Integrated Education Programs and Their Role in Developing Creativity Competencies Among Students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences
ABSTRACT
The current research aims to assess the extent of integration within educational programs offered by colleges of physical education and sports sciences, as perceived by faculty members. It also explores the level of creative competencies exhibited by students in these colleges from the faculty's perspective. Furthermore, the research investigates the impact of integrated educational programs on enhancing students' creative capabilities. A descriptive research methodology was employed, incorporating both survey and correlational approaches. The study population consisted of faculty members from the colleges and departments of physical education and sports sciences at the Universities of Mosul and Al-Hamdaniya, encompassing four institutions (colleges and departments) and 296 faculty members. The primary research sample was randomly divided into three subgroups: an exploratory group, a preparation group, and a final application group, comprising 15, 168, and 112 participants, respectively. Data collection involved the development of two structured questionnaires: one focused on the characteristics of integrated education programs, and the other on students' creative competencies. These instruments were validated and administered to the designated samples. The collected data were analyzed using various statistical techniques, including means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficients, the Spearman-Brown prophecy formula, and linear regression analysis. The findings revealed a statistically significant positive correlation between the implementation of integrated education programs and the development of creative competencies among students. The results suggest that such programs play a critical role in enhancing students’ innovative thinking, athletic performance, and overall engagement by fostering a supportive and enriching educational environment, which positively impacts their performance during lessons.

Body Mass Index and Its Relationship to Performance in the Snatch Lift among Female Weightlifters of the Iraqi National Weightlifting Team
ABSTRACT
The problem addressed in this research stems from the noticeable variance in the performance of female weightlifters during certain lifts in the sport of weightlifting. This variance affects the consistency of achieving the required outcomes in some physical abilities and motor skills, such as the snatch and clean & jerk lifts. One possible cause of this inconsistency is the presence of excess body weight that is not beneficial for performance, particularly in practical training sessions. Possessing good physical and motor fitness is a critical factor in the educational and athletic development process for athletes engaged in various sports activities. By managing and controlling BMI, athletes can maintain an appropriate athletic physique. The research aims to identify the level of performance in the snatch lift in Olympic weightlifting and to determine the nature of the correlation between performance outcomes and the Body Mass Index (BMI). The hypothesis of this work is that there is a statistically significant correlation between performance in the snatch lift and Body Mass Index. The researchers employed the descriptive method using survey and correlational research techniques. The study population was deliberately selected and consisted of female athletes from the Iraqi national weightlifting team. The BMI values for the sample were calculated using the standard BMI formula. The main experiment was conducted over two days. On the first day, the sample was assembled in one of the halls of the Rose Resort in Shaqlawa, Erbil, with the support of an assisting team. On the second day, the snatch lift test was conducted. After completing the BMI measurements and performance tests, the data were statistically analyzed to determine the nature of the relationships among the studied variables and to draw relevant conclusions.

ABSTRAK
Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini berasal dari perbedaan nyata dalam performa atlet angkat besi wanita pada angkatan tertentu dalam olahraga angkat besi. Varians ini mempengaruhi konsistensi pencapaian hasil yang diperlukan dalam beberapa kemampuan fisik dan keterampilan motorik, seperti angkatan jerk dan clean & jerk. Salah satu kemungkinan penyebab ketidakkonsistenan ini adalah adanya kelebihan berat badan yang tidak bermanfaat bagi performa, khususnya pada sesi latihan praktik. Memiliki kebugaran jasmani dan motorik yang baik merupakan faktor penting dalam proses pendidikan dan pengembangan atletik bagi atlet yang melakukan berbagai kegiatan olahraga. Dengan mengelola dan mengendalikan BMI, atlet dapat mempertahankan fisik atletik yang sesuai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat performa angkatan angkatan angkat besi olimpiade dan mengetahui sifat hubungan antara hasil performa dengan Indeks Massa Tubuh (IMT). Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat korelasi yang signifikan secara statistik antara kinerja dalam angkatan angkatan dan Indeks Massa Tubuh. Peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian survei dan korelasional. Populasi penelitian sengaja dipilih dan terdiri dari atlet putri timnas angkat besi Irak. Nilai BMI sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus BMI standar. Percobaan utama dilakukan selama dua hari. Pada hari pertama, sampel dikumpulkan di salah satu aula Rose Resort di Shaqlawa, Erbil, dengan dukungan tim pendamping. Pada hari kedua dilakukan uji angkatan grab. Setelah menyelesaikan pengukuran BMI dan tes kinerja, data dianalisis secara statistik untuk menentukan sifat hubungan antar variabel yang diteliti dan untuk menarik kesimpulan yang relevan.

