Multilevel Interventions Aimed at Improving HPV Immunization Coverage: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Assessment of Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile: A Cross-Sectional Study of Adolescents and Young Adults in Mongolia
The study examined health-promoting lifestyles and their contributing factors among adolescents and young adults at three universities in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. A cross-sectional study was conducted from April to May 2024. A total of 827 participants were analyzed using the Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile II (HPLP-II). Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were performed using JASP to ensure cultural adaptation. Descriptive statistics, an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and a MANOVA were employed to analyze the data in SPSS. Post hoc analyses and effect sizes were conducted in cases of significance. The mean HPLP-II score was 2.60 (SD = 0.35). The highest mean score was on the interpersonal relationships subscale (M = 2.89; SD = 0.52), and the lowest was on the health responsibility subscale (M = 2.31; SD = 0.49). Our findings revealed that there were significant differences in the overall HPLP-II scores based on university, working status, and economic status. Additionally, the data revealed that for certain HPLP-II subscales, factors such as gender, residence type, and location of graduation schools were significant. Universities are potential settings for planning and implementing health promotion programs that encourage adolescents and young adults to take responsibility for their health and engage in physical activity

Multiscale assessment of conservation management for Amorpha fruticosa invasion in a marsh meadow
This study examined the ecological impact of the invasive shrub Amorpha fruticosa in marsh meadows and assessed the effectiveness of combined conservation management practices, i.e., mowing and cattle grazing, in on restoring native vegetation. Conducted in the Mártély Landscape Protection Area (Hungary), the research used a multiscale approach to compare treated non-invaded and treated invaded wetland vegetation. Information theory-based diversity metrics were employed to evaluate the impact of A. fruticosa on structural complexity and species composition. Results revealed that although A. fruticosa can significantly altered plant community structure, the implemented management strategies effectively reduced its impact. The treated invaded vegetation exhibited diversity levels compareable to native marshland communities, suggesting that mowing and grazing contributed to decreasing A. fruticose dominance. However, in the absence of untreated control stands, this pattern must be interpreted cautiously, as the observed similarity could be conclusively attributed to the applied management alone. A slight, but non-significant shift in structural diversity was also observed, implying a residual effect of invasion. This study underscores the value of active, combined conservation strategies in maintaining biodiversity and ecosystem resilience in wetland habitats. The results contribute to broader discussions on invasive species control, emphasizing the role of traditional land-use practices in mitigating the ecological effects of biological invasions

Gastrointestinalis stromalis tumor a vékonybélben fiatal nőbetegben – az első tünetektől a gyógyulásig [Small bowel gastrointestinal stromal tumor in a young woman – from onset of symptoms to recovery]
Később kapszulaendoszkópiával kifekélyesedett tumornak imponáló laesiót találtunk a jejunumban, amelyet gastrointestinalis stromalis tumorként azonosítottunk a jejunoszkópia során vett biopsziás mintából. A beteg állapota romlott, végül relatív sürgősséggel laparoszkópos vékonybél-reszekciót végeztünk. Esetünk bemutatása rávilágít arra, hogy okkult vérzés esetén gondolni kell a vékonybél malignus folyamatára fiatal betegek esetén is. Orv Hetil. 2025; 166(40): 1590–1596. | The diagnosis of occult gastrointestinal bleeding can be challenging in many cases due to the lack of visible and per-
ceptible symptoms. Suspicion is mostly raised by the presence of iron deficiency anemia or fecal occult blood test
positivity. A 33-year-old female patient with severe iron deficiency anemia and significant abdominal pain presented
at our department with prior negative gastroscopy and ileocolonoscopy findings. Subsequently, capsule endoscopy
showed an ulcerated tumor-suspicious lesion in the jejunum, which was identified as a gastrointestinal stromal tumor
based on biopsy samples obtained during jejunoscopy. The general condition of the patient deteriorated rapidly until
a relatively urgent small bowel resection was necessary to be performed. Our case highlights the importance of con-
sidering small bowel malignancy in the cases of occult gastrointestinal bleeding, even in younger patients
