Digital based e-counseling application on instagram,whatsapp and website to support services counseling at universitas Jambi
Counseling services are really needed by students in carrying out their studies. In line with the rapid development of technology, the counseling process can be carried out remotely and with the help of technology connected to the internet network, known as e-counseling. This research aims to develop a product with validity, practicality and effectiveness tests. The research took stages in developing a research design consisting of several stages, namely: 1) preliminary research 2) prototype stage 3) assessment stage. The population of 1291 people, the sample in this study was 350 students taken using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, questionnaires, tests and literature reviews. This indicates that in general, the implementation of the Counseling Application is better than the group that did not use the counseling application in counseling guidance. These test results prove that the Counseling Application is more effective for use by students
Enhancing educational quality during MBKM implementation
This study aimed to evaluate the educational quality of Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum, alongside the competency of students and the satisfaction level of the framework partners. An exploratory and descriptive approach was employed, involving students and partners associated with MBKM during the semester 2021/2022 academic session. A descriptive quantitative approach was also used, involving a total of 199 respondents selected through complete sampling. This group comprised 189 students, with 3 university associates, and 8 non-university partners. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire provided by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Analysis, and Technology, and subjected to simple regression analysis. The results showed that MBKM implementation met the quality standards encompassing education, array, community engagement, and additional criteria as specified in SN-DIKTI. This indicated a positive connection between the competency of students and the satisfaction of MBKM partners. Therefore, this study observed that MBKM implementation successfully achieved the education quality criteria for graduate competency
Community counseling strategies to improve mental health literacy
This study aimed to analyze community counseling strategies to increase public awareness about mental health services literacy. A cross-sectional survey design method was used and the samples included 339 respondents with an age range of 13 -50 years from various cities in Indonesia. The samples were selected using the Incidental sampling technique. Data were collected using a community awareness instrument for mental health services, implemented through an internet-based survey hosted on the Sobat Konseling account. The data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics. The results showed that respondents genuinely cared about mental health after being exposed to various vital information. However, there was a lack of understanding regarding the symptoms of mental disorders. There was also limited awareness regarding the function of professional services, with only 1.47% of respondents selecting to consult a professional counselor, while others preferred to seek advice from friends and families, or refused to seek counseling at all. The results served as a reference for community counseling, providing insights into the formulation of strategies to enhance knowledge and skills in identifying mental disorders. Moreover, there is a need to build trust and understanding of the roles and experiences of counselors in handling psychological disorders through online counseling services
The urgency of moral aqeedah education and religious moderation for the millennial generation
As agents of change, millennial must be able to adapt to new situations and overcome challenges with negative effects. Moral education has helped millennial adopt moderate religious values. Therefore, this study examined aqeedah, moral, and religious moderation education of millennial. Data was collected through systematic, transparent, and reproducible literature reviews, which were used to discover, analyze and synthesize varied studies. A connected paper platform facilitated exploring different literature and identifying keyword-related literature. Descriptive analytics were used to analyze and summarize the data. The result showed that moral aqeedah education must be used to teach millennial age strong values, tolerance, and peace to achieve religious moderation. Furthermore, home, school, and community moral education must start with aqeedah to teach them religious moderation

To find out the conflict management problems of SMPN 1 Karang Jaya students, the method used is descriptive qualitative research. The main sample in the school principal's research, the sampling procedure: a. Define the population to be observed, b. Determine the sample frame and collection of all events that will occur, c. , determine the technique of sampling methods and d. Sampling. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques data reduction. The results of conflict management research identify discipline, determine resolution steps, implement resolution steps, evaluate. As for the planning of school principals, vice principals, student representatives, and teachers, conflict management in resolving student discipline issues is quite good. Solutions to threats and negotiations. Tips are to reprimand students wisely, develop positive energy, solve problems, involve parents of students, obstacles to implementing management of understanding of children who are still unstable, lack of cooperation with student parents, limited facilities and infrastructure. The implication is that school principals are required to have the ability to manage conflict in schools, because with the ability to manage conflicts that are owned, schools can help increase the productivity of school organizations
