    Crisis counseling promotion during the pandemic is important for the community since the crisis problems of an individual must receive immediate management. Thus, the problems must receive a solution-focused crisis counseling approach. This approach is deemed appropriate because the counseling is brief and could develop the potential of the counselee and also the problem solutions. This research aimed to 1) arrange the solution-focused crisis counseling module to reduce the children's trauma after the COVID-19 pandemic, 2) validate the module construction both from the content and appearance, and 3) revise the module based on expert judgment.This Research & Development took the research subjects during the preliminary analysis of need. The subjects were the guidance and counseling students that would join the child and adolescent counseling course.  On the other hand, the research subjects to validate the module consisted of experts in counseling and media.  The applied instruments were interviews and questionnaires.  The module validation involved experts in module materials and appearance. The applied data analyses were quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analyses.  The preliminary research results found that the students had no background knowledge of solution-focused crisis counseling although they needed the knowledge as a reference to promote counseling. The quantitative analyses of the counseling experts showed a total score between 56 to 68, categorized as excellent. On the other hand, the quantitative analysis results of the module-appearance expert obtained a score of 45, categorized as fairly excellent.     Significance of Self-Efficacy and Student Academic Stress

    Academic stress is the pressure that is felt by individuals in achieving the expected goals. The phenomenon that occurs is that students are not so confident in their abilities that they cause academic stress in achieving their college goals. This study aims to obtain a picture of student self-efficacy and an overview of student academic stress in the guidance and counseling study program. Based on the results of the study found the coefficient of self-efficacy variables with student academic stress is said to be significant and negatively correlated. This research departs from the fact that many students feel pressured by many assignments at school, and this causes their stress symptoms to experience at school. Therefore the ability to solve problems (self-efficacy) is thought to be very important to deal with these problems. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and stress symptoms of elementary school students (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Private) in Solok City, West Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a population of 354 students. However, only grades 4-6 were included in this study as a sample totaling 80 people. The sampling technique used is proportional to stratified soak sampling. The statistical model used in this study is the Pearson correlation.     Pengaruh pendidikan seks terhadap perilaku pranikah

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan seks terhadap perilaku pranikah di gereja GBI The Seed. Berdasarkan interpretasi data yang diperoleh dari pendapat responden peneliti menyatakan bahwa tujuan pendidikan seks untuk memberikan pengetahuan sehingga pemuda-pemudi bisa bersikap kristis dalam menanggapi perilaku seks pranikah dan menolak perilaku yang menyimpang. Dari jumlah reponden sebanyak 40, semua setuju bahwa pendidikan seks memiliki pengaruh terhadap perilaku seks pranikah pemuda-pemudi di Gereja Bethel Indonesia The Seed Yogyakarta dengan presentase berdasarkan analisis regresi diperoleh angka R square adalah 1,48.  R square dapat disebut koefisien determinasi, yang berarti 14,8% perilaku seks pranikah di Gereja Bethel Indonesia The Seed Yogyakarta dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan seks.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa ada pengaruh pendidikan seks  terhadap perilaku pranikah di gereja GBI The Seed

    Knowledge integration capability, innovativeness, and entrepreneurial orientation on business performance

    Objectives – This study aims to analyze the business performance of SMEs in South Sumatera, which has limited resources and is affected by the COVID-19 pandemic but can still survive. The business performance is analyzed through knowledge integration capability, innovativeness, and entrepreneurial orientation.Design/methodology/approach – The research method used is a questionnaire survey, and the respondents observed were 232 SMEs in South Sumatra. The data analysis technique uses a two-step approach to SEM with SEM-AMOS 25.Findings – The Business Performance Model is acceptable. Furthermore, business performance is influenced by knowledge integration capability, innovativeness, and entrepreneurial orientation. The more SMEs that have a strong entrepreneurial orientation can integrate the knowledge of their employees and have the ability to adopt innovation (innovativeness) quickly, SMEs can improve their performance, even in difficult times due to the COVID-19 pandemic.Research limitations/implications – This study only observed SMEs that survived the COVID-19 pandemic and did not involve SME respondents who failed to adapt to the pandemic. This study only uses knowledge integration capability, innovativeness, and entrepreneurial orientation in predicting performance. The ability to integrate knowledge has a relatively small impact on the performance of SMEs, and it is better if the influence of this knowledge can be analyzed further to get better results.Originality/value – This study adds entrepreneurial orientation as a determinant of the ability to integrate knowledge in one model analyzed to predict SMEs' performance after the COVID-19 pandemic. The respondents of this research are also SMEs that have been affected by COVID-19 and are still surviving now

