Analisis pengambilan keputusan dalam pengaruh motivasi, budaya organisasi, perilaku kepemimpinan, dan kepribadian terhadap kinerja karyawan di universitas ibnu sina kota Batam
Kemajuan pendidikan tinggi menuntut perguruan tinggi untuk memberikan layanan berkualitas dan menghasilkan lulusan yang kompetitif. Universitas Ibnu Sina (UIS) di Batam menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawan agar tetap unggul di tengah persaingan global. Manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif menjadi kunci dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing institusi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, dan kepribadian terhadap kinerja karyawan UIS, dengan pengambilan keputusan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei kuesioner yang melibatkan 120 karyawan UIS yang dipilih secara acak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis regresi mediasi untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua faktor yang diteliti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan motivasi dan kepribadian. Selain itu, pengambilan keputusan terbukti sebagai mediator yang signifikan, memperkuat hubungan antara faktor-faktor tersebut dengan kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari temuan ini menekankan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis serta peningkatan budaya organisasi yang adaptif. Pemimpin di UIS diharapkan dapat memberikan arahan, pembinaan, serta membangun motivasi karyawan untuk meningkatkan kinerja mereka. Namun, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan dalam cakupan sampel dan kurang mempertimbangkan faktor eksternal seperti kebijakan pendidikan nasional dan perkembangan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan sampel dan mempertimbangkan variabel eksternal guna memperkuat validitas hasil
The role of local wisdom in creating peace and social harmony in villages: cultural and traditional perspectives
This study explores the role of local wisdom in fostering peace and social harmony within village communities, emphasizing cultural and traditional perspectives. Local wisdom, embedded in various aspects of community life such as rituals, customs, and norms, serves as a powerful tool in conflict resolution and social cohesion. By utilizing a qualitative approach through literature review, this paper examines how indigenous knowledge and values promote peaceful interactions, respect, and collective responsibility. The findings reveal that local wisdom, manifested in practices like adat (traditional law), communal decision-making processes, and cultural ceremonies, plays a vital role in maintaining balance and preventing disputes in rural areas. Furthermore, local wisdom fosters a strong sense of identity and belonging, encouraging collaboration and mutual understanding among community members. These cultural traditions and practices provide a sustainable framework for managing differences and promoting unity in diversity. The study highlights the importance of preserving and revitalizing local wisdom as an essential element in achieving long-term peace and social harmony, particularly in the face of modernization and external influences. By safeguarding these traditions, village communities can continue to thrive in an environment of respect, trust, and solidarity
Enhancing adolescent well-being in the digital age: exploring the interplay of parental and peer relationships with gender as a moderating variabel
The internet has become essential to people of all ages, particularly teenagers, to access information, education, and entertainment. Studying adolescents' well-being has become a hot topic lately, with digital technology and the internet as part of everyday life. The purpose of this study is to examine the role of gender in moderating the relationship between parental and peer relationships with adolescent well-being. Participants in this study were 749 internet user adolescents from various regions in Indonesia, who were selected using convenient sampling techniques. Data was collected online using the EPOCH measure for adolescent well-being, parent-adolescent relationship scales, and friendship quality scales. The results of the hierarchical linear modelling indicate that there is a positive correlation between parent and peer relationships, and adolescent well-being. The findings indicate that the relationship between the two variables is more pronounced among the male population than the female population
Pengembangan nilai instrumental dalam LKPD pembelajaran terpadu berbasis MOODLE di sekolah dasar pada mata pelajaran PKn dan IPS
Pembelajaran berbasis teknologi menjadi tuntutan dalam dunia pendidikan, namun penerapannya dalam pengembangan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti kurangnya integrasi yang efektif antara teknologi, pedagogi, dan konten pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD berbasis Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (MOODLE) dengan pendekatan Technological, Pedagogical, and Content Knowledge (TPACK) sebagai upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Design-Based Research (DBR) yang melibatkan empat tahap utama: identifikasi masalah, pengembangan prototipe, uji coba, dan refleksi. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Mitra UPI Kampus Tasikmalaya dengan mengimplementasikan LKPD berbasis MOODLE dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan dan IPS. Data dikumpulkan melalui uji coba terbatas dengan analisis terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan umpan balik dari peserta didik serta guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan MOODLE dalam LKPD berkontribusi pada peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran. Nilai rata-rata siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan adalah 14,07, sedangkan dalam pembelajaran IPS adalah 13,95. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, seperti kesiapan infrastruktur dan adaptasi siswa terhadap platform digital. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya strategi pendampingan bagi guru dan siswa untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi ini. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan LKPD berbasis MOODLE dengan pendekatan TPACK terbukti memiliki potensi dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam menawarkan model pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang dapat diterapkan lebih luas di berbagai sekolah dasar. Studi lanjutan dengan cakupan lebih luas dan strategi implementasi yang lebih matang direkomendasikan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang masih dihadapi dalam penerapan pembelajaran digital di tingkat dasar
The use of canva–based learning media to improve the ability to write procedure text for students
This classroom action research (CAR) examines the efficacy of Canva-based learning media in enhancing secondary students’ procedural writing skills. Addressing the common challenges of structuring logical sequences and articulating details in procedural texts, the study involved 30 tenth-grade students at an Indonesian public high school, selected through purposive sampling due to persistent difficulties in writing tasks. Over two iterative cycles, Canva’s visual design tools—templates, icons, and multimedia elements—were integrated into instructional strategies to scaffold students’ understanding of procedural text components (goal, materials, steps). Data were triangulated through pre- and post-tests, observational checklists, and student questionnaires, analyzed quantitatively via descriptive statistics and qualitatively through thematic coding. Results demonstrated significant progress: mean scores rose from 62.3 (pre-test) to 82.4 (Cycle 2), with pass rates (≥65) surging from 30% to 90%. Observational data revealed increased engagement, with active participation climbing from 65% (Cycle 1) to 90% (Cycle 2), while questionnaires indicated 90% of students credited Canva for improved idea organization. The intervention’s success aligns with Mayer’s Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning, as dual-coding visual-textual stimuli reduced cognitive load and reinforced retention. Additionally, collaborative features in Canva fostered peer feedback, aligning with Vygotsky’s social constructivism. Challenges in Cycle 1, such as incoherent transitions, were remediated in Cycle 2 through focused editing exercises and animated simulations. The study underscores Canva’s potential as a pedagogical tool for procedural writing, emphasizing its accessibility and capacity to bridge creativity with structured learning. Recommendations include teacher training in digital design tools and further research on Canva’s applicability across diverse text genres and educational contexts
The influence of the human development index on domestic investment flows in Indonesia
This study examines the influence of the Human Development Index (HDI) on domestic investment flows in Indonesia using a qualitative research approach. By employing a literature review and library research method, this paper synthesizes existing studies to understand how human development indicators—such as education, health, and income—affect investment decisions within the country. The findings suggest that regions with a higher HDI tend to attract more domestic investment due to better infrastructure, a more skilled workforce, and improved economic stability. Conversely, areas with lower HDI scores often struggle to secure substantial investment due to inadequate human capital and limited access to resources. Furthermore, this study highlights the role of government policies in bridging the development gap, emphasizing the importance of targeted investments in education and healthcare to foster sustainable economic growth. The analysis also considers the potential challenges faced by investors in different regions of Indonesia, including regulatory constraints, market uncertainties, and socio-economic disparities. By drawing insights from various academic sources, this research contributes to the broader discourse on the relationship between human development and economic activity, particularly in emerging economies. The study concludes that a strong HDI serves as a crucial determinant for enhancing domestic investment flows, thereby reinforcing the need for continuous improvements in human capital development. Future research should explore empirical data to further validate these qualitative findings and provide more policy-oriented recommendations
The influence of training, gender, and work experience on the performance of air traffic controller personnel