Memahami makna hidup siswa dari keluarga broken home : wawasan gender, urutan kelahiran, dan penggunaan internet
Keluarga broken home, yang terjadi akibat perceraian atau pemisahan orang tua, sering kali secara langsung memengaruhi pemahaman makna hidup siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsi-kan kondisi meaning of life siswa dari keluarga broken home berdasarkan gender, urutan kelahiran, kondisi keluarga dan akses internet. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 siswa dari keluarga broken home (laki-laki 41.9%; perempuan 58.1%) yang tersebar di dua provinsi yaitu Sumatera Barat dan DKI Jakarta. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen Meaning of life 17 item. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Temuan pada penelitian menunjukkan meaning of life siswa dari keluarga broken home berada pada kategori sangat tinggi dengan nilai 45.2%. Selain itu, kondisi meaning of life menunjukkan siswa laki-laki lebih tinggi skor meaning of life dibandingkan dengan siswa perempuan. Selain itu, anak sulung cenderung memiliki pemahaman yang lebih tinggi tentang makna hidup daripada anak tengah dan anak bungsu. Temuan lainnya adalah siswa yang hidup bersama ayah single parent lebih memahami makna hidup dibandingkan dengan siswa yang tinggal bersama ibu single parent. Akses internet dalam jumlah yang sedang (1-3 Jam) lebih mungkin menggunakan untuk mencari jawaban atau koneksi yang mereka butuhkan dalam situasi keluarga broken home
Teacher creativity and innovation influence the quality of learning, which impacts learning achievement in physical education
Physical education in schools contributes to students' physical and mental health. To produce learning achievement in this subject, teachers must design unique and effective methods. This research aims to determine the role of teacher creativity and innovation in influencing the quality of learning which has an impact on learning achievement at MTs in Cikijing District, Majalengka Regency. The research design was quantitative, using an explanatory survey of 92 teachers in four sub-districts using a questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and verifiably through path analysis. Research findings show that teacher creativity, which encourages new learning methods, synergizes with teacher innovation, opens the door to more effective teaching approaches, and the improved quality of learning positively impacts student achievement. The implications of this research include developing training programs and adapting educational policies to support teachers in implementing innovation and creativity, providing practical guidance for educators and policies to improve the quality of learning and student achievement
Efektivitas layanan bimbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pentingnya melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi
Education will result in changes towards progress, as well as the insight and ability to plan and prepare for a better life. The research objective is to examine the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services in developing student comprehension of the importance of continuing education in higher education. The sample in this study is 100 students in senior high school. This research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental design and a pretest-posttest model. The descriptive statistics table revealed the pretest and posttest results, with an average score of 60.74 on the pretest and 84.07 on the posttest. According to calculations using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, we obtained a Z value of -8.684 with Asyim. The Sig 2 tailed value is 0.000, falling below 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test in the research group. Tinjauan kuesioner strategi motivasi belajar: meta analisis
Penelitian ini menyajikan tinjauan meta-analitik dari Kuesioner Strategi Termotivasi untuk Pembelajaran (MSLQ), yang terdiri dari lima belas subskala yang dirancang dari teori pembelajaran sosial-kognitif klasik dan yang banyak digunakan untuk memprediksi kinerja akademik. Hasil berdasarkan 215 korelasi dari 67 sampel independen dan 90 mahasiswa menunjukkan bahwa subskala MSLQ bervariasi dalam kegunaannya untuk memprediksi nilai, dengan validitas terkait nilai mulai dari ÿ=0,40 untuk subskala yang mengukur regulasi upaya siswa hingga ÿ= 0,05 untuk subskala yang mengukur perilaku pencarian bantuan siswa. Analisis faktor dari interkorelasi meta-analitik secara luas mendukung struktur teoretis MSLQ. Perubahan atau penghapusan item dengan karakteristik psikometrik yang tidak diinginkan berpotensi menambah dukungan empiris untuk struktur teoretis MSLQ dan memperkuat utilitas prediktif subskala untuk kinerja akademik
Parental support: prevention of cyber grooming in junior high school adolescents
Social media has become an important part of human life, especially teenagers. Adolescents are vulnerable to manipulation on social media by adults for financial gain or sexual gratification that ends in sexual abuse. Research on cyber grooming in Indonesia is still limited. This research was conducted with correlational studies. The study population was 768 students of SMP N 6 Semarang. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling by taking 20% of the total population of 154 students. The method of data collection is carried out using psychological scale instruments. Data analysis techniques use correlation. Results showed that there was a positive association between parental support and supervision of adolescents' understanding of the dangers of cyber grooming. Parents' awareness of the risks of online or the risks of social media use in adolescents needs to be increased
