RASIO KEUANGAN SEBAGAI ALAT PREDIKTOR DELISTING PERUSAHAAN Financial ratio, delisting, listing dan discriminant analysis
The objective of the paper is to discuss the role of financial ratios as a tool of prediction of delisted companies. The following Financial Rasio are used: Earning per share, Equity per sahre, Closing price, Price eaming ratio, Price to book value, Debt to equity ratio, Current ratio, Net profit Margin and Retum on Asset. Sampel consists of 36 financial statements of delisted companies 1995 to 2002 and 45 fincial statements of isted companies at Jakarta Stock Exchange in 2002. The Statistical model used discrimant analysis with significantrate of a 5%. Debt to equity ratio and Net profitmargin are themosts listing and delisting companies. “Perception is more important than reality” (Al Ries & jack Trout, 2003). This is the sentence that can give us explanalion why companies want to spend plenty of money for advertising and promotion. So do with Extra Joss that spent much money for their promotion. But there are some concepts that have to be done for making the spending usefull One of those concepts is positioning-the act designing of the companies o distinctive place in the mind of target market (Kotler, 2003). The main purpose of this study is to identifying positioning of Extra Joss among ils close competitor based on perception ofits consumer, specifically labor worker on Industrial Estate Pulogadung. There are also trhee major pupose of this study: 1. to identifying brand awareness of non-liquid energy drink, 2. to identifying determinant alribut of non-liquid energy drink, 3. to identifying positioning Extra Joss based on perception of its consumer. The tools of the analysis of this study are correspondence analysis thal can give us a picture of perceptual map where product and those atribut can be plotted together, Factor analysis and analysis of mean score are also used for analysis

Bagaimana peran job motivation dalam memediasi hubungan workload dan job performance?: Empirical investigation
Tujuan - Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peningkatan mana beban kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan motivasi kerja , serta motivasi kerja yang berdampak pada kinerja pekerjaan . Selain iu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk membahas peran mediasi motivasi kerja pada hubungan beban kerja dan prestasi kerja .Desain / kontes / disponsori - Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang disebarkan langsung pada karyawan, dengan seluruh karyawan yaitu sebanyak 70 responden yang menggunakan sampel. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) sekaligus untuk menjawab hipotesis yang diajukan dalam studio ini.Hasil Penelitian - Hasil Penelitian Penyanyi menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh beban kerja Terhadap prestasi kerja positif Dan TIDAK signifikan, beban kerja Terhadap motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif Dan signifikan, motivasi kerja PADA pekerjaan kinerja also demikian, Serta Peran mediasi penuh motivasi kerja PADA Hubungan beban kerja Dan kinerja pekerjaan Telah didiskusikan dalam studi ini.Keterbaruan - membantah beberapa penelitian yang memiliki relevansi topik, namun lebih tidak membuktikan empiris yang membuktikan tentang hubungan terbalik antara beban kerja dan kinerja , dengan demikian studio ini dapat berkontribusi pada literatur manajemen, secara khusus bidang manajemen sumber daya manusia

ANALISIS RISK & RETURN PADA BUMN SEKTOR INDUSTRI JASA TELEKOMUNIKASI DI JAKARTA
The main purpose of this research is to detemine whether Retum (ROE, EPS, and Rentatibility) which is produced by Telecommunication Service Industry\u27s BUMNS, was mentioned before, increases because of the increasing of Risk (Financial Leverage) used. There will be an analysis and comparison of both BUMNS to describe this relationship and the effect of the Risk (Financial Leveraging) to Retum (ROE, EPSand Rentatibility). The analysis includes the effects of each BUMN, the strength or weakness relationship of both BUMN to the effect in Risk (Fianncial Leveraging) and Return (ROE, EPS and Rentatibility). The objects of this research are all BUMNS in Telecommunication Service Industry that has gone public and has five years stated financial report from 1992 to 1996
EXPOSURE NILAI TUKAR PADA PERUSAHAAN-PERUSAHAAN DI INDONESIA
Measuring Exchange rate Exposure or elasticity between changes in firm value and ex- change rate measures is important for making decision in firm financing. Using 10 big firm in Indonesia from 1998 to 2003 monthly, we find that REE (Residual Elasticity Exposure) meth- ods is better than TEE (Total Elasticity Exposure), because inclusion of a market retum varlable has a dramaticinfluence in these model. So, we suggest for finance managers in Indonesia to use Exchange rate Exposure from REE Model

A community is formed from feeling to be unity between partof agroup and goad relationship between them. Community tends to be identified as base on behavior or identification between parts of a group. The purpose of this research is to analyze how to build brand community at Toyota Corolla Club. SEM (Structural Equation Model) is used in this research using AMGS 4.0. Result of this research is the integration in community is a function of good relationship experienced by customers, brand, firm and another customer. Because of that, we suggest to supplier or sales manager to take part in build brand community in order to increase total revenue
PENGARUH LOCUS OF CONTROL, PERCEIVED RISK, VOTER DECISION INVOLVEMENT dan VOTER SATISFACTION TERHADAP VOTING STABILITY PEMILIH
The study examines the electoral psychology of Indonesian voters during the presidential Election 2004 by applying consumer behavior theory. The focus of the research is to explore the effects of locus of control, perceived risk, voter decision involvement and voter satisfaction on voling stability. The results indicated that tocus of control influences perceived risk, then, perceived risk influences voter decision involvement. Nexl, voter decision involvementinfluences voter satisfaction, which in tun influences voting slability. This means that the propensity to vote for the same candidate in the next election is influenced by voters\u27 psychological characteristics
