Usulan Perbaikan Kinerja Mesin Produksi Kulkas Dengan Metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness Dan Failure Mode And Effect Analysis (PT. XYZ)
PT XYZ is a company engaged in the household electronic equipment industry, one of which is refrigerator products. Two machines that are also responsible for the refrigerator production process are cold roll forming machines and PU injection machines. The refrigerator production process at PT XYZ is still considered ineffective because it does not reach the predetermined production target. The overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method can assess the level of effectiveness of a machine based on three categories, namely availability, performance, and quality. Based on the results of calculating machine effectiveness using the OEE method, the two machines are below the ideal limit, namely 71.5% for the CRF machine and 57.22% for the injection machine, with a CRF machine performance value of 73.99% and 59.89% for the PU injection machine. An analysis of causes and solutions was carried out using the failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) method using the risk priority number (RPN) assessment. The causes of low machine performance levels can provide solutions to improvements that must be made by the company. The recommended solution for the company is to apply preventive measures by adding UPS and generators to the factory, adding machine component damage detection sensors, and redesigning the jig
Pemilihan Supplier Kedelai dengan Metode AHP Dan TOPSIS (Studi Kasus UKM Tahu Pak Wit Di Desa Ledok Kulon, Bojonegoro)
Raw materials as the most important factors in production activities, are obtained from suppliers. Suppliers are partners who ensure the availability of raw materials for the continuity of the company's production. Therefore, it is necessary for companies to choose the right supplier. The problem that occurs in Pak Wit's Tofu SME is that SMEs often change suppliers in procuring soybean raw materials because the SMEs do not have a fixed soybean supplier. This fact results in no certainty of raw materials from the supplier so that SMEs often experience a shortage of quality raw materials. This study aims to select the best supplier according to the criteria set by SMEs. There are 4 suppliers who are candidates with 4 criterias (price, quality, service and flexibility in delivery) used in choosing the best supplier. This research uses AHP to weight the criteria and TOPSIS to rank suppliers. The results of calculations with AHP found that the quality criteria were the first priority, with a value of 0.58. While with the TOPSIS method it was found that supplier 2 was the selected supplier with the highest preference of 0.941

The results of this research show that the designed ERP system can improve business process efficiency for institutions and efficient sales management for SMEs. The impact of this research is expected to improve data management accuracy, increase collaboration, and optimize sales of Banyuwangi Festival SME products
Penentuan Setting Optimal Mesin Injection Moulding Menggunakan Metode Response Surface
PT. Medion Farma Jaya is a company that produces livestock equipment, parts, and plastic packaging. One of the products produced by PT. Medion Farma Jaya is a 5-CC measuring spoon. This mass production process is based on what the company needs to package it with other products, or that can be from customer orders. This research is focused on the 5 CC measuring spoon product (SEN5CC) because, according to the company's 2021 historical data, there is a large percentage of rejected or defective products. Because of these problems, things can be done. The effect on the response to defective products is the setting of the injection Moulding machine by trial and error. Therefore, this research aims to find optimal settings for the machine for injection molding so that it can improve the quality of the product. To find out the optimal settings in this research, the response surface method was used. Based on this method is useful for getting the optimal level of factors or parameters that are significant to the response results. Based on research results, the factors used significantly influence optimal results, namely the melting temperature factor of 260 °C, holding pressure of 30 bar, and injection pressure of 62 bar. Therefore, the predicted response value was -25.1667, which meets the minimum target for the rejected product

Usulan Peningkatan Kapasitas Produksi Bracket 78 Berdasarkan Waktu Siklus (PT XYZ)
PT XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in producing dies and other components that go through the stamping part/press, welding, and fabrication processes. Currently, in carrying out production, the company has not been able to determine the target because there is no production capacity data, especially for the Bracket 78 component. The calculation of the bracket 78 product production capacity will use the Stopwatch Time Study to then produce the cycle time. The results of the measurement show a Bracket 78 product cycle time of 7.45 seconds. The cycle time will then be divided by the available time capacity. From this division, the Bracket 78 production capacity will be obtained at 3624 units per day. In this case, the company also wants to increase its production capacity to meet its long-term goal of becoming a Tier 1 supplier of PT Astra Honda Motor.
