Contribution of religious moderation among multicultural counseling competence
The issue of religious moderation in Islamic counseling is part of the ethical and moral values of the counselor. Religious moderation education should be able to improve multicultural competence, especially in prospective Islamic counselors. This study aims to analyze whether religious moderation contributes to the development of multicultural counseling competence. The study used ex-post facto to examine the relationship between religious moderation and the multicultural counseling competence. The research was conducted through a survey using a google form to 30 students of Islamic Guidance and Counseling at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten and 30 students of guidance and counseling at the University of PGRI Palembang. The results showed that religious moderation contributes to the development of multicultural counseling competencies. Religious moderation supports the development of multicultural insight regarding differences in values and a person's perspective in religion
Linking quality of work-life to turnover intention: The role of organizational citizenship behavior
Turnover is an enemy of the organization that needs to be avoided by every organization, including private school organizations. Hence, this study aims to examine the effect of quality of work-life (QWL) on teachers' turnover intention, mediated by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), to overcome turnover intention among private school teachers. This research uses a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was collected the data through the survey methods for 224 teachers of an honorary private school in Indonesia. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational. The results indicated that QWL affects teachers' turnover intention through QWL. Therefore, the teachers' turnover intention can reduce by improving QWL and OCB. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of teachers' turnover intention in various contexts in the future
Subjective well being children with ADHD
Identifying how subjective well-being is based on the perceptions of children with ADHD itself and to find out what aspects show children with ADHD are feeling their well-being and what aspects show children with ADHD have not developed their well-being its important to be known. The child's voice is important and is the most accurate data in showing what the child feels themselves include about their subjective wellbeing. Case study qualitative research methods by interview with a sample of 44 children comprising 3 females, 41 males (age 8-12). Data analysis was using thematic analysis with NVIVO 12. The results indicate that children with ADHD in general, in their lives, are already having their well-being and some are not. In general the factors that make children with ADHD feel their well-being or not, include about capable do something, when get what they want, and have positive/ negative relationships with the people around them. It is important to pay attention to the subjective well-being children with ADHD, it is hoped that teachers, parents, and government can further optimize their respective roles and collaborate with each other to jointly pay attention to children's well-being with various strategies and policies
Analisis perilaku kepemimpinan guru Indonesia di era pandemi Covid 19 menggunakan Rasch
Valid and reliable information regarding teacher leadership behavior in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic is very important. This study aims to find a reliable research instrument on teacher leadership in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic and at the same time recommend important findings for improving teacher leadership behavior. The study began with a theoretical study to obtain content validity, continued with expert validity, readability trials, and finally distributed the instrument via online. Analysis of research data using the Rasch model with 6 tests. The research data comes from 1200 teachers in Indonesia. The findings are: (1) recommended 10 items of instruments for research on teacher leadership behavior in the era of the covid 19 pandemic, (2) recommended 4 important findings to improve the condition of teacher leadership behavior, namely: (i) reflection skill, (ii) collaboration and communication, (iii) learning technology, and (iv) learning community
Efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi pengolahan alat ungkap masalah seri PTSDL (SP-AUM PTSDL Versi. 1) bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling/konselor di Sumatera Barat
Need Assesment merupakan suatu unsur penting sebagai acuan dalam penyusunan program BK sehingga dibutuhkan keterbaharuan serta inovasi untuk memudahkan dalam proses administrasi, pengolahan serta evaluasinya oleh guru BK/Konselor diSekolah. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kefektifan dan kelayakan penggunaan aplikasi pengolahan Alat Ungkap Masalah Seri PTSDL (SP-AUM PTSDL Versi.1) bagi Guru BK/Konselor. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian Research and Development. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah sasaran pengguna software pengolahan alat ungkap masalah seri PSTDL (SP-AUM PSTDL Versi. 1) yaitu 15 orang konselor, 15 orang guru BK dan 15 orang mahasiswa BK. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala, inventori serta wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta melakukan uji uji kesesuaian/keselarasan. Hasil Penelitian berdasarkan uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa Alat Ungkap Masalah Seri PTSDL (SP-AUM PTSDL Versi.1) dinyatakan efeketif dan layak digunakan baik dari segi kelayakan program websitemaupun kelayakan substansi dari isi AUM PTSDL. Hasil ini menujukkan bahwa SP-AUM PTSDL Versi.1 layak digunakan oleh guru BK/Konselor disekolah sebagai salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan need asessment