Pengaruh Senam Aerobic Low Impact Untuk Meningkatkan Kebugaran Pada Lansia Menopause Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bulango Kabupaten Bone Bolango
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam aerobic low impact terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada lansia menopause di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bulango Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pra-eksperimen (Pre-test dan Post-test Design) dengan pemberian intervensi berupa latihan senam aerobic low impact selama empat minggu dengan frekuensi tiga kali per minggu, masing-masing berdurasi 15–30 menit. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh lansia menopause di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bulango dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang, yang dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi dan kontrol, masing-masing 15 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes kebugaran jasmani meliputi keseimbangan, CST (Chair Stand Test), kelincahan (8-FUGT), dan tes jalan 6 menit (6MWT). Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan uji perbandingan antar kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok intervensi dibanding kelompok kontrol. Setelah mengikuti program senam aerobic low impact, mayoritas responden pada kelompok intervensi mengalami peningkatan kategori kebugaran dari sedang menjadi sangat baik, dengan perbaikan pada kekuatan otot tungkai, daya tahan, kelincahan, serta kapasitas kardiorespirasi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa senam aerobic low impact efektif meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani lansia menopause. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah senam aerobic low impact berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kebugaran jasmani pada lansia menopause. Disarankan agar kegiatan senam aerobic low impact dijadikan sebagai program rutin di Puskesmas untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan kesehatan fisik lansia, serta didukung oleh keluarga dan masyarakat agar keberlanjutan kegiatan dapat terjaga.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to find out the effect of low impact aerobic gymnastics on the improvement of physical fitness in the menopausal elderly in the work area of the Bulango Health Center, Bone Bolango Regency. The research method used is pre-experimentation (Pre-test and Post-test Design) with the provision of intervention in the form of low-impact aerobic gymnastics exercises for four weeks with a frequency of three times per week, each for 15–30 minutes. The study population included all menopausal elderly in the work area of the Bulango Health Center with a sample of 30 people, which were divided into intervention and control groups, 15 people each. Data collection is carried out through physical fitness tests including balance, CST (Chair Stand Test), agility (8-FUGT), and a 6-minute walk test (6MWT). Data analysis using Wilcoxon test and comparison test between groups.The results of the study showed a significant increase in the intervention group compared to the control group. After participating in the low impact aerobic gymnastics program, the majority of respondents in the intervention group experienced an increase in the fitness category from medium to very good, with improvements in limb muscle strength, endurance, agility, and cardiorespiratory capacity. This shows that low impact aerobic gymnastics is effective in improving the physical fitness of the menopausal elderly.The conclusion of this study is that low impact aerobic gymnastics has a positive and significant effect on improving physical fitness in the menopausal elderly. It is suggested that low impact aerobic gymnastics activities should be used as a routine program at the Health Center to maintain and improve the physical health of the elderly, as well as supported by families and the community so that the sustainability of the activities can be maintained.

