Analisa Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Produk Air Minum (Studi Kasus: Perusahaan CV.OEN Jaya)
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh persaingan di bidang penyedia Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) dimana banyaknya AMDK lain yang mulai bermunculan. Fenomena ini mendorong setiap perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produknya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. CV.OEN JAYA merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berlokasi di Tangerang yang memproduksi Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK) merek ANQUA dengan kemasan gelas 220 ml. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan produk, kepercayaan, kesetiaan, niat membeli, kualitas produk, inovasi produk, kesadaran/pengetahuan produk, persepsi nilai dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Diharapkan bahwa temuan studi ini akan membantu produsen CV.OEN JAYA untuk mengembangkan strategi terbaik dalam menjaga kesetiaan konsumen
Penerapan Model Green SCOR untuk Pengukuran Kinerja Green Supply Chain
Advances in science and technology that have an impact on the environment resulting in increasing human awareness of the condition of the environment, for example in the selection and use of environmentally friendly products. This requires businesses to apply the concept of environmental concerns in their business process, including the entire supply chain. Green supply chain management is a concept that integrates environmental thinking into supply chain management, which includes product design, procurement and selection of raw materials, manufacturing processes, delivery of final products to consumers, in addition reverse products used by consumers. This study aims to measure the performance of Green Supply Chain Management in the supply chain of a manufacturing industry. Performance measurement was conducted on the two main processes, namely the design of performance measurement model and weighting and scoring performance. This study uses a Green SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model to design the measurement model and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method to determine its weight. There are 16 KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) identified for use in performance measurement. Value performance indicators obtained for each aspect are as follows: Plan for 68, Source of 66.54, Make amounted to 58.89, Delivery of 32.80, and Return As much as 56.85. Referring to the model that is created, the value of the overall supply chain performance amounted at 60.13. Under the statutes of the company, the value is considered sufficient because it includes criteria for good performance, but it was on the threshold between good and bad categories. Continuous improvement in the supply chain by using a model Green SCOR will improve the company's performance, enhance corporate image and ultimately promote environmental sustainability for the future of mankind
Usulan Perancangan dan Analisis Sistem Pengiriman Produk PT. XYZ
PT. XYZ uses a decentralises system for the delivery of products, where the delivery of products to consumers done by the dealer. PT. XYZ uses expedition logistics to deliver products to dealers. It is expected to make the shipping cost is high. This study changed the pattern of delivery of products directly carried out by PT. XYZ without going through dealers (centralises system). Then compare the lowest shipping cost of both systems. These results indicate that the system centralises can save shipping costs by 77% compared to a decentralises system
An Application of Educational Tool for Implementing Procurement and Inventory Planning in Furniture Company
Research on Supply Chain Management (SCM) in the furniture industry have been carried out in Indonesialately. These researches have resulted in various models that are useful to solve the problems experienced bythe furniture company in Indonesia, such as the high cost of furniture production, scarcity of raw materials,etc. However, the results of these researches are difficult to be implemented by small and medium-scalefurniture company. This is due to lack of human resources and lack of understanding of the application ofSCM. The purpose of this paper is to develop an interactive application as an educational tool to provideinsight into one of the SCM technology implementations, especially in procurement planning and inventorycontrol of raw materials. Penentuan Strategi Pembinaan UMKM Provinsi DKI Jakarta Dengan Menggunakan Metode AHP TOPSIS
This study examines polices which will be used as strategy development UMKM of DKI Jakarta Provincial. The method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) adn Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). AHP used to restucture AHP used to restructure problems decision be shape of hierarchy and calculate weight from each faktors, while TOPSIS used to calculate rank from alternatif solution on AHP, that is with chooses the best alternatif solution based on nearest distance from ideal solution.Based on calculation of data used AHP methods, demographics/population get the highest weight = 0.413. Meanwhile, the calculation of TOPSIS showed capital policy with number of value = 0.929 is better alternatif solution than ideal solution.Based on that two methods, the result is identifying that the capital policy is the best strategy to applied in develop policy of micro business, small and medium
Pernilaian Teknologi 2 Industri Pembuat Skop Dengan Metode Teknometrik