    Pengembangan aplikasi media pembelajaran perangkat komputer berbasis augmented reality (AR)

    This research aims to design Learning Media Introduction to Computer Devices Using Augmented Reality to facilitate understanding of the material on Computer Devices material. This type of research is R&D (Research & Development) and uses the ADDIE analysis model, with design and development steps (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation and (5) Evaluation. The results of the analysis of the validity test by the validator were obtained at 85.23%, it can be interpreted as valid to use. Analysis of the practicality test was obtained at 95.18%, so it can be interpreted as very practical to use. The results of the analysis of the overall effectiveness test were obtained at 90.72%, so that the level of effectiveness can be interpreted as very effective in use. Thus, the Android-based Augmented Reality learning media as a learning medium has been tested for feasibility, advantages, and can be used in the learning process of computer devices

    Steps of learning strategies in social science learning activities

    This study aims to determine the learning strategy implementation that is applied in social science learning activities at MIN 2 Bengkulu City “as a representative, purposive and inspirational sample. This is due to a number of reasons, such as in social science learning activities at the basic education level only using teacher-centered expository learning strategies. In addition, the teacher is not right in selecting, sorting, and implementing learning strategies. The lack of variety in learning methods increasingly makes students less/less versed in the subject matter. In the end, with fewer/not mastering students in social science subjects, the learning outcomes/grades are poor. The research method used is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study in the form of implementing learning strategies in learning activities in the field of social science are generally divided into three steps, namely planning; time, sequence of learning activities, methods, media/learning materials, implementation; preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities and follow-up and end with evaluation; test and non-test. The learning strategies used in learning social sciences are reading aloud, active sharing of knowledge, and small group discussions

Kesejahteraan psikologis digambarkan sebagai kombinasi dari keadaan-keadaan yang berdampak positif dan berfungsi secara optimal dalam kehidupan baik secara individu maupun sosial. Hidup membiara adalah suatu bentuk hidup yang dibaktikan dan dipilih secara bebas yang terwujud dalam penghayatan kaul-kaul kebiaraan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesejahteraan psikologis dalam hidup membiara dan upaya-upaya konstruktif untuk mengembangkannya. Penulis menelaah konsep, dimensi-dimensi, faktor-faktor, dan penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang berkontribusi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis.     This research aims to find out more about the parental engagement in children's online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Patterns of Parental Attention to Interest in Children Learning Mathematics in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. This research is useful for students, teachers/parents, and future researchers. This type of research is Ex post facto  research using a quantitative approach with the data collection instrument using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The sample of this study is class VII.4 taken from the population using cluster random sampling technique by choosing one class at random from the whole class. VII is there. The results showed that: the pattern of attention carried out by parents to their children was categorized as very low, referring to the interpretation level. Students' interest in learning mathematics during the pandemic is in the very low category. The results showed that the pattern of parental attention during the Covid-19 pandemic on students' interest in learning mathematics showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the pattern of parental attention on students' interest in learning mathematics during the pandemic, proven by the calculated value of 20 samples, which showed that the pattern of attention parents have a strong relationship with

    Character education to improving student learning outcomes

    The issue of character education is one of the problems that need to be addressed in Indonesian education. In this study, researchers focused on the low implementation of the character and role of parents in improving the learning outcomes of Physical Education at middle school students. This study aims to analyze the relationship between character and learning outcomes of Physical Education at middle school students. The type of research used in this research is quantitative correlation research with a total sample of 30 students. The research instrument is a implementation character education at school. The results of the research are that there is no significant relationship between character and learning outcomes of Physical Education at Middle school students. Thus it can be seen that character values do not have an impact on improving learning outcomes in the Physical Education subject in Junior High School students, this is because the implementation of character in the physical education subject has not yet been implemented properly, so that it has an impact on student learning outcomes who are still below the limit value