Pemahaman Pelatih-Pelatih Wanita Tentang Prinsip-Prinsip Dasar Latihan Sepakbola
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman pelatih-pelatih wanita tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar sepakbola. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan merupakan penelitian deskriptif menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan datanya menggunakan google form. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelatih wanita sebanyak 20 orang pelatih wanita, dari jumlah 40 orang pelatih wanita yang memiliki lisensi kepelatihan D. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman pelatih dapat dijelaskan bahwa nilai secara keseluruhan adalah 9,97 nilai tertinggi 173 nilai terendah 137 dan rata-rata nilai 147,20 total 2944. Sedangkan setiap indikatornya Frekuensi terbanyak pada kategori kurang baik, sehingga dapat disimpulkan tingkat pemahaman pelatih tentang prinsip-prinsip dasar latihan sepakbola adalah kurang baik.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to understand the understanding of female coaches about the basic principles of football. In this study, the research method used is descriptive research using survey methods with the data collection technique using the google form. The population used in this study were 20 female trainers, out of 40 female trainers who had a coaching license D. The results of the study show that the understanding of the trainer can state that the overall score is 9.97, the highest score is 173 the lowest score is 137 and the average value is 147.20 total the basic principles of football training are flawed.

Manajemen Penyelenggaraan Event Olahraga Lari Massal di Masyarakat: Studi Kasus di Jawa Timur
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengkaji manajemen penyelenggaraan event olahraga lari massal yang diminati masyarakat di Jawa Timur. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan yang matang, koordinasi lintas sektor, dan pengelolaan sumber daya secara efektif menjadi kunci keberhasilan event. Event ini meningkatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam olahraga serta memberikan dampak sosial dan ekonomi positif. Studi ini merekomendasikan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan penguatan kerjasama sponsor untuk pengelolaan event yang lebih optimal di masa depan.

ABSTRACT
This research examines the management of organizing mass running sports events that are of interest to the public in East Java. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results show that careful planning, cross-sector coordination, and effective resource management are the keys to event success. This event increases people's active participation in sports and provides positive social and economic impacts. This study recommends the use of digital technology and strengthening sponsor cooperation for more optimal event management in the future.

Hubungan Koordinasi Mata-Tangan-Kaki Dan Frekuensi Kayuhan Lengan Terhadap Hasil Renang 50 Meter Gaya Bebas
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan koordinasi mata-tangan-kaki dan frekuensi kayuhan lengan terhadap hasil renang 50 meter gaya bebas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Januari 2021 sampai Juni 2021. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2021 pada atlet renang klub Indonesia Star Aquatics (ISA). Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet renang klub Indonesia Star Aquatics (ISA) yang berjumlah 60 orang. Sedangkan untuk teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sehingga, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 30 orang atlet renang klub Indonesia Star Aquatics (ISA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Terdapat Hubungan koordinasi mata-tangan-kaki terhadap hasil renang 50 meter gaya bebas. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil thitung = 2.95 > ttabel = 1.70 Kontribusi koordinasi mata-tangan-kaki (X1) sebesar 24% terhadap hasil renang 50 meter gaya bebas. 2) Terdapat hubungan frekuensi kayuhan lengan terhadap hasil renang 50 meter gaya bebas. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil thitung = 3.41 > ttabel = 1.70 dengan kontribusi frekuensi kayuhan lengan (X2) sebesar 29% terhadap hasil renang 50 meter gaya bebas3) Terdapat Hubungan koordinasi mata-tangan-kaki dan frekuensi kayuhan lengan secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil renang 50 meter gaya bebas. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil Fhitung = 9.51 > Ftabel = 3.34 dengan kontribusi koordinasi mata-tangan-kaki (X1) dan frekuensi kayuhan lengan (X2) secara bersama-sama sebesar 41% terhadap hasil renang 50 meter gaya bebas, dan sisanya 59% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the relationship between eye-hand-foot coordination and arm stroke frequency with the results of 50-meter freestyle swimming. This study was conducted from January 2021 to June 2021. Data collection was carried out in June 2021 on swimming athletes from the Indonesia Star Aquatics (ISA) club. The population in this study were 60 swimming athletes from the Indonesia Star Aquatics (ISA) club. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique. Thus, the sample used was 30 swimming athletes from the Indonesia Star Aquatics (ISA) club. The results of the study show that: 1). There is a relationship between eye-hand-foot coordination and the results of 50-meter freestyle swimming. This can be seen from the results of t count = 2.95 > t table = 1.70 The contribution of eye-hand-foot coordination (X1) is 24% to the results of 50-meter freestyle swimming. 2) There is a relationship between arm stroke frequency and the results of 50-meter freestyle swimming. This can be seen from the calculated t = 3.41 > t = 1.70, with the arm stroke frequency (X2) contributing 29% to the 50-meter freestyle swimming results. 3) There is a relationship between eye-hand-foot coordination and arm stroke frequency simultaneously on the 50-meter freestyle swimming results. This can be seen from the calculated F = 9.51 > F = 3.34, with the eye-hand-foot coordination (X1) and arm stroke frequency (X2) contributing 41% to the 50-meter freestyle swimming results, with the remaining 59% influenced by other factors.

