    Penjaminan mutu pendidikan dalam perspektif zonasi mutu

    The background of this research is the problem caused by the policy of the zoning radius system that regulates the admission of new students. The policy of this system cannot be denied that students who have achieved things are undervalued because they do not have the opportunity to study at the school of their choice. This results in a reduced student interest in learning. Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to: 1) determine the policy of implementing the zoning radius system; 2) determine the improvement of the quality of education with the policy of implementing the zoning radius system. This qualitative research uses interview, observation, and documentation data collection techniques. The collected data was then analyzed using only qualitative data analysis techniques. The location of this research is Madarasah Aliyah Negeri Rejang Lebong. The sources of data and informants selected were the principal, parents of students represented by the head of the school committee, and the teacher council. The results showed that the perspective of education with a zoning radius system was not very relevant to the location of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Rejang Lebong in particular, because many students had difficulty accessing the best educational services. Education must be accessible to all people, regardless of the student's location of origin and be non-discriminatory in providing services

    Keberadaan bimbingan dan konseling diberbagai lembaga pendidikan di Rejang Lebong memiliki bentuk program layanan dan karakteristik yang berbeda-beda. Karakteristik di sekolah tersebut, dapat dilihat dari banyaknya program layanan yang diterapkan pada peserta didik, baik itu layanan bimbingan konseling maupun program kedisiplinan, hal ini memerlukan integrasi bimbingan dan konseling dalam pendidikan dan bagaimana konselor mampu menerapkan di sekolah dan madrasah. Program bimbingan dan konseling berupa pelayanan yang dilaksanakan secara holistik di sekolah dan madrasah dengan mengacu kepada pola integrasi bimbingan dan konseling bertujuan untuk keberhasilan pencapaian program-program sekolah dan madrasah, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kulaititif dengan subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah dan konselor pada SMAN 5 Rejang Lebong, MAN Rejang Lebong, dan Pesantren Ar-Rahmah Curup, data hasil wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi dianalisis secara bersamaan melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola integrasi bimbingan dan koseling telah berlangsung dengan sangat baik, dan berjalan dengan optimal, kepala sekolah dan konselor dapat bekerja dengan sangat baik, program-program bimbingan dan konseling telah berjalan dengan optimal

    This study aims to analyze the effect of adversity intelligence and work performance on the professionalism of teachers .This research is quantitative correlational research. The sample was determined using a random sampling technique of 135 people. The instrument used was a questionnaire of adversity intelligence, work performance, and teacher professionalism. The data analysis tool was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling Method (SEM LISREL 8.30). The results showed that there was a significant effect of adversity intelligence on teacher professionalism .There is a significant effect of adversity intelligence on work performance. There is a significant effect on work performance on teacher professionalism. The results of this study imply that adversity intelligence and work performance are two factors that affect teacher professionalism

    Kualitas hidup profesional merupakan kualitas yang dirasakan seseorang berhubungan dengan pekerjaannya sebagai pemberi bantuan. Guru bimbingan dan konseling merupakan salah satu profesi yang memiliki peran untuk membantu konseli/ klien dalam menghadapi permasalahannya. Memiliki kualitas hidup profesional yang baik tentunya akan memiliki dampak yang baik tidak hanya untuk diri para pemberi bantuan dalam dunia pekerjaan maupun kehidupan pribadi mereka, tetapi juga akan berdampak pada konseli/ klien yang mereka bantu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian survei untuk melihat gambaran kualitas hidup profesional guru bimbingan dan konseling. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 93 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling di wilayah Jabodetabek dan 30 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling di wilayah non-Jabodetabek dengan total responden 123 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa skor untuk aspek kepuasan welas asih (Compassion Satisfaction) sebesar 69.9% Sedang dan 30.1% Tinggi. Skor untuk aspek kelelahan (Burnout) sebesar 63.4% Rendah dan 36.6% Sedang. Skor untuk aspek stres traumatis sekunder (Secondary Traumatic Stress) sebesar 59.3% Rendah, 39.8% Sedang, dan 0.8% Tinggi. Secara keseluruhan dengan rata-rata skor kepuasan welas asih (Compassion Satisfaction) berada pada kategori sedang mendekati tinggi, skor kelelahan (Burnout) rendah, dan skor stres traumatis sekunder (Secondary Traumatic Stress) rendah, hal ini merupakan hasil yang positif. Namun untuk lebih meningkatkan kepuasan welas asih (Compassion Satisfaction) dan mengurangi maupun meminimalisir kelelahan (Burnout) dan stres traumatis sekunder (Secondary Traumatic Stress), peneliti merekomendasikan untuk peneliti selanjutnya mengembangkan buku manual pelatihan Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup profesional (Professional Quality of Life)

    Fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan ditemukan bahwa rendahnya kompetensi pedadodik guru di sekolah dasar. Sehingga diperlukan upaya reflektif mengenai bagaimana melakukan ulang kembali upaya mengkonstruk dan mempertajam praktek kebiasaan pedagogik. Dalam hal ini gender memegang peran kunci pembaharuan pedagogic. Adapun pembaharuan kompetensi pedagogik tersebut mencakup kompetensi mengenai dimensi pengetahuan, reflektif, emosi dan pola komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah gender menjadi faktor prediktor dalam pembentukan profil kompetensi pedagogik. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Duri Kepa 05 Pagi Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penggunaan instrumen angket dengan skala likert dengan lima alternatif jawaban. Analisis data menggunakan tools Partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan perbedaan rata-rata secara signifikan pada gender perempuan terhadap profil kompetensi pedagogi

    College student’s social anxiety: a study of the young people mental health in digital age

    Purpose of this study is to analyze whether in the current era social anxiety problems are still developing among college students and whether there are any differences in the level of social anxiety was based on the year of entry (new college students - old college students) and gender. This research is a quantitative-descriptive and comparative studies. Hypotheses are there is no difference in social anxiety level based on the year of entry nor gender. The subjects are undergraduate college students totaled 364 people. Instrument used for data collection is Liebowitz Social Anxiety Scale-Self Report (LSAs-SR). Results showed that 76.9% of the subjects experienced social anxiety. There is no difference in the level of social anxiety among new college students and old college college students nor between male college students and college students

    This study aimed to determine: 1) The correlation between perceptions on parental involvement and students' academic self-efficacy in online learning; 2) The correlation between perceptions on teacher’s social role and students' academic self-efficacy in online learning; 3) The correlation between perceptions on parental involvement and perceptions on teacher’s social role with students' academic self-efficacy in online learning. The subjects were 900 senior and junior high school students in Buleleng Regency, Bali who took online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection tools used were scale of student's academic self-efficacy, scale of perception on parental involvement, and scale of the perception on teacher's social role. The simple regression technique was used to analyze the first and second hypotheses, while the multiple regression technique was used to tests the third hypothesis. The results indicated that; 1) There was a positive relationship between perceptions on parental involvement with students' academic self-efficacy in online learning during pandemic period, 2) there was a positive relationship between perceptions on teacher’s the social role and students' academic self-efficacy 3) there was a positive relationship between perceptions on parental involvement and perceptions on teacher’s social role with students' academic self-efficacy in online learning during pandemic

    Education has a very close relationship to the change of values and culture, therefore in order to achieve the purity of the culture, education needs to form a strong individual person, in order to achieve a golden Indonesia by not softening existing values and cultures. Therefore, it is important to conduct this research aiming to find out the socio-cultural system of the Indonesian people in the social science learning curriculum for the junior secondary level in the province of Riau. This study uses descriptive evaluative design with mixed method type that mixed method. Purposive smpling is a sampling technique used by researchers, with several stages of data collection including: observation, interview, documentation and questionnaires. After research and results were obtained that the 2013 curriculum is better used in junior high school students compared to KTSP, by using the 2013 curriculum and a qualified strategy in the learning process can increase students' curiosity towards learning and social problems in the environment, students can understand the learning well and deeper into the value of Malay culture

    In the efforts of internasionalization, change has been occurred in academia organisations in Indonesia. In higher education, there are several changes in research fields which was driven to publish international publications. While implementing this change, there was often an ambivalent reaction, both supporting change and opposing change. This ambivalent reaction will inhibit change and prompt counterproductive employees. Therefore, it is important to identify these reactions and factors associated with these reactions among organizational members. This study aims to investigate lecturers’ ambivalence regarding their responses to international publication policy.. This study also investigates the effect of employees’ personalitieson ambivalence reaction and the moderating effect.This study used a crossectional approach. Data were collected through lecturers in 5 social science faculties in a public university in Indonesia, using online questionnaire via google form. The instrument of ambivalence reaction are based on attitude toward change scale.Regression analysis was used to estimates the correlation, and interaction analysis was calculated to test the moderating effect. This study found that dispositional resistance to change’ personalitysignificantly correlated with ambivalence reaction.And the correlation was moderated by employee’s high trust in organization.However this study did not found a significance difference on low trust in management, dispositional resistance to change, and ambivalence. This study also found the challenges and the lecturer’s needs to publish in international publications
