This study uses 149 respondents' online shopping transactions in Jabadetabek and outside Jabodetabek, Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model. The results showed that users' perception of effectiveness, satisfaction, and learning influenced usability. This model can explain 42.6% of the user's usability variation when using it. This model can explain the usability of the Mobile Commerce application quite well. As a practical implication, this study shows the factors that support the characteristics of user interaction and application systems at the stage of defining the requirements for developing mobile commerce applications

    PT Kharisma Plastik Indo (PT KPI) is a company that produces recycled plastics and cassava-based plastics. The main product produced by PT KPI is trash bags which have 2 variants, namely black and green. Currently, the company is faced with the problem of stacking finished goods in storage. In carrying out the production, the company uses daily targets without looking at historical sales data. This study aims to estimate the number of trash bag production using the Linear Regression forecasting method, make aggregate production planning using the Linear Programming method, and disaggregate to determine production schedule of each variant with the percentage of sales method. Forecasting demand for trash bag in October 2022 – February 2023 respectively are 10,061 kg, 9,844 kg, 9,627 kg, 9,410 kg and 9,193 kg. The aggregate planning resulted the total production of trash bags in October - December 2022 respectively are 3,999 kg in normal hours, 9,729 kg in normal hours and 115 kg in overtime, and 9,627 kg in normal hours. January – February 2023 in normal hours are 9,410 kg and 9,193 kg. The disaggregation obtained the trash bag production schedule for October 2022 – February 2023 respectively are 2,131 kg of the black and 1,868 kg of the green, 5,245 kg of the black and 4,599 kg of the green, 5,129 kg of the black and 4,498 kg of the green, 5,014 kg of the black and 4,396 kg of the green, and 4,898 kg of the black and 4,295 kg of the green

    Banyaknya Pelabuhan di Indonesia yang belum menerapkan Key Performance Indicator dalam evaluasi operasional kerjanya dan minimnya pengembangan teknologi sebagai nilai tambah dalam operasional Pelabuhan di Indonesia. Dilakukannya evaluasi dan pengukuran kinerja berdasarkan pada standar yang ada merupakan hal yang cukup penting dalam peningkatan kualitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rumusan KPI dengan merujuk pada gabungan metode BSC dan PESTLE untuk meningkatkan kinerja pelabuhan. Penggabungan metode BSC dan PESTLE yang juga disertai dengan konsep sustainability, smart dan green port. Metode BSC digunakan sebagai ukuran kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan tetapi lebih menitikberatkan pada aspek  internal perusahaan, sedangkan PESTLE digunakan sebagai ukuran kinerja pada aspek eksternal pelabuhan. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur, metode-metode tersebut terbukti dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur kinerja pelabuhan, sehingga perlu diintegrasikan karena perusahaan harus berada pada posisi kompetitif dengan informasi internal dan eksternal yang dibutuhkan. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan KPI yang telah dirumuskan dalam proses evaluasi kinerja Pelabuhan cukup penting untuk dilakukan

    Tourism Industry Supply Chain through Stakeholder Participants: Facing Environment Uncertainty of Post Pandemic Covid-19

    The environmental uncertainty due to the COVID-19 pandemic poses severe challenges for all parts of the supply chain in the tourism industry. The focus of the Indonesian government is to improve the condition of the tourism industry, which has experienced a decline in the number of tourists due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A supply chain tourism industry framework was developed through the Support System Facilities (SSF) variable to map the actors in the tourism industry activities in an uncertain environment due to COVID-19. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The results of this study are the tourism industry supply chain conceptual framework which states that there are several stages in distributing services and support systems and facilities to tourists, namely through suppliers, tour operators, tour agencies, and tourists. This finding has practical implications for the government in making a policy strategy

    The high overtime cost for nurses from Manual Scheduling, in the inpatient unit at ABC Hospital, where the overtime cost was Rp.10,409,910,-, much the difference number working hours between each nurses and many violations of hard constraint. So, it is necessary to make improvements to the scheduling. This study developed the scheduling whose goal is to minimize violations of regulations and minimize overtime costs by Goal Programming (GP). Mathematical formulation for both objectives were solved by LINGO 18.0. The difference in the number of working hours between the highest working hours and the least working hours for nurses who are not on leave, on Manual Scheduling, The Minimizing Regulatory Violations Scheduling and The Minimizing Overtime Costs Scheduling were 53, 0 and 1 hour(s) respectively. The highest number of working hours was 221 hours in Manual Scheduling, while the least number working hours was 175 hours in Minimizing Overtime Scheduling. If the policy in scheduling wanted to minimize violations, using the result of Scheduling for Minimizing Violation of the regulations there were 177 violations and overtime costs was Rp. 3.652.600,- reduced by 64.91%. Meanwhile, if the Hospital wanted to minimize overtime costs, using the result of Scheduling Minimizing Overtime Costs, there were 246 violations and overtime costs was Rp.104,360,- reduced by 99.0%.In the future, the hospital must establish a policy in terms of scheduling, whether the aim is to minimize violations of regulations or minimize overtime costs, so that based on this policy, the mathematical formulation can be determined