Analisis Tingkat Keterampilan Backhand Overhead Lob Pada Mahasiswa MBO Bulutangkis
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan backhand overhead lob pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti MBO bulutangkis. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti MBO bulutangkis yang berjumlah 50 mahasiswa dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 20 siswa, yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan pukulan lob yaitu tes kemampuan memukul lob French. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan pukulan backhand overhead lob pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti MBO bulutangkis berada pada kategori “sangat kurang” sebesar 10,00% (2 orang), “kurang” sebesar 15,00% (3 orang), “sedang” sebesar 50,00% (10 orang), “baik” sebesar 25,00% (5 orang), dan “sangat baik” sebesar 0% (0 orang). This study adopts a descriptive research design. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques employing tests and measurements. The population consists of 50 students participating in MBO badminton, with a sample size of 20 students selected through purposive sampling. The instrument used to measure lob hitting ability is the French lob hitting test. Data analysis employs descriptive analysis presented in percentage form. The results indicate that the backhand overhead lob skills of students in MBO badminton are categorized as follows: "very poor" at 10.00% (2 individuals), "poor" at 15.00% (3 individuals), "moderate" at 50.00% (10 individuals), "good" at 25.00% (5 individuals), and "very good" at 0% (0 individuals). Performa Atlet Cricket Nasional
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat performa atlet cricket nasional Indonesia berdasarkan aspek fisik, fisiologis dan keterampilan teknis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik tes dan pengukuran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes kebugaran jasmani spesifik. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kecepatan sprint 4,72 ± 0,28 detik, daya tahan otot tungkai 45,3 ± 5,7 cm, jarak tempuh yo yo test mencapai 1.320 ± 180 meter dengan estimasi VO₂max sebesar 48,6 ± 3,2 ml/kg/menit. Pada aspek teknis, akurasi batting rata-rata mencapai 78,5 ± 6,4% dan kecepatan bowling sebesar 114,2 ± 8,6 km/jam, sementara waktu reaksi rata-rata tercatat 0,29 ± 0,03 detik. Analisis perbandingan antarposisi menunjukkan bahwa bowler unggul pada kecepatan dan daya ledak, batsman unggul pada akurasi dan waktu reaksi, sedangkan all-rounder memiliki profil performa paling seimbang. Perbedaan performa antarposisi tersebut signifikan secara statistik (p<0,05). Jika dibandingkan dengan standar internasional, performa atlet cricket nasional Indonesia berada pada kategori baik, namun masih terdapat kesenjangan pada aspek daya tahan aerobik dan power output. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peran posisi berpengaruh terhadap profil performa atlet cricket nasional, sehingga diperlukan program latihan yang lebih spesifik, terintegrasi, dan berbasis kebutuhan posisi untuk meningkatkan performa menuju level internasional.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the performance level of Indonesian national cricket athletes based on physical, physiological and technical skill aspects. This study uses a survey method with test and measurement techniques. Data collection was carried out with specific physical fitness tests. The results of this study showed that the average sprint speed was 4.72 ± 0.28 seconds, leg muscle endurance 45.3 ± 5.7 cm, the distance traveled by the yo yo test reached 1,320 ± 180 meters with an estimated VO₂max of 48.6 ± 3.2 ml/kg/minute. In the technical aspect, the average batting accuracy reached 78.5 ± 6.4% and bowling speed was 114.2 ± 8.6 km/h, while the average reaction time was recorded at 0.29 ± 0.03 seconds. A comparative analysis of the positions shows that the bowler excels in speed and explosiveness, the batsman excels in accuracy and reaction time, while the all-rounder has the most balanced performance profile. The difference in performance between these positions was statistically significant (p<0.05). When compared to international standards, the performance of Indonesian national cricketers is in the good category, but there is still a gap in the aspects of aerobic endurance and power output. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that the role of position affects the performance profile of national cricket athletes, so a more specific, integrated, and position-based training program is needed to improve performance towards the international level.