Technology is one of the factors affecting the competitiveness of small industries. The higher the mastery of a small industrial technology can dominate the market. Technology here is not only physical facilities but also non-physical facilities such as a human, information and organization. UD Dua Udang and UD Naga Timur are SMEs engaged in the production of household appliances, one of which scop shoes. UD Naga Timur is on eof leader SME his business and includes one of the SMEs which have a market share larger than similar SMEs. UD Dua Udang is a newly established SMEs. This study discusses the performance evaluation technology of the two SMEs. The results of the assessment could use by UD Dua Naga to devise a strategy in order to compete with UD Naga Timur. Methods for assessing the performance of technology used was technometric (Technoware, Humanware, Infoware and Orgaware). From the research results that are both at the level of traditional technologies. UD Naga Timur got higher values for Infoware and Orgaware. UD Dua Udang should fix both of these components by improving the documentation system and also expanding its network by entering its products at a wholesale market in Surabaya and surrounding areas

Perancangan Stasiun Kerja Ergonomis untuk Operator Pemotongan Bahan Baku di Pabrik Genteng Jatiwangi, Kabupaten Majalengka
In the production department of a manufacturing company, ergonomic, healty and safety should be a majorconcern. It’s a departement with an high accident work rate. One of approach method in the improvement ofworking methods of cutting provider of raw materials are antrhopmometri in ergonomics, its can be used toimprove the working tools of the operator so that work equipment is used in accordance with the standardsbody anthopometri operator. Nordic body map used to recognize the parts of the body operators that havecomplaint at the time of cutting raw material that aim to reduce the complaints that occur when they doinghis job. The study was conducted with the biomechanical approach to the condition before and after work.Previous measurements of anthropometric dimensions of the body to obtain a standard tool used byoperators of production department. Biomechanical analysis focused only on the link and joint body partsoperators has complaints while working to obtain the energy consumption before and after work. The initialdimension of the raw material table slider 350 x 25 cm with a single cutting of the raw material resulting inrepeated cuts. The result of dimensional redesign raw material table slider that indicate significantdifferences, the dimension needed are 530 x 70 cm. By using raw materials slider table current conditionthe energy expenditure result are 4,6375 kcal/min. Based on standard workload Lehman 3,75 kcal/min, theenergy expenditure operators showed that cuts the raw material requires greater energy. Through theredesign of the raw material table slider and better cutting methode, the forces and moments acting on theoperators when work will create the new workload position. The energy expenditure of the new workloadposition indicate better result and operators doing their job with a standard workload
Penggunaan Metode Algoritma Craft dan Blocplan untuk Perbaikan Tata Letak Fasilitas Lantai Produksi pada Industri Sparepart Sepeda Motor
Performance and productivity of production line system are very influenced by facility layout planning.Facilities composition which is appropriate with flow of materials between departments, certainly wouldsustain the continuity of the system. PT. X is one of the subsidiaries of PT. Astra Otoparts Tbk. whichmanufactures motorcycle chains. Composition of the current layout facilities on the 1st Plant has not fullyoptimized well and indeed has a potential possibility to be developed further in the future. This statement issupported from the result of existing MHPS which gives Rp 1,047,678.49 for total cost of material handling,463.1 meters for total distance, and 1,617.24 minutes for total time of material movements. Also, the totalarea of empty spaces that can be utilized by the company in the current layout is only 89.74 m2. As for thepurposes of this research are: analyzing the performance of current layout, developing new layout designs toimprove the current one, and comparing the current with proposed improvement layouts. The process ofdesigning proposed layouts is done by using improvement-based algorithm (CRAFT) and hybrid/compositealgorithm (BLOCPLAN) that both of the algorithms need same inputs, which are: current facility layout andthe flow of material. Based from the results of MHPS calculation for both proposed layouts, show that layoutfrom BLOCPLAN algorithm gives maximal reduction to the total cost of material handling so that theamounts will be decreased to Rp 1,022,419.91 (reducing 2.4% from total cost of current layout), 434.62meters for total distance (reducing 6.2%), and 1,506.23 minutes for total time of material movements(reducing 6.86%). As for the total area of empty spaces, BLOCPLAN layout gives 110.74 m2 (23.4%) to beminimized than the current layout
Usulan Penentuan Strategi Pendistribusian yang Optimal (Studi Kasus : PT. X)
The purposes of this research is to analyze the optimal distribution system at PT. X. There are three alternatifs given. The method used is saving matrix method and Knapsack using distance and time data. This research is considered the traffic conditions so the distance matrix is transformed into time matrix. The result show the distribution route and sequence of optimal methods. Distribution route is obtained using Farthest Insert, Nearest Insert and Nearest Neighbor. The sequence of methods is placed saving matrix method at first and then Knapsack or vice versa. After this, the distribution cost is calculated for three alternatifs given. This cost calculation is considered pinalty cost which is the value of opportunity cost when truck is not fully used. The results of cost calcutation show, when considered penalty cost, the best alternatif is alternatifs three that deliveries all consumer demand with freight forwarding services. However, this penalty charge is not real value (not spending money) so the company does not consider the cost of this penalty. When calculating cost without penalty cost, the best alternatif is alternatif one that deliveries all consumer demand with the company’s truck. In the first alternatif, the best method is saving matrix distance – knapsack. This method aims to select nearby consumers then optimize the distribution fleet