Pengembangan Model Manajemen Layanan Informasi Karir Berbasis ICT Bagi Peserta Didik SMA
Research problem formulation is how to develop career information services in high school to improve high school students' understanding of careers. Research Objectives include: (1) knowing career information services that have been carried out in high school; (2) describes the advantages and disadvantages of career information services in high school; (3) developing ICT-based career information service models for high school students. The research was designed based on the objectives to be achieved, the approach used to use the method of "research and development" (R&D) by following the pattern of stages of Borg and Gall research (2003). The trial was summarized into 3 main stages namely introduction, development and testing. The research trial was conducted in Salatiga with the research subjects being high school students. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis uses quantitative and qualitative analysis. R & D results obtained by factual models, design models, and the final model is given the name of ICT-Based Career Information Service Management Model for High School Students. The name of the career information service program on the website is http //: tesbakat.top which contains: (1) self-exploration of interest and personality tests; (2) lecture exploration; (3) career exploration; (4) evaluation and self-reflection. The model is already suitable to use. Evidenced by the development of ICT-based career information management service management models can improve the career understanding of high school students
Mobile learning design and development to develop student decision making skills in social emotional learning process
The development of technology and education is a set of two inseparable things. In education, technology affects both the learning process and the interaction between teacher and students. This condition poses a challenge for teachers, students, and schools to prepare innovative and exciting learning strategies so that the learning process runs optimally. This research aims to develop mobile learning as a learning medium in education. The research uses Research and Development Method with the ADDIE development model. The data collection method utilizes Social-Emotional in Learning Questionnaire previously tested for its validity and reliability to 30 students in Tangerang, Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is Pearson product-moment in quantitative approach. The results of this study reveal that there are 20 valid items of the SEL Questionnaire in addition to a model of mobile learning to equip decision making skill as one of the Social-Emotional skills needed in the 4.0 industrial revolutions. The model consists of 4 parts: pretest form, contents about decision-making skill, case study, and evaluation form. This research provides an alternative approach based on technology to enhance students' decision-making abilities in guidance and counselling services
Designing of multimedia learning using lectora inspire for informatics education students
Learning is more interesting and helps foster a sense of enthusiasm for learning is the role of multimedia. This study aims to design multimedia learning on the subject of Computer Networks and Data Communication for informatics education students. This type of research uses a development research approach, this research will only focus on stage I, namely designing multimedia learning. Designing multimedia learning in computer networking and data communications subject using Lectora Inspire Software. Furthermore, validation is carried out based on expert trials, on aspects of software engineering, aspects of application design, aspects of visual communication. The results of designing multimedia learning in the subject of Computer Networks and Data Communication for informatics education students are valid, feasible, easy to use, and very friendly. So that with this multimedia learning design greatly contributes to learning in informatics education
Komitmen hidup membiara atau hidup religius dalam perspektif komitmen organisasi
Commitment is a promise or attachment to a particular object or subject and is related to the personal social aspect. In the context of religious life, the commitment of a religious person or who chooses to live as nun is a pledge of vows; purity, obedience and poverty. This research aims to see life commitment deepen in the perspective of organizational commitment according to Meyer and Allen. Respondents in this study were 14 junior sisters, those who were already in the relationship but still in formal assistance by formators or counselors. Qualitative research was used as a methode in this research. Of the three models of organizational commitment, affective commitment is a commitment that is in line with the commitment of religious life. The findings show that life commitment of the sisters, in the perspective of organizational commitment, is still in the process of growth towards affective commitment. The effect of knowledge management on the performance of lecturers and performance of private universities
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between knowledge management on lecturer performance, knowledge management on private university performance, and lecturer performance on private university performance. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at a private university in Tangerang City. A sample of 120 respondents with data collection using an online questionnaire which was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling using the Smart PLS 3.0 data processing tool. The selection of the sample of respondents used simple random sampling. Based on the results of data processing, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of managerial knowledge on the performance of lecturers, a significant influence of managerial knowledge on lecturers' performance.