    Analisis Waste Pada UMKM Konveksi Maxsupply Menggunakan Pendekatan Lean Manufacturing

    According to the theory of the Toyota Production System (TPS), there are seven types of waste that exist during the production process: Overproduction, defective products, storage, transportation, waiting, unnecessary movement, and overprocessing. To maximize profits, Maxsupply Convection uses the made-to-order production method and works to produce products according to customer requests. To meet the expectations of its customers, Maxsupply must consider productivity levels, product quality, and on-time delivery. In addition, a process can be considered efficient and effective if it does not produce waste. Meanwhile, the company's production process is inseparable from waste. The Borda method identified waste in companies and found waste in waiting and unnecessary movements. After that, a causal diagram is used to see what factors can cause waste in the production process. Man, machine, method, material, and environment cause the waiting category. Man, method, and environment cause the unnecessary movement category. Using AHP found that the highest priority cause of waste in the waiting process was due to the machine factor with a value of 10% and in the unnecessary movement category of 20% caused by environmental factors. Control recommendations given using FMEA get an RPN value of 49 with control recommendations, namely carrying out routine maintenance for machines, and an RPN value of 79 in the unnecessary movement category by implementing 5R in the production area. The proposed improvements in this study are a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) devoted to machine routine scheduling and the implementation of 5R by all employees in the production area

    PT. XYZ’s Cold Storage that is located in the Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Nizam Zachman Jakarta currently does not implement a storage layout system, the are randomly placed, even an empty area near the door is not utilized to put the commodity to be stored. Causing the forklift mileage to grow larger. In addition, the demand for cold  storage is increasing from year to year so that cold storage should be increased current capacity, cold storage is currently able to accommodate 575 pallets. The increase in cold storage capacity is done by combining the storage flow, pallet laying position, as well as the layout method of class based storage, dedicated storage, and random storage. The combination of these three factors resulted in 18 possible proposals for the improvement of the cold storage layout. From the 18th combinations likely to be taken one combination of layouts by considering three criteria i.e. maximum capacity, minimum distance, and maximum revenue gained from maximum capacity. Proposal layout with a combination of pallet widened position, simple straight groove, with dedicated storage method to be the best proposal with a maximum capacity of 750 pallets, the minimum distance of 5728.82 m, and the company can earn a maximum income of Rp 297 million per month with the capacity

    Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is a tool used to facilitate worker activities when doing heavy work. Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is also very helpful for workers in reducing the workload caused by less ergonomic activities that can cause worker fatigue. At PT XYZ there is activity of transferring grams onto trucks with trolleys. In the activity of transferring gram ± 60 minutes for transferring gram onto the truck. The worker's posture when using the trolley has a REBA value of 12 which means Very High Risk. Therefore this study focuses on redesigning the trolley with consideration of REBA analysis using the Kansei Engineering approach. The results of the redesign get a REBA value of 3, it can be concluded that the proposed trolley is better than the existing trolle

    Banyuwangi Festival is an annual event that is a product of regional leading attractions. This event has attracted the attention of tourists from home and abroad, as well as made a significant contribution in improving the economic, tourism and human resources sectors in Banyuwangi. However, the management of Banyuwangi Festival has not used an effective integrated information system. The current ineffectiveness of business partner management is because the follow-up of cooperation is carried out manually at coordination meetings. The purpose of this study is to design an information system that can support effective business partner management, at the Banyuwangi Festival. Odoo's open-source ERP application is used to support the management of business partners on the CRM module. The design of the ERP concept using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method aims to design system needs that can pay attention to user needs. The result of this study is the effectiveness of monitoring and controlling the progress of business partners for the preparation of the Banyuwangi Festival event which is integrated in the form of a dashboard

    Simulasi Pengendalian Kecepatan Putar Motor DC Menggunakan Metode Logika Fuzzy

    This paper discusses DC motor rotational speed control using fuzzy logic method. The system works by utilizing ultrasonic sensors to detect distance. The detected distance affects the rotational speed of the DC motor which is controlled by the Arduino UNO microcontroller. Fuzzy logic is applied to the Arduino UNO microcontroller in which distance as the input, and the rotational speed of the DC motor in the form of Pulse Width Modulation as the output. There are several classifications of distance: very close, close, normal, far and very far. In addition, there are several classifications in the motor rotational speed response: slow, very slow, medium, fast, and very fast. The design of the fuzzy logic system is carried out in the Arduino IDE application and MATLAB using the Mamdani method at the inference stage. Fuzzy logic system is run on the Arduino UNO microcontroller in which the simulation is carried outthrough Proteus application. The test results show that the largest percentage of errors/discrepancies between the Proteus system design and the MATLAB is 1.55%. In the future, this simulation can be applied to systems such as self-driving cars
