MANAJEMEN PEMBINAAN KOMPETENSI GURU MADRASAH ALIYAH BERBASIS PESANTREN
Get PDFThis study is proposed to identify and analyse the development of planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of teacher competence Pesantren-based Madrasah Aliyah. The research site was Darul Arqam MA Muhammadiyah MAN Cipasung Garut and Tasikmalaya. This study utilized a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observations, interviews and documentation. Academic qualifications of teachers in the two madrasas generally have met the minimum educational qualification as mandated by Law number 14 of 2005 regarding Teachers and Lecturers. Planning for teacher competency training in both madrasah generally use 3 stages, namely: diagnosis, planning and preparation of documents. The authority to conduct the training is in the head of madrasah or the leader of pesantren. The implementation of the trainings done through the program for improving the academic qualification, certification, integrated training and supervision. Basic principles of this trating activity always refers to the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad and the tradition of the al-salaf as-shâlih. Evaluation was conducted conducted on aspects of teacher competence. The evaluation results were followed up by workshop, remedial and preventive programs in the form of workshops, repair and prevention

Get PDFThe leadership and the atmosphere in the working environment within the organization as a manager and leader of an organization have a very big role in creating a conducive and innovative working environment. Therefore, this study investigates leadership and working climate influencing on employee performance of Lampung Provincial Education Office. It uses a quantitative approach and descriptive survey method. Based on data analysis, the results are as follows: first, in general the results of data analysis showed that the leadership, the climate of employee and employee performance Education Office of Lampung Province is categorised as middle/enough, it means that the leadership, work climate and employee performance still need to be improved. Based on the results it can be argued that in order to improve the performance of employees can be done through visionary leadership, hard work, perseverance, steel service and discipline as well as to create a conducive working environment
Guidance and Counseling based on Sûrat al-Fãtihah
Get PDFAmong the forms of guidance and counseling development there is the emergence of Islamic variety based models of guidance and counseling. One of them is model of al-Fãtihah-Based Guidance and Counseling (FBGC). The model was developed from the belief that science in the study of the Qur\u27an, especially al-Fãtihah has its own place, both in the study of its name and its content. Because it was developed from sÅ©rat al-Fãtihah, all the elements of the service, starting from the philosophical basis, guidance objective, material, procedures, counselors’ competencies and evaluation as well as indicators of the success of the service all are extracted from the contextualization of sÅ©rat al-Fãtihah. This paper was developed from a study of literatures. After doing the library study, the writer concluded that the FBGC can be used as complementary service in the implementation of guidance and counseling at Islamic school to support the embodiment of the golden generation after one hundred years of Indonesian independence in 2045. Â
LIFE SKILLS ORIENTATION IN MADRASAH CURRICULUM

The approach used is the science of Islamic education. Some important concepts in Islam that allows it to be analyzed and used as the basis of life skills-based curriculum contained in QS. Al-Ghâsyiyah [88]: 17-20, QS. Fâthir [35]: 39, QS. Al-Jâtsiyah [45]: 12-13, QS. Al-A‟râf [7]: 56-85 and QS. Al-Hujurât [49]: 1, 13, 18. Ethical values (Rasul Muhammad) Islam that allows elaborating life skills is shiddiq, amanah, fathanah and tabligh. The fourth value is assumed to equip graduates of madrassas that he later had a number of personal, social, academic, vocational and soft. Due to that reason, the researcherconsiders that it is necessary to design Balagha Curriculum which is easily understood by the students inIndonesia. The solution proposed is presenting the materials of Balagha contrastively: that is, by comparingthe similarities and differences with Indonesian Language system. The method used in this study is quasiexperimentalmethods. The experiments were carried out through giving pre-test and post-test to the students.Pre-test is to determine students’ prior understanding before the contrastive approach in learning Balagha isimplemented. Post-test is to determine students’ comprehension after the use of the approach. The result showsthat presenting Balagha materials through contrastive approach improves students’ learning outcomessignificantly. Thus, the development of Balagha teaching materials through contrastive approach can improvestudents’ understanding of Balagha materials
RELIGIOUS EDUCATION AND THE CHALLENGE OF PLURALISM IN INDONESIA
Get PDFThis paper discusses the issue of religious education in relation to the challenge of religious pluralism in Indonesia. The focus of this paper is: On finding out the kind of religious education that is compatible with the challenge of religious pluralism? By employing concept of religious pluralism and theory of religious education, this paper argues that to face the challenge of religious pluralism it is necessary to change the model of religious education from in, to at and beyond the wall. Religious education in the wall contributes to shape an exclusive model of religiosity; while religious education at and beyond the wall contributes to shape an inclusive and pluralist model of religiosity. The last two models are compatible to be applied in Indonesia in order to face the challenge of pluralism, because both of them help students to accept, respect, and value religious differences. Religious education should show that the common enemy of religion is not people of different faiths, but poverty, corruption, violence, ignorance, and the like, and they have to stand together to fight against these true enemies

The method used in this study was discourse analysis. The term “ummah†which is social study is known as “kemasyarakatan (social life)†was analyzed through Islamic education so that it results in education conception with social conception. It consists of the issue that every educator needs at least three requirements that must be fulfilled in order to prepare learners to be able to achieve the position as the best people (khairu ummah): amar makruf, nahi munkar, and commitment to be loyal to Allah‟s rules. PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DAN TRAFIKING
Get PDFThe purpose of this study explore the prophetic value of Islamic education in tackling trafficking. This research method is a survey in Cirebon and Indramayu against trafficked women. Islamic education contribute prophetic value in addressing trafficking in terms of; first, to identify the source of the problem. If the problem is poverty and low education, it is necessary to adopt policies to encourage the provision of Islamic education. The government is obliged to protect the welfare of the people persecuted and create; secondly, make regulations in favor of workers, especially women who are vulnerable to trafficking victims. The trick, the government should seriously implement the Presidential Decree No. 88/2002 on the National Action Plan for the Elimination of Trafficking in Women and Children and urged Parliament to back-up the provision of sanctions through Law Crime of Trafficking in Persons. Third, encourage the participation of the clergy to be involved in the response to trafficking through the non-formal Islamic education such as sermons, lectures or fatwa

However, all have an impact on the parenting behavior of children who care. Because there is a tendency that it affects all the parenting to intervention by the messages morals, manners, character, attitude and a certain character. In the perspective of moral education/Islam, all parenting basically to intervention by the attitude; 1 ) love, 2) love to pray; 3) gratitude; 4) fond of charity; 5) happy to share happiness with others; 6) always honest in saying or doing (do not lie to others); 7) adherence to the teachings of the religion/God; 8) to be firm yet polite and civilized; 9) always make use of leisure time were significantly; and 10) always pay attention to the rights of people alongside another patient in carrying out any form of liability /regulations set him. The ten akhlakiah dimension is reflected in parenting Muhammad Rasul while educating children, grandchildren and the whole community
