Ki vezet a végén? : A jármű-automatizáltság német szabályozási modellje - kialakulás és tendencia

    No full text
Significant progress has been made recently in the field of international conventions and EU rules on automated driving. However, these rules only cover certain sub-areas, while the related general rules related to automated driving levels 3, 4 and 5 are outside this scope. Regarding the individual national rules in this area, the German legislation is currently the most modern general regulation, and it is worth examining the process that led to its creation. This study will be followed by further studies in this are

    V. Emlőrák Konszenzus Konferencia – Az emlőrák korszerű sebészi kezelése [Modern surgical treatment of breast cancer. 5th Breast Cancer Consensus Conference]

The surgical treatment is still the most effective method in curing of early breast cancer. Breast preservation and the application of oncoplastic principles became generally accepted, the sentinel lymph node biopsy in the surgical treatment of the axilla is primary, and the indication for axillary block dissection (ABD) is narrowing further. The neoadjuvant oncological treatment that is applied more and more widely presented surgery with new challenges. The expansion of quality assurance measures, the enhancement of breast surgery training, and the acceleration of centralisation through the establishment of dedicated breast cancer diagnostic and treatment centres are all anticipated to contribute significantly to the reduction of breast cancer mortality. Hereunder we summarise our recommendations on the surgical treatment of breast cancer based on the content of the 5th Breast Cancer Consensus Conference and considering the latest international studies and professional recommendations

We prove stable convergence of conditional least squares estimators of drift parameters for supercritical continuous state and continuous time branching processes with immigration based on discrete time observations

Existence and uniqueness of weighted generalized ψ-estimators

    Get PDF
We introduce the notions of generalized and weighted generalized ψ-estimators as unique points of sign change of some appropriate functions and give necessary and sufficient conditions for their existence. We also derive a set of sufficient conditions under which the so-called ψ-expectation function has a unique point of sign change. We present several examples from statistical estimation theory, where our results are well applicable. For example, we consider the cases of empirical quantiles, empirical expectiles, some ψ-estimators that are important in robust statistics, and some examples from maximum likelihood theory. Further, we introduce Bajraktarević-type (in particular, quasiarithmetic-type) ψ-estimators. Our results specialized to ψ-estimators with a function ψ continuous in its second variable provide new results for (usual) ψ-estimators (also called Z-estimators)

Effect of pre-germination temperature conditions on germination characteristics of temperate grassland species

Understanding germination characteristics, including optimal stratification requirements of target species, is necessary for supporting grassland restoration yet poorly understood. This knowledge is essential for effective conservation, particularly with climate change altering germination conditions and thus germination capacity of plants. Here we studied the effect of three different durations of warm dry and cold wet stratification treatments, and their combinations in a full factorial design (in total 15 different pre-germination treatments), on the germination capacity of 48 grassland species native to Central Europe. Stratification treatments modelled present and forecasted summer (1–3 months warm period) and winter (1–3 months cold period) temperature conditions, while the study of the combined effect of these treatments is especially important in spring-germinating species. As response variables, we calculated relative response indexes and germination uncertainties of each species separately and applied general linear models to study the effect of treatments on these variables. We found clear effect of warm- or cold stratification on relative response indexes only in four species: strong positive response to warm stratification was found in Silene conica , while strong positive response to cold stratification was found in Agrimonia eupatoria , Echium vulgare , and Plantago lanceolata . The responses to treatment combinations were contradictory or lacked clear trends in most of the species. Germination uncertainty in general was high for all species, supporting the fact that Central European grassland species often rely on bet hedging as risk spreading strategy, to avoid unfavourable conditions during seedling establishment

Phytochrome A is required for light-inhibited germination of Aethionema arabicum seed

    Get PDF
The germination of most seeds is influenced by the duration, intensity, and quality of light. The seeds of the model plant Arabidopsis are positive photoblastic and require light to germinate. The germination of negative photoblastic seeds is inhibited by white light. The molecular mechanisms that regulate negative photoblastic germination are unknown due to the lack of a suitable model plant. We identified an accession with negative photoblastic germination in Aethionema arabicum that grows in semi-arid natural habitats. In a forward genetic screen, we identified a mutant - koyash2 (koy2) - that is defective in negative photoblastic germination. There is a nonsense mutation in the gene encoding the phytochrome A photoreceptor in the koy2 mutant. Here, we show that phytochrome A is required for negative photoblastic germination. The defective negative photoblastic phenotype of the koy2 mutant is the result of defective inhibition of germination by the phytochrome A-mediated high irradiance response. This is the first example of phytochrome A-mediated response controlling negative photoblastic seed germination in white, red, far-red, and blue light. We speculate that genetically encoded variation in phytochrome A-mediated germination responses is responsible for local adaptation of Ae. arabicum throughout the Irano-Turanian region