Brain Stimulation Exercises Using the Visual (Fit Light) Technique with Timing at Race Distances and their Effect on the Electrical Activity of the Rectus Femoris Muscles of 400-Meter Runners
ABSTRACT
The study aimed to prepare brain stimulation exercises using the visual (Fit Light) technique with timings at race distances after being divided into four consecutive and continuous stages. Then, it aimed to identify its effect on the electrical activity of the rectus femoris muscles of 400-meter runners. The experimental method was adopted with a one-group design, involving eight elite runners from first-division clubs in Iraq. They were all intentionally selected from their original community at a rate of 100%. The researcher distributed (4) devices of the (Fit Light) technology, which operate with daylight (LED) lighting or twilight lighting, distributed over race distances of 100, 200, 300, and 400 meters. They are illuminated with high brightness before the runner reaches 10 meters for each distance. The work continued with the training during the special preparation period for competitions for (10) consecutive training weeks at a rate of (3) training units each week. The researcher also adopted the EMG device with a Bluetooth transmitter using two sensors for each rectus femoris muscle on the right and left. To obtain EMG signal results by reading both the peak and the area for each of the muscles at distances of (300) and (400) meters from the race using two systems of the EMG device, each placed in front of the specified distance. After completing the experiment with pre-measurement, application of the technique, and post-measurement, the researcher verified the results using SPSS. The conclusions and applications indicate that applying brain stimulation training using the visual (Fit Light) technique at timed intervals over the race distances improves the peak of the electrical signal activity (EMG). Also, it reduces the area in both the right and left rectus femoris muscles of the elite 400-meter runners. Based on these results, the researcher recommends that first-class athletics clubs should pay attention to developing the expertise of their employees on how to apply the (Fit Light) visual technology, in a manner that is appropriate and compatible with modernity in this field, so that these training methods suit the specificity of elite (400) meter runners.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan latihan stimulasi otak menggunakan teknik visual (Fit Light) dengan pengaturan waktu sesuai jarak perlombaan setelah dibagi dalam empat tahap berturut-turut dan berkesinambungan. Kemudian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap aktivitas listrik otot rektus femoris pelari 400 meter. Metode eksperimental diadopsi dengan desain satu kelompok, yang melibatkan delapan pelari elit dari klub divisi satu di Irak. Mereka semua sengaja dipilih dari komunitas aslinya dengan tingkat 100%. Peneliti mendistribusikan (4) perangkat berteknologi (Fit Light) yang beroperasi dengan pencahayaan siang hari (LED) atau pencahayaan senja, didistribusikan pada jarak lomba 100, 200, 300, dan 400 meter. Mereka diterangi dengan kecerahan tinggi sebelum pelari mencapai 10 meter untuk setiap jarak. Pekerjaan dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan selama masa persiapan khusus untuk kompetisi selama (10) minggu pelatihan berturut-turut dengan kecepatan (3) unit pelatihan setiap minggunya. Peneliti juga mengadopsi perangkat EMG dengan pemancar Bluetooth menggunakan dua sensor untuk masing-masing otot rektus femoris di kanan dan kiri. Untuk memperoleh hasil sinyal EMG dengan membaca puncak dan luas masing-masing otot pada jarak (300) dan (400) meter dari perlombaan menggunakan dua sistem perangkat EMG yang masing-masing ditempatkan di depan jarak yang ditentukan. Setelah menyelesaikan percobaan dengan pra pengukuran, penerapan teknik, dan pasca pengukuran, peneliti memverifikasi hasilnya menggunakan SPSS. Kesimpulan dan penerapannya menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pelatihan stimulasi otak menggunakan teknik visual (Fit Light) pada interval waktu tertentu sepanjang jarak lomba meningkatkan puncak aktivitas sinyal listrik (EMG). Selain itu, hal ini juga mengurangi area otot rektus femoris kanan dan kiri pada pelari elit 400 meter. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, peneliti menyarankan agar klub-klub atletik kelas satu hendaknya memperhatikan pengembangan keahlian para pegawainya tentang bagaimana penerapan teknologi visual (Fit Light), dengan cara yang sesuai dan sesuai dengan modernitas di bidang tersebut, sehingga metode latihan ini sesuai dengan kekhususan pelari elite (400) meter.