Limited studies have examined the combined impact of training, gender, and work experience on air traffic controllers' (ATC) performance. This study examines the simultaneous influence of training, gender, and work experience on ATC performance at AirNav Indonesia’s Medan Branch, aiming to identify dominant predictors and policy implications. A quantitative associative design was employed with saturated sampling of 69 ATC personnel holding Aerodrome Controller Ratings. Data were collected via validated questionnaires (Cronbach’s α > 0.7) and standardized rating tests, then analyzed using multiple regression (α = 0.05). The model explained 26% of performance variance (R² = 0.26, F(3,56) = 6.572, p = 0.001). Training (β = 0.344, p = 0.010) and work experience (β = 0.286, p = 0.031) were significant, while gender (β = -0.078, p = 0.529) was insignificant. The data analysis results indicate that the simultaneous F test result's significance value is sig 0.001 <0.05, which means they have a simultaneous effect. The findings emphasize prioritizing recurrent training programs and experience-based assignments for ATC. The remaining 74% unexplained variance, particularly the minimal explained variance in the current model, highlights the need for future research to explore additional performance factors such as cognitive abilities and team dynamics, while the findings continue to support gender-neutral scheduling policies
Pengembangan dan validasi instrumen kompetensi ethnoguidance guru PAUD
Pengembangan instrumen penilaian untuk mengukur kompetensi ethnoguidance guru PAUD sangat penting agar bimbingan yang diberikan relevan dengan latar belakang budaya anak. Ethnoguidance adalah model bimbingan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya dalam praktik pendidikan. Agar efektif, diperlukan instrumen yang valid dan akurat. Penelitian ini merancang instrumen berbasis tiga dimensi utama—pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan—yang dijabarkan dalam 13 indikator dan 60 item awal. Validasi dilakukan melalui penilaian ahli dan uji keterbacaan oleh lima guru PAUD. Hasil akhir berupa 52 item menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Instrumen ini diuji pada 152 guru menggunakan convenience sampling, lalu dianalisis dengan EFA dan CFA serta berbagai fit indices (CFI, TLI, RMSEA, SRMR). Hasil analisis menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi. Instrumen ini terbukti konsisten secara internal, menjadikannya alat ukur yang andal. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah tersedianya instrumen terstandar untuk menilai sejauh mana guru PAUD mampu mengintegrasikan budaya dalam layanan bimbingan. Dengan validitas dan reliabilitas yang kuat, alat ini dapat menjadi tolok ukur dalam mengembangkan pendidikan anak usia dini yang lebih sensitif terhadap keberagaman budaya di Indonesia
View of an evaluation framework for legal entity state universities in indonesia: integration and measuring institusional effectiveness
This research is motivated by the turbulent development of economic improvement in the world of education regarding Legal Entity State Universities in Indonesia, which integration measuring institutional effectivenes, and evaluation framework which are needed in the tertiary environment. Therefore, it is necessary to design concepts, models of good practice, and implementation in Legal Entity State Universities in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative method using text-based analysis, which is called textual analysis of various reports, official documents, guidelines, and procedures. This research aims to examine and analyze how legal entity state universities influence the integration of institutional effectiveness and Institutional theory-based research as a form of assessment of existing models and regulations. The results showed that the shift in the institutional form of Legal Entity State Universities (PTNBH) has brought about changes in strategic leadership models such as in private organizational governance. The analysis result found that dominant evaluation framework model legal entity state universities is the main idea, the main model in providing recommendations for good management development and preparation for handling problems with legal entity state universities in Indonesia which have not yet been implemented Researchers in this field and in Indonesia in general. Implementation of Religious Moderation Values in the School Environment to Foster an Attitude of Tolerance
The current reality in Indonesia shows that often intolerant attitudes still occur in the school environment. For example, cases of violence, bullying, religious discrimination and so on. Departing from this situation the author decided to conduct research about Implementation of Religious Moderation Values in the School Environment to Foster an Attitude of Tolerance. Implementing the values of religious moderation is an alternative effort to avoid conflict in society such as violence and discrimination from certain parties. Implementing the values of religious moderation will directly contribute to an attitude of religious tolerance, but must be supported by various parties in order to create a more moderate attitude. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of implementing religious moderation values on students' attitudes of religious tolerance. This research is a systematic litterature review. Researchers searched for and reviewed several literatures from the results presented in previous studies. Thus, the data examined in this research is in the form of literature from previous research that has been published. Strategy for collecting data using the Publish or Perish application. The results of this research show that implementing religious moderation among students is important because religious diversity cannot be eliminated.
