    Profil kepribadian pembina asrama di Sekolah Asrama Taruna Papua (SATP)

    Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis profil kepribadian koordinator dan anggota pembina asrama di Sekolah Asrama Taruna Papua (SATP) Kabupaten Mimika Provinsi Papua Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini tergolong penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif . Populasinya berjumlah 45 orang pembina asrama sekaligus menjadi sumber data utama. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumen berupa laporan hasil pemeriksaan psikologis terhadap pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan SATP yang telah tersedia dalam data base pada unit Laboratorium BK-Psikologis FKIP UNCEN. Selain itu dilakukan wawancara dan pengamatan terbatas untuk mendukung data hasil studi dokumen. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama, setengah koordinator pembina asrama di SATP Mimika Papua Tengah memiliki kepribadian adaptasi sosial yang cukup baik, sementara setengahnya lagi memiliki kepercayaan diri kategori kurang. Kedua, lebih dari setengah anggota pembina asrama di SATP Mimika Papua Tengah memiliki kepribadian loyalitas yang cukup baik, namun dalam hal kepercayaan diri lebih dari setengah berada pada kategori kurang. Berdasarkan kajian ini, pihak manajemen perlu melakukan refleksi sistem rekrutmen dan penguatan kapasitas kepercayaan diri koordinator dan anggota pembina asrama SATP Mimika Papua Tengah

    Teaching functional skills for individual with autism spectrum disorder (ASD): a systematic review

    Functional skills are an ability needed to navigate everyday daily life. In recent years, many research conducted to improve the functional skills of an individual with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) using a specific intervention. This study investigates articles related to functional skills for an individual with ASD in the database Sage Journal, Scopus, and Springer Link. The selected articles were chosen based on keywords, years of publication and criteria of inclusion. A total of 46 articles were selected to be reviewed in this research. The results showed social skills were researched most among other types of functional skills and video modeling was the most used intervention to improve the functional skills of an individual with ASD. This study provides valuable information on improving functional skills for an individual with ASD and the intervention used to improve it

    Trend in obtaining career information in the digital era within the context of post-covid-19 career anxiety

    The aim of this study was to analyze trend in obtaining career information in the digital era within the context of post-COVID-19 career anxiety. This was a comparative descriptive study and the data were obtained through random sampling. The sample consisted of 267 students randomly selected from various universities in East Aceh. Furthermore, career anxiety scale was used as the main measurement tool, which has high reliability with Cronbach's alpha of 0.85 and item reliability in Rasch 0.98. Descriptive analysis and ANOVA test were used to analyze the data. The results showed significant differences in level of post-COVID-19 career anxiety based on gender and addiction level. However, in the context of career information, there were no statistically significant differences. Another interesting result was that career information from friends remained trend in the digital era, and this trend persisted till present. Therefore, the results of this study can be used as a basis for the development of programs to overcome career anxiety

    Adjustment of college students and high school students who like watching Korean dramas

    Most Korean drama fans are students. Watching Korean dramas also impacts students' attitudes and behavior, including their adjustment to campus life. This research aims to determine the adjustment of students who enjoy watching Korean dramas in terms of emotional maturity, intellectual maturity, social maturity, and responsibility. The study follows a quantitative descriptive research design and was conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Riau University. The sampling technique employed was the snowball sampling method, resulting in a sample size of 102 participants. Data for this research consist of interval data collected through respondents filling out the self-adjustment scale instrument. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. The research findings reveal that students who enjoy watching Korean dramas exhibit medium-level adjustments in three aspects: emotional maturity, intellectual maturity, and responsibility. However, one aspect of adjustment falls into the low category—social maturity. Therefore, students classified in the low social maturity category may benefit from interventions to enhance their social relations maturity on campus

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi riset-riset yang berpengaruh dalam topik supervisi rekan sejawat dalam praktik konseling dan untuk memberikan wawasan tematik bagi akademisi bimbingan dan konseling.  Supervisi rekan sejawat adalah salah satu dari enam model supervisi psikoterapi yang memfasilitasi diskusi tentang masalah pengembangan profesional. Artikel ini menyajikan analisis bibliometrik (analisis frekuensi, metrik kutipan, dan visualisasi data) dari basis data Scopus pada kurun periode 1965–pertengahan 2022. Analisis ini memeriksa 200 artikel yang berhubungan dengan supervisi rekan sejawat menggunakan analisis kutipan dan kutipan bersama dengan total 3.303 kutipan. Kata kunci yang memiliki tautan terkuat yaitu "supervisi sejawat", "supervisi kelompok", dan "supervisi klinis". Sebanyak 285 penulis dan 66 penerbit di 16 negara menerbitkan tercatat berkontirbusi pada topik supervisi rekan sejawat dalam berbagai bahasa. Penerbit dengan peringkat tertinggi adalah Wiley-Blackwell, dengan 33 publikasi dan 545 kutipan. Gulsah Kemer (Old Dominion University), Dana Foglesong (Magellan Complete Care), Hugh C. Thompson (University of Arizona) merupakan penulis supervisi rekan sejawat yang paling produktif. Kami juga menggunakan alat analisis visualisasi jaringan untuk membuat profil fitur sentralitas dari kluster kata kunci topik supervisi rekan sejawat. Penelitian ini menemukan literatur yang ada didominasi pada wilayah supervisi klinis. Peneliti berikutnya direkomendasikan untuk fokus pada pengembangan model supervisi rekan sejawat yang berkaitan dengan identitas profesional, karena wilayah ini yang belum mendapat perhatian yang memadai