The Contribution of Body Measurements to the Skill Performance of Female Students in Basketball at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Hamdaniya
ABSTRACT
The aim of the research was to identify the relationship between body measurements and skill performance in basketball and to identify the contribution of body measurements to skill performance in basketball among female students in the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Hamdaniya. A descriptive approach was used with a correlational approach due to its suitability to the nature of the research. The research community was defined as the students of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, University of Hamdaniya (2024-2025), numbering (197) male and female students. The research sample was selected using a stratified approach from the first, second, third, and fourth stages, totaling (52) female students. To achieve the research objectives, the following measurements were used (standing height, leg length, arm length, palm length, abdominal circumference, hip circumference, upper arm circumference, chest circumference, thigh circumference, and leg circumference). To arrive at the results, statistical methods were used (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient (Pearson), multiple correlation coefficient, and percentage). The research reached the following conclusions: Generally, body measurements contributed insignificantly to the skill performance of female students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Al-Hamdaniya University. Body weight represented an influential contributor to the skill performance of female students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, Al-Hamdaniya University. A prediction equation for body weight of (9%) was obtained. In light of this, the researchers made a number of recommendations.

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara ukuran tubuh dengan performa keterampilan dalam bola basket dan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pengukuran tubuh terhadap performa keterampilan dalam bola basket pada mahasiswi di Sekolah Tinggi Pendidikan Jasmani dan Ilmu Olah Raga Universitas Hamdaniya. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan pendekatan korelasional karena kesesuaiannya dengan sifat penelitian. Komunitas penelitian ditetapkan sebagai mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Pendidikan Jasmani dan Ilmu Olah Raga Universitas Hamdaniya (2024-2025) yang berjumlah (197) mahasiswa laki-laki dan perempuan. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan pendekatan stratified dari tahap pertama, kedua, ketiga, dan keempat yang berjumlah (52) siswi. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian maka digunakan pengukuran sebagai berikut (tinggi berdiri, panjang tungkai, panjang lengan, panjang telapak tangan, lingkar perut, lingkar pinggul, lingkar lengan atas, lingkar dada, lingkar paha, dan lingkar tungkai). Untuk mencapai hasil tersebut digunakan metode statistik (rata-rata aritmatika, simpangan baku, koefisien korelasi sederhana (Pearson), koefisien korelasi berganda, dan persentase). Penelitian ini mencapai kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Secara umum, pengukuran tubuh memberikan kontribusi yang tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keterampilan mahasiswi di Jurusan Pendidikan Jasmani dan Ilmu Olah Raga di Sekolah Tinggi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Murni, Universitas Al-Hamdaniya. Berat badan merupakan kontributor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keterampilan mahasiswi di Departemen Pendidikan Jasmani dan Ilmu Olah Raga di Sekolah Tinggi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Murni, Universitas Al-Hamdaniya. Persamaan prediksi berat badan (9%) diperoleh. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, para peneliti memberikan beberapa rekomendasi.