    Data pelecehan seksual siber di perguruan tinggi semakin meningkat seiring dengan kesadaran dan keberanian para korban dan masyarakat untuk “bersuara” terkait kasus-kasus kekerasan seksual, termasuk kasus cybersexsual. Kasus kekerasan cybersexsual bisa berdampak terhadap kondisi kesehatan mental korban. Peran keberfungsian keluarga menjadi penting dalam membantu meminimalisir kondisi kesehatan mental korban kekerasan cybersexsual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kekerasan cybersexsual dan keberfungsian keluarga terhadap kesehatan mental korban kekerasan cybersexual di perguruan Tinggi. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah civitas akademika perguruan tinggi “X” yang mengalami kekerasan cybersexsual berjumlah 41 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi ganda Penelitian ini telah melalui uji etika penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kekerasan cyberseksual yang dialami maka kondisi kesehatan mentalnya akan semakin rendah. Selain itu, didapatkan bahwa semakin tinggi keberfungsian keluarga maka akan semakin tinggi kesehatan mentalnya. Kontribusi variabel kekerasan cybersexual dan keberfungsian keluarga terhadap kesehatan mental sebesar 48,2%. Oleh karena itu, perlunya perhatian dan dukungan dari pemerintah dan perguruan tinggi dalam mengantisipasi meluasnya kekerasan cybersexsual dengan tindakan preventif, promotif maupin kuratif. Selain itu, peran keberfungsian keluarga untuk memulihkan kesehatan mental korban menjadi sangat penting

    Construct validity test on the Indonesian version of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale (CDSES)

    This study aimed to assess the construct validity of Indonesian version of the Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale (CDSES) by conducting a convergent evidence test. This version comprised 30 items that measured individual confidence in making career-related decision across seven dimensions, including occupational information (OI), goal selection (GS), self-appraisal (SA), school achievement (ScA), problem-solving (PS), social support (SS), and planning. Despite passing the content validity test, CDSES-Indonesian version lacked psychometric properties in terms of convergent evidence. A construct validation analysis was carried out, incorporating the NEO-PI instruments developed by Costa & McCrae in 1992 into CDSES-Indonesia version. This study involved 211 respondents, including 123 women and 88 men aged between 17 and 35, all being university students. Google Form was used as a platform to distribute the questionnaires for the two measuring instruments to the participants. The results showed a significant relationship between CDSES and personality traits. Four personality traits, namely conscientiousness, openness, extraversion, and agreeableness, exhibited positive correlations with CDSES, while neuroticism showed a negative relationship

    The effectiveness of personal-social guidance services through strength-based advising for the development of social adjustment in adolescents

    Personal-social guidance through strengths-based advising is an effort to synchronize education with guidance and counseling services. This study aims to produce a personal-social guidance model through strength-based advising to develop social adjustment in adolescents. The research problem formulation is the effectiveness of the personal-social guidance model through strengths-based advising on adolescent social adjustment. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach (mixed method). The model used is explanatory sequential mixed methods. The research results show personal-social guidance model through strength-based advising can be effective for developing social adjustment. The social adjustment aspect with the highest significance is the recognition aspect, with a significance of 0.235 compared to other aspects  . The implication of this study is that a strengths-based approach to providing personal-social guidance can potentially improve adolescent social adjustment. This underscores the importance of integrating a strengths-based advising approach in personal-social guidance services to assist adolescents in overcoming their social challenges

    The role of optimism in subjective career success of millenial employees using job crafting as a mediator variable

    This study examines the relationship between optimism and subjective career success with job crafting as a mediating variable. The approach in this study uses the theory of resource conservation (COR) to explain individual behavior based on future needs in obtaining and maintaining resources derived from self and social in achieving goals that are valued personally. The research method used is quantitative. Respondents in this study with a total of 295 people. There are three measuring instruments used in this study, namely the Subjective Career Success Inventory (SCSI) for subjective career success variables. One of the dimensions of the measuring instrument multidimensional Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ) for the optimism variable and The Job Crafting Questionnaire  for the job crafting variable. The analysis used is Hayes to see the mediating relationship between job crafting and optimism on subjective career success. The results in this study indicate that the influence of job crafting partially mediates the relationship between optimism and subjective career success. Thus, to be able to increase subjective career success, organizations need to pay attention to opportunities to do job crafting in addition to the optimism factor of its employees

    The interaction effect of personality hardiness and fear of failure to predict achievement motivation adolescents of working mother

    Individuals with traits of hardiness believe that success is the result of both positive and negative life experiences. People who are highly motivated to achieve have a close relationship with intense dedication, reasonable control, and positive challenges. They are even willing to accept failure as part of the goal-setting process This study was conducted to explain the psychological characteristics of hardness and fear of failure that are predicted to determine the achievement motivation of adolescents whose mothers are employed. Participants were recruited anonymously and willingly from universities in Pekanbaru, Indonesia, Riau. After collecting and analyzing 280 questionnaires for outlier analysis, 188 were found valid for further study. Two stages of measurement were carried out; measuring was examined, and the structural model was deemed statistically significant. This study applied a quantitative methodology to the analysis of the path analysis mediation model. This study employs three measurement instruments and demographic data to address research issues. Dispositional Resilience Scale-15 (DRS-15), an action strategy to measure achievement motivation behavior personality, and the Performance Failure Appraisal Inventory (PFAI), a multidimensional assessment of cognitive-motivational-relational fear of failure, were used in this study to collect data. Path analysis from SmartPLS 3.2 was used to analyze the research data and determine the moderating and correlation values for the studied variables. This assessment indicates that fear of failure does not contribute to SMK students in Pekanbaru's toughness with success motivation. In contrast, the coefficient values for other factors indicate a positive contribution
